Shitty parentsEveryone's a shitty parent.Shitty parents3 years ago in Personal More Like This
I don't have very good role models because the one I grew up with shouldn't be followed. I am not going to have kids. Because I will abuse it just like I was abused. No one's immaculate, but I will never put a human being through what I have gone through. I've been chased with a knife in my own home more than a few times and last night I couldn't fall asleep because of the cacophony of fighting in the room next to mine. I've been abandoned and beaten and always reminded that I am not of value. I don't understand people that applaud me when I retaliate in a maleficent manner. You think it's making my situation better? Fuck you.
This is why I detest other parents. Because I just see my shitty childhood mirrored in the actions they do. Parents damage their kids. Maybe in some cases not in the physical realm, but most definitely emotionally. People don't get that CREATING ANOTHER HUMAN BEING IS A BIG DEAL. It's fucking EGO. The reason they don't want to adopt an
RIP Harold Ramis. 1944-2014Harold Ramis passed away early this morning at the age of 69. Ramis helped define my childhood, as the Ghostbusters franchise was an enormous part of my life, and still is. His movies are some of the best I have ever seen, and Ghostbusters and Groundhog Day are two timeless classics, and my personal favorites. Upon reading the news, I felt completely gutted. I went to New York City in 2009, and the very first thing I went to see was the firehouse used in the movies. If anyone has any works or photos of their own pertaining to Harold Ramis or his work, please let me know, and I will add them to mine.RIP Harold Ramis. 1944-20141 year ago in Personal More Like This
Thank you Harold for helping to shape the adult I am. You will be missed!
Farewell, Harold RamisFarewell, Harold Ramis1 year ago in Personal More Like This
Well, I got the news today while at work, but wasn't able to post something until now. So yeah, everybody is talking about it, and I wanted to say something as well:
Harold Allen Ramis, Actor, Director and writer has passed away today from complications arising from vasculitis. I remember him not only from his most memorable role as Egon Spengler from Ghostbusters movies, but also as a director of one of my favorite comedy movies: National Lampoon's Vacation (Chevy Chase rocks).
Anyway, Rest in Peace, Harold Ramis ((November 21, 1944 – February 24, 2014).
And thanks to you, we will never forget..............TO NOT CROSS THE STREAMS!!
And now, for the ones who enjoyed the magic of the 80's, just like me, let's revive that cartoon most of us loved (God, I feel old):
And why not some music?!
Harold Ramis Dead at Age 69For those of you who are fans of the Ghostbusters franchise (the Columbia films more specifically), I have some tragic news. I just heard that Harold Ramis, who we know as Egon Spengler, has recently died at the age of 69. Now I know this may come as a complete shock to all those who are fans of him. And believe me, I two was equally shocked and horrified when I first learned about this. But based on what I've learned so far, Ramis' death was caused by an illness of sorts. In May of 2010, Ramis contracted an infection that resulted in complications from autoimmune inflammatory vasculitis. He lost the ability to walk; after relearning to do so, he suffered a relapse of the disease in late 2011. He died of complications of the disease as recently as February 24, 2014, at his home on Chicago's North Shore, at age 69. Once again, I share the pain of those who once admired him during his life time. It pains me to know that such a brilliant and well respected actor has passedHarold Ramis Dead at Age 6911 months ago in Personal More Like This

You...You earned it.
To make up for it, I've proposed a new Rachel and Friends Episode with a character that's serves as a homage/tribute to Harold Ramis and his Ghostbusters character, Egon Spengler.
Anne Frank would have been a BelieberFirst off, I wanna say–I read the Diary of Anne Frank. It was a required historical book in my school. Now, I don't know if any other schools had it as required literature, but it was on the list.Anne Frank would have been a Belieber2 years ago in Personal More Like This
One of the reasons why–my history and English teacher was Jewish.
And so was I, so I wanted to learn more about the Holocaust and what happened.
Luckily my Jewish family never suffered through the Holocaust, they were already in this country by the time Hitler did his douchbaggery upon Europe. However, my family were survivors of the Russian pogroms in the early 20th century.
Ever seen Fiddler on the Roof? Yeah...that actually happened to a few of my ancestors. And no, we didn't sing about it.
So, coming from that history, I know what being oppressed means. I know that being oppressed because you think differently, you act differently, or you worship a different way–or even a different god (gods), it does create drama and criticism upon other people. Some people may not like what I

I don't understand people want to be KoreanMy mom is tired of having my dad and me sibling in her life. She wants to live alone she says and have a steady, boring life, away from the clamor and stress of taking care of us. I usually dread dinner because it usually consists my mother telling me and my sibling how much we are failures at life, and how we aren't going to succeed because we're not good at hangul reading and writing like some others, and how we can't do stuff "right". Imagine this happening everyday ever since you could remember. It gets tiring after a while doesn't it? As much as I want to respect my mother she really doesn't give respect to us, and I often catch myself talking to her in a way that is looked down upon in our culture. She tells me, that when I turn 18 I better move out and get out of her life, because she said she's not paying for my college. Which is perfectly fine by me, because I'm kind of used to being unwanted by now.I don't understand people want to be Korean3 years ago in Personal More Like This

Russian Rocks!I had been spending a bit of my time to find some new songs from foreign bands that I haven't tried yet.Russian Rocks!3 years ago in Personal More Like This
I found Ария (Aria), a Russian old school rock band.
And I am in love with them. Like, really, really in love with them.
Probably by far my most favourite song from this band is 'Shtil' (Calm), thanks to Rammstein's Till Lindemann and Richard Kruspe for covering that song.
Their songs remind me strongly of Bon Jovi, Scorpions, Aerosmith and all those 80s rock bands mixed together. (Yes, I am a sucker to those old rock riffs)
Dammit, you Russians are awesome! ;;;u;;;
PS: Thanks for the poll. I think I can try to write the story soon...just...Gott, I am going to kill Ludwig for sure this time...orz
I only need to know...should I make it an mpreg story? Mpreg always make the angst work better...//shot
RIP, Harold Ramis.Comedy is one of humanity's most indispensable tools. We use it to incite biting satire, it embellishes criticism, it communicates and conveys a sense of joviality which can be shared with friends and families. As kids, it helps us to learn to view the world in a manner that strays from the conventional. And often, it's used to cushion the blow of emotional pain.RIP, Harold Ramis.11 months ago in Personal More Like This
The people I admire the most in this world are those that, to put it simply, are capable of seeing the funny side of life. That's a grossly simplistic way of describing my thoughts, but quite frankly I'm not intending to dwell too much on this tonight. That would, after all, defeat the purpose. Comedy is invariably drawn from the same roots that tragedy stems from. They are inseparable, and I think in time I'll come to think back on this particularly painful time with a more accepting perspective and, perhaps, a new life lesson learned.
For now though, I mourn the loss of an incredibly funny man. Harold Ramis was more than his

Yes folks, Harold Ramis, AKA Egon Spengler, has passed away. I'm very upset by this news not because there won't be a Ghostbusters 3, but because he was my favorite Ghostbuster. Well, now he has become what he busted for so many years.
May you, and your 35 foot long twinkies rest in peace...

ahaahHAHHASo I hang out on tumblr a lot and saw one of mine and Kleion's fics were posted to a fucknohetalia blog (it was posted cause the fic was 2nations1cup ) So I think that's funny it's posted but I look at the tags and one of them is racist.ahaahHAHHA3 years ago in Personal More Like This
racist? So I asked them how it's racist and they said cause in the author's note it says 'what two nations enjoy shit in their porn? Why Germany and Japan of course." and that's offensive and shit.
wtf guys it's a joke. Hetalia is full of stereotype jokes but the fandom can't make any?
idk, it just made me laugh.

One of the most inspirational men in my life has passed and I never met him.
Harold Ramis died this morning at the age of 69, and I can remember as far back as humanly possible to 2-3 years old seeing Ghostbusters and falling in love. Immersed in a world where the good guys didn't have to destroy their enemies like all the other 80's shows, the Ghostbusters contained their enemies with traps and proton packs.
I remember my first impressions of the Egon Spengler character was mixed. Who was this guy? Why does he like Twinkies so much? Does he really have a thing for Janine? As I grew older, Ghostbusters became a way of life for me. It was on, I'd watch. If it was talked about, I had a quote. My first voice impression ever was of Dr. Spengler. I remember doing it when playing with my action figures, and it made each play time that much more special.
With growth came change. I never stopped being a Ghostbusters fan, but I didn't watch the show or
