AloneDo you know what it means to be alone? Had no friends, no social life, and no normal family? Deidara knew. It hurts... actually it hurts like hell. Like every time you thought about it - feel sharp pain in the chest. Anger, sadness, envy is your constant emotions and you can't get away from them. Other people do not see it, because of the mask. A shell of happy teenager, pretending that everything is all right, but it is not. Then nobody saw him, smile disappear from face and he became nobody again. Sometimes he felt like a doll beautiful outside, empty inside and so easy to break.Alone4 years ago in Short Stories More Like This
Deidara sighed looking into the ceiling of his dark room. Today was one of his misery days, one of the bad ones, when he can't pretend anymore. He had them time to time. Then his emotions burst out and all defenses shatter. He just had to let it out and then everything will be back to normal. Deidara sat on the bed and turn on music. That helped him to relax heavy sound of guitars, d

You left us alone in a cold dry world
with faith depleating and heeding
and tv numbing our feeling
you knew our meaning.
You knew our suffering.
You saw what we were afraid of.
face to face you saw it.
You lived it.
a reflection of your mind came out through your songs
you could have taught us of what had surely gone wrong
We saw your fear; the fear that maybe you didnt exist.
The fear that maybe you're not who you thought you were
when we look too long at ourselves
all that we'll see
an illusion of a person
that only wants to see "Me"
We never see us...too fucking obvious!
Always with the God Damned hard way!
did we forget we're all here together?
That we exist identically
No time, no length.
Why did you get caught up in you!
you always knew you werent really there.
you were just too damned afraid to say it!
Too afraid to see the truth... you're Everywhere man

Always feeling alone
But through it all he wasn't alone
He always had a friend
His guitar would never argue
It's loyalty would never bend
And soon this boy had talent
Nobody dared to doubt
That when that boy got singing
He sure could scream and shout
His works were bleached
His will was strong
He once smelt like teen spirit
Took the world with just one song
And once In Utero
He had nowhere to go
Sure he had his lovely wife
But the needle took control
With millions of adoring fans
Spread around the land

Died by his own hand
I'll miss you Kurt
Mabey I'll see you some day
But as you always said

We're all scared of it - We're rejecting it - We're denying - But it is real, it is everywhere, all around us, filling up our minds to the point where we cannot stand it anymore and we deny.
"We cannot do anything" "It's not our fault" "They should just eat" "They're dead anyway"
We see them no more, we only hear about them - Those with the "virus", the sickness that feeds on their mind and body, but we do not take action.
"Call this number and you will be helped, no one needs to know you"
Wrong, the whole point in that these needs help is - That they know that they can trust this person whom they're talking to.
Without trust, there is no bond, without a bond, there cannot be that healing connection, that are so desperatly needed.
There is no real saving grace - There is no "just start eating and you'll get better.", It is just not so simple - It's a struggle to overcome one self, and the demon living within.
They are not corpses, they are real - As you and me. They are

A sigh escapes his masked lips. He doesn't want to pretend that he's okay, because he's not. Ever since that day, he has been in an almost depressed state.
It's not like he was going to show it anyway.
But right now, he doesn't care. Back then, Shinigami-sama thought that it really was hard to keep calm while his son was away, who knew where, being captive by the crazy wizard who possessed the Book of Eibon. He knew how many things that Book could do, the dark magic inside of it. He was scared, anxious. But he kept believing in Kid and searching for a way to bring him back, so it would be all over and he didn't feel so afraid anymore.
That was back then. Now, it is completely different. Kid has already completed two of his Sanzu Lines, and he is also more mature and collected. He isn't a little boy anymore, and Shinigami-sama and he barely talk with each other anymore, much to Shinigami-sama's chagrin.
That, and the fact that they had just found the Kis

You've no common sense
You weave a defense

Without your consent

Check the cons

Don't become their pawns
Escape from the hold
Say you won't be sold
No more messed up stories

Maybe it's time to misbehave
Show them you won't be freely enslaved

would you miss me again?
If I pretended to be there,
would you hold me close?
If I passed you by,
would you turn and smile?
If I started to cry,
would you stay for a while?
If I looked into your eyes
would you be tempted
to kiss my unfaithful lips?
If I ran away,
would you follow me
just to keep the bliss?
And if I were to die,
would you be my friend?
Would you love me then?
TristramYou came into my city's walls,Tristram6 years ago in Traditional Fixed Forms More Like This
And shone despite your wounded state,
And soon you echoed through my halls,
And offered me the hand of fate.
You told me of your foreign lands,
And tugged me gently toward their shore.
Pulled me past the burning sands
Into the thirsty ocean's roar.
And so we sailed towards glooming night,
Star-eyed and dreaming, hearts entwined
Each drunken in the others sight,
Each full of hopes and danger blind.
And now the dark has finally come
But left us with the quiet stars.
No more the heat of glowing sun,
But silvered beauty now is ours.
Which softly sings of coming dawn,
And greater things than light soaked noon
And whispers why all hearts are drawn
To dance beneath the fickle moon
So once again I raise the flask
And knowing, drink the lover's brew
And toast to what my love would ask
And give my will to cleave to you.
Music Is...What is music?Music Is...8 years ago in Urban & Spoken Word More Like This
A little boy asked me that today.
I bent down so that our faces were level
And then I said to him with a smile,
Why do you care?
Out of so many people today
Why do you care?
He looked back at me
His eyes too thoughtful for his age
And he said right back to me,
Because I want to make good music.
I liked that answer, and I told him so.
He was happy and he smiled.
Take my hand, I said, and walk with me now
And I will show you those things that proper music make.
He put his small hand into mine and came with me.
I didnt know what to make of this, he trusted me.
But I led him along, and as I did I pointed out
Some of those things that proper music make.
Music, I said, is the harmony in the world
Brought together to create a myriad of sensations.
Music is our footsteps on the ground
Music is my walking with you.
Music is that ancient couple over there
See how elderly they are, yet they see each

When I look at you
The world seems to slow
How your lips move the certain way they do
How your eyes glisten the certain way they do
Apart from the rest and yourself you have always been
Never one to conform to the popular trend
And that is what I oh so love about you
How you aren't afraid to be you
How you don't care what anyone else thinks
Because in the end, what matters is what YOU think
And that makes me think worlds of you
You, this person of immense inspiration
A person who makes me feel like I can do anything
But you aren't a super hero
You are you, and I would ask for you no other way
For, were you any different, you wouldn't be you
And you without being you is no good
For in my eyes, there is only you
And without you, there is no me.

For the entire war in Iraq, the press has been kept largely in the dark concerning the number of civilians killed by our forces, and what happened in the aftermath. Now several hundred files posted online reveal some of the true horror while raising questions about lack of compensation.
Here you will find, for example, that when the U.S. drops a bomb that goes awry, lands in an orchard, and does not detonate -- until after a couple of kids go out to take a look -- our military does not feel any moral or legal reason to compensate the family of the dead child because this is, after all, broadly speaking, a "combat situation."
Also: What price (when we do pay) do we place on the life of a 9-year-old boy, shot by one of our soldiers who mistook his book bag for a bomb satchel? Would you believe $500? And when we shoot an Iraqi journalist on a bridge we shell out $2500 to his widow -- but why not the measly $5000 she had requested?

Virtue's just a victim of circumstance.

But they'll cry even harder

now the children are learning to die.

The Waking WillowWillow trees that dream at duskThe Waking Willow6 years ago in Traditional Fixed Forms More Like This
Perched beside the rivers brink
May hang their heavy branches down
Resting where the shadows slink.
Weary from the wearing world
But born to bare it, though they sink
Into the mire round their roots
And still, with thirst they deeply drink
From waters formed pon mountains high
And droplets formed from weeping skies
That watch below the whole earth die
Swallowed softly in its lies.
Just like the mire round the roots,
From which a willow tree must rise,
Mans world spreads forth its hungry hive
To eat all it can hypnotize.
And so the weeping willow cries
And bends in sorrow to the brink
Limbs shaking with the silent sighs
Grief growing from the soils stink
And sees reflected in the stream
Its rippling form held in the light
That seems to whisper of a dream
We waking walk through till the night.
When bleary sun will rest its eye
And darkness fall upon us all
Then we can look up to the sky
And hear the silver clarion call

In life it doesn't matter what people say or do, only what you take from it.
It only matters what you think, it's your life to live
The most important person in your life is you. Remember this.
You will always be there for yourself
Take care of yourself.
Take care of the people that love you, try for you, and hope for you.
To have a friend you must be a friend.
Learn to love and you will love life.
Open your mind, understand
Forgive, never forget
It's life's lessons and pains that teach us
Not everything happens for a certain, predestined reason
It happens so you can learn from it, take from it, and use it for your benefit,
Always keep trying.
Never give up
Never give in
You are a strong person
You will persevere

I know too many religious people who tell me that I don't know what I am talking about. A few, even, who tell me I am a blasphemer for not accepting their Lord, Jesus the Christ, as my Lord. I don't even personally believe the bro ever existed. Can they not respect my standpoint in these issues? I have never gone to anyone of a different faith and told them, in person, that they are damned for believing what they do. Yet, I have people who look down on me for believing that the cosmos and everything in it are one, and in that, our overall being is the true creator and creation.
They believe in miracles and a man who died for our sins, and a man in the clouds, so to speak, who sees ev
Tripoli: what IS going on?Tripoli: what IS going on?4 years ago in Articles & Interviews More Like This
It's no longer a surprise that a media war is being waged against Gaddafi and Libya. In March, all news were breaking and highly contradictive towards each other. A month passed until Libyans finally learned to disprove the lies, but while the news themselves grew relatively neutral, a new wave of misinformation was being prepared.
It arose in global media approximately on 15th of August, when a Saudi Arabia newspaper Asharq Alawsat told that Gaddafi is allegedly ill and ready to leave the country. Saudis, mortal enemies of Muammar Gaddafi, were, of course, such a reliable source, that all other papers followed.
In the same time news channels were choking with new victories of the insurgency. It looked like it took rebels a couple of hours to occupy a city, making poor Moussa Ibrahim steam from his ears, proving to journalists that it is virtually impossible. All this show was a careful preparation for the main course the taking of Tripoli. But in spite of mercenaries parachuted

And maybe a small part of my mind actually registers the surprise,
As your warm hands reach curiously for more.
