Ashlie was a bit taken back. "Wait. What?" She asked Daniel. "Marry me." He said. She wasn't hearing things after all. She only guessed that the look on her face told everything. It was a good thing that she was sitting down, because if not, she wasn't sure that she could catch herself. She was at a loss of words. Struggling to say something before it was plainly obvious that she was in shock. Deep down, she wondered if Daniel was being serious, or if he was just plainly fooling around. The more she thought about it, the more it started to irritate her, and she couldn't help but to feel skeptical at the question. "You're serious?" She asked, her voice holding strong the angry tone that matched her composure. "Why wouldn't I be?" She heard him ask, and it was all that Ashlie could do to reign in herself, before she did something that she might regret.

Ashlie was walking around the kitchen, making a list, while Kassie was sitting at the table, sipping on a cup of coffee. It was unusual, because usually Ashlie would be sleeping in. "Should we get this? Maybe stock up on this?" Ashlie was busy asking herself, while Kassie quietly sat looking at her laptop. A few minutes later, Ashura came walking in, and sat down at the kitchen table, looking over at Kassie, then towards Ashlie, who had just sat down. Looking over at the little girl, Ashlie smiled, stood up to pick up a bowl from the cupboard, and set it and a spoon down for Ashura, before grabbing the milk. "I should probably pick up more milk too." She said, as she watched Ashura pour herself a bowl of her favorite peanut butter cereal. "Hopefully I'll have enough for everything." Ashlie said, and Ashura looked at her, before running off upstairs.
