As now we drift amongst denial
toward our certain fall
Is it better to have loved and lost
than never loved at all?
For every stolen day with you
my heart clings to you more
But I have lost the ones I loved
too many times before
And though Ive put up barriers
to keep my heart held in
I fear that soon before you leave
you may have stole within
I can remember all those times
You said that you would stay
But now I stand alone, inert
and watch you walk away

Order 66: Shock Troops of the Coruscant Guard -- Commander Thire
Fatigued and weary the troopers of Coruscant are,
An attack on the capital was nothing but imminent,
We held the senate district by the tip of our nails,
Our casualties but a shallow scar.
Mischievous were the intentions of the Jedi as of late,
Made all too clear as their influence and position spread,
They plotted and tumbled from their moral high ground,
Filling the public and their troopers with animosity and hate.
An alarm has sounded in the chambers of the senate,
A holo projection of our leader fighting off the nimble High Jedi Master,
Their last ditch effort..a final coup de grace..a second attempt to assassinate,
Your temple is in ruin..our success met with the sound of victorious sennet.
I will hunt until you are caught or lie wasted in the gutter,
The great masters, the pacifist protectors, falling grey into memory,
We'll hold your temple as a reminder to those who do not acclimate to strife,
The sight of our ru

The recently promoted Jedi Knight stood before the Jedi Council awaiting her first assignment. She wondered briefly if most other Jedi felt nervous when they stood in the same spot she was in now but tried to push it out of her mind.
"Jedi Adaavia, much nervousness we sense in you." The wisdom of Master Yoda was hard to ignore, especially since she was sure she was almost sweating right now.
"Yes master, it is my first assignment after passing the trials. I do not want the Council's trust in me to be misplaced." The woman tried to calm herself down to little avail.
"Your worry, misplaced it is. Your concern on the mission should be." Yoda continued. "To Dorumaa you must go, heard rumors of a Separatist base on the planet we have. Investigate these rumors you must."
"Yes master, Will I have any assistance in my task?" Adaavia's mind boggled a little at se

The peace of a tranquil evening was broken only by the chirruping of grasshoppers, the odd hoot of an owl and the tramping of three sets of feet.
Forcing their way through yet another bush came the most unusual trio of creatures; a hare, a ferret and a rat. They were such characters as were never usually seen in Mossflower woods. The hare, was leading the group, holding a large map in one paw and a fencing sabre in the other that he was sometimes forced to use to cut a clear path. He was dressed all in blue, in a fleece jumper and a dark tartan kilt and scarf. Over this, he wore a brass belt and a sporran. Also, on his feet, he wore a pair of ridiculously outsized felt slippers that flopped about as he walked or rather, with his long legs, he loped! His companions often had to run to keep up!
Just behind the hare was the rat, who was a particularly weedy individual with scruffy grey fur. He was covered all over with various greasy dark s

In the meantime the Builders' legion was spurring the slaves' hordes through the mountain pass beneath them; the sanguine rays of the dying sun barely enlightened the rugged passage and weren't warm enough for the cold-blooded warriors.

Count Dooku & Snively were walking around in one of the storage areas of the ship that just took off when Dooku stopped all of a sudden. Before Snively could say anything, they heard a voice behind them. "Dooku!" Anakin yelled, igniting his lightsaber. "You're going to pay for what you've done!" Sonic appeared from behind Anakin shortly after. "Hello, Snobely." Sonic taunted, with Snively glaring at him. "Ah, young Skywalker...." Dooku sneered. "....& the hedgehog. I sensed your presences near. Both of you will be the first to test my new gift to the Republic. I'm curious what effect it'll have on a Jedi & a very fast blue hedgehog." He pointed to a strange sphere-like object. Sonic looked behind him to see an armored man point a blaster at them. "Anakin!" Sonic yelled. Just when the armored man fired the blaster shots, Anakin deflected them with his lightsaber.
Dooku charged at Anakin, igniting his lightsaber.

CIS vs GAR WarshipsCIS Warships vs. Republic warshipsCIS vs GAR Warships7 years ago in Philosophy & Perspectives More Like This
The Republic seems to have the advantage in capital ship combat, but the CIS has some equalizing advantages.
Many of the CIS warships are designed for mass production, and were designed for business scores not a full scale war. Many of the CIS leaders were cheap, and wouldnt spend the money for a traditional fleet. Only the Providences seem to be specifically designed for combat. The Lukrehulks are simply converted freighters with VERY strong shields and some turbolaser offensive capability., but with the sheer number of Turbolasers and the shield power added, with the fighter and troop compliment, a Lucrehulk is much a more battle-worthy ship than a carrier like a Venator (why it takes a flotilla to take them down). That's not bad at all for a converted ship, isn't it The Recusants are mass-produced destroyers. The Munificents are originally used to harass worlds heavily in debt, guard treasure vaults, and transfer finan

Barriss looked in the mirror in Ahsoka's room one last time, in preparation of tonight's outing she figured her usual black robe and hood might be a bit plain. Instead a quick look in her friends wardrobe had provided more than enough options to find the perfect outfit, setting her Jedi robe on her cot on the other side of the room she took a closer look at herself.
A tight strapless black dress covered the majority of her olive skinned body save a large chunk of the back (most of the clothes in Ahsoka's wardrobe leaves the back bare), and her regular combat boots were swapped out for a pair of skin tight (also black) knee highs 'I gotta ask Skywalker where the force he lets Ahsoka shop'. But as she used her reflection in the mirror to apply a thin layer of mascara she couldn't help but admire the most time consuming part of her outfit.
It had taken hours to apply the extensions to her hair but as the jet black mass fell gracefully behind her shoulders

The Tale of Coleman Trebor
Coleman Trebor wondered what the headlines would be.
The media would cast him as the good guy, of course. He was the noble Jedi to them; they said the camera was kind to his wrinkled face and tall, gray-green crest.
There were so many people and things here, though, who had no reputation yet. New things, some emerging again after thousands of years (Jedi armies) and others that had never been known before, not even in all the information in the Jedi Archives (clone armies).
A strike force of hundreds of Jedi, though, going to war for one of their own and still representing peace...These were strange times.
Coleman Trebor thought of these things as his gunship flew over the rust-colored bowl of the arena. There was Anakin Skywalker, lightsaber whirling. The news loved Anakin; h

C3PO=Simmons. Both whine a lot. Grif and Simmons are at their best when they're together, just like R2 and 3PO.

Artemis Entreri never considered himself a theater enthusiast by any stretch of the imagination, though he would have preferred any three copper drama performed by a lone drunk in a rat infested ally compared to this atrocity.
This patch of trees is useless, the pseudo-menacing looking actor in scary black robes huffed while dismissively waving a hand, creeping forward on the low stage.
The patch of trees was actually wire and wood planks wrapped in cloth with more than enough cloth leaves. Since the dawn of time, or at least since I could remember I have always hated eggs. They taste horrid, bad for you, and impossible to cook, but little did I dream that the eggs in turn have always hated me as well. This morning was different. As I awoke my eyes fell upon the egg standing on my chest. How the egg get its two little black legs and matching arms I don't know, but there it was pointing its makeshift toothpick spear at my head. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that I would be threatened with physical violence from an egg. I was beginning to think that I was becoming nutty as a fruit cake. I had a sneaking suspicion that the micro waved burrito that I chased down with a bottle of Mountain Dew while burning the midnight oil last night was to blame. Despite that belief I couldn't help but stare and wonder about this odd situation.
I thought to myself, "How could it find its way up the bed without any eyes?"
