This is Zayne from Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, a Jedi Padawan on the run trying to clear his name. I used younger Christian Bale as a reference, and tried to capture the intense look of a fugitive.
... Heh, I had to wait for this to make it to the KFM main site before putting it up. Anyway, the very, very, very long overdue companion to Go Ahead, Do Your Worst, this one is how I imagine the *other* showdown at the Trayus Academy on Malachor to be like, the one in which Atton is warped to the Dark Side by Kreia and, spurred by his jealousy and hatred for the Jedi, attacks Disciple. (Damn the deleted cutscenes! it's too bad neither one made it into the game). How many people are willing to bet that Atton winds up as sashimi, either way? It doesn't look as though Mical is faring well, though. Okay, so I like drawing wounded people. So sue me.
I actually wrote a fan-ficlet to go with the picture, but I hated it like the plague, so it never made it into the final cut I submitted to KFM, and I don't think anyone is likely to see it here either.

Even though I'm some sort of a comic geek, I must admit I lost interest in most of the single issue comics that come out right now. They tend to be a bit boring, and most of the time they're always preparing for the major crossover event of that year, that will change everything in the publisher's universe, just like they did the previous year. Nowadays, I tend to buy more collected issues, paperbacks, omnibus(es?), etc. That way, I get an entire story arc in the same book. Considering how my place is, it's easier to find a whole story arc in a volume, instead of a lot of single issues, they seem to lose themselves all over the place. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, from Dark Horse Comics, is an exception. It's fun and funny, the scripts are very well written and the art is, for the most part, ok. I was a fan of the Bioware game, and was a bit put off when I learned they weren't going to be focusing on the characters of the game. But they came up with Zayne Carrick, the failed padawan, and Griff, the coolest con artist in the Star Wars Universe, right after Han solo. This is my depiction of them, hope you like it! It was also my first time drawing an alien, I think. Hopefully, I'll be posting the color version within a week, so check back by then!
Kreia:The disciple... he worships you quietly... Just a silly picture of Mical mooning over the Exile, admiring her from afar as she works on something weird at the Ebon Hawk's workbench. Yes, that is supposed to be a hydrospanner in her left hand. And I gave her KotOR 1 style robes because in my opinion, KotOR 2 robes make her look odd Wow, making fanart for KotOR is really pushing me out of my art doldrums! Did anyone else think Disciple's character model in the game looked really weird?
This is Jarael, one of the main charakters of the Knights of the old Repuplic comics I am reading at the moment. She's cool, good at combat and I can't wait to learn what's about her ears lol. Water Colors as usual, I hope you like her. (Yeah, I had no idea for the background, bad me :/
Shel Jelevan, Zayne Carrick's love interest and unfortunately the sister of his murdered best friend Shad. And even more unfortunately she beleives that he's the one who did it! After the Mandalorians invade her homeworld of Taris, Shel joins the resistance as a helaer, but when a chance encounter reunites her with Zayne, she must decide whether to kill him or listen to him.
Remember folks, KOTOR is the best. Comic. Ever. Buy it, now!
