Aright, were are ya?! growling he started stalking around the Highwinds kitchen, glaring under tables and opening cupboards at random. Its ya, Yuffie, I know it!

"Admit it Spock. We're lost."
"Lost? A human expression admitting a lack of directional sense and spatial awareness."
"That's what I said."
Spock turned back to his Captain, who was experiencing difficulty climbing up the trail which Spock had just easily negotiated.
"Captain, if I may?"
"I can manage, Mister Spock. Oomph!"
The rock scree under his feet suddenly shifted, and he began to slide back down the path. The Vulcan reached out quickly and pulled him up. Spock reacted so quickly, and the force of his pull brought the human directly into contact with Spock they bumped together. Kirk gave a little gasp. For a long moment, while Kirk caught his breath, they stood in each others space. Spock watched the human's expressions and responded with a raised brow.
"Uh Spock you can let me go now."
"Of course, Captain. If you are sure?"
"Let's go." He responded sharply, wondering what in the hell was going on with his first officer.
"To answer your unspo

From the gloom of his alcove, six of eight heard an unspoken command. Aroused from his slumber, he wordlessly departed, and headed to fix a broken plasma injector, one of 11,000 drones on cube 1027; travelling towards Earth at a speed barely imaginable, Traversing the corridors, he took no notice of how alone he was; there was a world of voices inside his head. After an hour or two, he reached the correct injector, and with a tubule, he injected the entire machine with fresh Nano-probes.
Before he was assimilated, a year previously, he was called John Cooper, an engineer aboard the Geordie, an old excelsior class vessel that strayed a bit too far towards the delta quadrant, and paid dearly for it. Before any of the crew knew it, they found themselves linked to the collective, all personality purged. He had been a tall, dark haired Human, just twenty years of age; such life ahead of him. In one short year, he had

What? said the Doctor.
The slaver ship had gone, replaced by sterile white metallic walls. The smell of the sea vanished, now all he could smell was the kind of antiseptic aroma of hospitals.
Worse, Sindi was no longer in his arms although Annabelle was still standing beside him. He realised her hand was resting in his.
Where is Sindi? he demanded.
I really think you are in no position to take that tone of voice, Doctor. If that is who you are, of course. said Lateur.
I am the Doctor. How do you know me? Have we met?
My Chief Guidance Officer recognised you. Your are something of a legend I understand. What I want to know is why you've transported my ship almost a quarter of a million years into the past.
What! What? The Doctor looked bemused. I haven't done anything to your ship. I don't even know what ship this is. For all I know you diverted me through time.&

Dear China, beloved red wonder of the east
You are beautiful, but sadly loose to the colour of grey
A lot of beautiful hearts, magical wonders have been caged.
Why do things you say have to follow protocol
Why do things you say to be decent have to be dull and grey?
Art for me is my life, my passion my desire
Its the instrument I use to express my feelings
All I do is love, care, nurture, and share
The beauty of my world, my sensual world.
For art is a visual form that can imagine science
For art is a visual form that has complex maths
For art has an infinite shape created by sentient beings
You speak of progress, and reaching for the stars
How can you do this, when you take the fire of hope
The fire of hope, which is the art of peoples heart.
The hope that gives dreams, improves ideas that will
One day take human kind to the stars.
Art is the beauty of the things we see in life
The face of your leader is art to behold
The shape of the country

What just happened?
Captain Miriam Lateur cast her eyes around her crew, waiting for a response. There was no reply.
What does GUIDO say? she offered.
Guidance Operative Ron Yellek shrugged and shook his head. He didn't turn around.
The computer gives no reason for our return to normal space. All systems are functioning.
Where are we? Lateur asked.
This time Yellek faced his captain.
The system doesn't know. It is processing all our charts and hasn't found a match.
Lateur waited until Yellek confirmed the search over. There was still no match. They were lost in uncharted space.

The image showed a planet, Earth-like in appearance. The image zoomed in, making the continents clearer. It looked vaguely familiar, as if a child had tried to draw the Earth and hadn't quite managed to get the shapes right.

High above the rural side of the planet Caprica, the Hercules-class Battlestar Sleipnir cruised through space.
"Sitrep!" the Commander called out to his XO as he entered the bridge. It was a hive of activity. Ensignes constantly moved texts from station to station in a carefully coordinated pattern that seemed to the untrained eye like clear chaos. The Sleipnir's bridge more closely resembled the original Battlestars and lacked the full automation of the newest Mercury-class. Externally it packed a punch far greater than its older brothers but only almost as potent as its newer siblings. Rushed into production at a time following the first Cylon War when invasion was considered a real possibility, the Sleipnir's design had been meant to be a remedy for the fears of old.
"Sir!" the XO responded. "Reports are coming in from all over the fleet. Reports of strange new ships appearing throughout the Colonies. The Admiralty is preparing to issue a statement. Sources close t

Firefly: "See You, Space Cowboy"
Disclaimer: If I weren't just a poor college student and could finance the series myself, I would, but I can't. So all I can do is just play around in Joss Whedon's 'verse. Also, I don't know a lick of Chinese so I haven't bothered to put the translations because they're probably horribly wrong. If it were Japanese or Latin, well, that'd be another story...
Episode nine of my second season of Firefly: While the crew take a sightseeing trip to the edge of the galaxy, they encounter none other than Saffron--who's on the run with a substantial bounty on her head. Alone in no man's land, Mal must decide how to handle his unwanted wife and the bounty hunters coming to collect.

Durran Haymer surveyed the damage with an apparently calm expression on his face. Inwardly, however, he was very much seething in anger. The lo
