Chapter 11: HerobrineThe man in leather armor and apron, who owned the Bar where we had recently found salvation, pushed the three of us towards the corner of the room, supposedly to give us some safe haven from the monster that neared. San spoke up, "But Dusty, what if he--" He put a hand over her mouth, cutting her off. He slowly pulled his hand away and quickly wrapped his arms around her, and she did the same. He gently pushed her away and looked deeply into her teary eyes, speaking softly, "I'll be alright; the only thing that matters to me is that you're safe. I could never forgive myself if I let anything happen to you." He then stomped his foot on an uneven floorboard and the floor beneath us moved, letting us fall into a dark room that lay hidden beneath the building, cobwebs and small red torches hanging in the corners of the room. He poked his head over the edge of the hole that we fell through and looked to San, "If I don't make it There's a lever on the wall that will give you andChapter 11: Herobrine2 years ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
Chapter 12: Herobrine's Twisted WorldI could see nothing, but I could feel someone's lips against mine, and air being pushed into my lungs. My eyes begin to open, and above me I see a blurry figure with a green hoodie and blue hair. "S- San?" I ask, causing her to instantly hug me, relieved that I was still alive. She helped me sit up from my position on the ground as I tried to analyze the red landscape and bright lights that surrounded me that remained indistinct, and ignore my pounding headache. "Just try to relax," San said, putting an arm on my shoulder, "Your body may take a bit to recuperate after being dead." It took a few seconds for what she said to set in, and when it did, I nearly fell back onto the ground. "Dead?!" I asked frantically, "H- How long? What killed me?!" San shrugged, "I don't really know how long..." But before she could answer my second question, I heard a distant voice, "Did you forget about Herobrine?" I looked in its direction, and saw a blurry figure in black beginning to walk towards me acChapter 12: Herobrine's Twisted World2 years ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This

Stars shine bright.
And I wake up to see a face of the night.
I look out my window
and what do I see there?
On the grass sits a boy with silver hair.
I don't know whether I'm still dreaming,
or whether my mind lies
but he looks back at me with his calm blue eyes.
I follow him outside and
I sit next to him out in the cold.
In his arms, he keeps me in his hold.
We stare off into the dark sky
both of us wondering so
as his blade of light emits a golden glow
Something about him makes me feel safe
like I want to make him mine
As the moon makes his long white-silver hair shine.
In his warming arms, I start to doze
and I fall asleep at his side.
With him, I have nothing to hide.
He just holds me close, as if to protect me
from the horrors of the day.
Yet he does not say.
He just gently puts me to bed
and disappears with the night.
Then came the light.
His sword shone bright, the sun appeared
then he was gone.
Of him, I grew fond.
So I wake with the morning,
my heart heav

My plates are made of plastic
A regal shade of blue
As are my knives and forks and spoons
And serving dishes, too.
If, by some chance I stumble,
As I am passing by
And knock them off the table
They do not break....they do not die.
I have two plastic goldfish
Within a plastic bowl
To ease a troubled soul.
As long as I am careful
To keep the batteries dry
They'll swim along forever
They do not sink....they do not die.
I have a cocker spaniel
I named my buddy Ruff.
He doesn't run or chase a ball -
How can he when he's stuffed?
But he is always there for me.
Where I am-there he lies
And, though he'll never lick my face,
He does not leave....he does not die.
Your picture hangs above my bed.
The glass and frame are fake
But if it falls down from the wall
It has no chance to break.
Your beauty takes my breath away.
Your smile of sweet delight
Dispels the gloom from my small room;
Illuminates the night.
I place my fingers on your cheek
And, teardrops in my eye,

This is my city.
A city only for me.
No other life is allowed.
No one else but me can survive here.
It had not always been like this.
This city of glass is gigantic. Even the smallest walls reach high into the sky, their surface just as smooth as any other one here, the edges just as sharp.
It's so easy to get cut here. Only I know my way around without getting wounded, but my skin is scarred in many places. I had to learn the hard way.
Some of the crystal spires seem to touch stars no longer visible in the ever gray twilight. There is no sun, no clouds, no wind. No rain nor snow. Not anymore.
They vanished after I stopped believing in them.
This complex labyrinth stretches over miles and miles. I can walk for years without reaching the outer walls again. I've

Messed up on the inside
Lost on the outside
Make it stop
You don't want to feel that anymore
Confused all the time
Make it leave
You don't want to feel this anymore
The past hunts your mind
Pain felt once again
Make it disappear
You don't want to feel anything anymore
The future holds no hope
Hurting your soul
Make it die
You don't want to feel anymore
The present is gone
Just end this life

a single battered car
waits at the barrier
a train is a cocoon:
both inside and outside
Here is the place
where trees blur the line
between dark brown and azure.
Reflections in the window.
Outside a tiny village station
a single bulb illuminates
a lone kiosk. Silhouette
of a dog in the back yard.
Tracing the outline of what is
no foothills or factories
block the view:
sky kisses earth
on both cheeks.
Memories buried in the soil:
pearl of great price.

So no one sees her pain and asks
All the troubles that cloud her mind
And the past she's left behind.
She wears a smile, though she cries
When darkness falls upon the skies.
Her whispered words are lost to sighs
In her heart, a part has died.
No one knows the pain she feels
A secret kept but she learned to deal
Holding in emotions kept
Demons haunt as she slept.
Passions lost because they told
Her time was short. She's growing old.
Love has come and love has gone
But she doesn't know how to move on.
Within her heart she speaks a name
But he doesn't feel the same.
And so she watches from afar
Hoping one day to become his star.
Upon her face, though old and torn
Is a story she's always worn.
It tells of a love that once was strong
Until her life came falling down.
Now outside, she walks the streets
Humming along to a drowned out beat
Thinking of his smile and times before
Staring up upon his door.
But she knows within he doesn't care
All and all life's not
How I Kept The PenThe sun outside is shiningHow I Kept The Pen8 years ago in Free Verse More Like This
This pen is very bright
I find it sort of blinding
But I guess that is alright.
You let me borrow it today
So it makes this pen very cool
I don't want to give it away
At the end of school.
You are my best friend
To let me use your pen
And I hope you let me borrow it again
Yeah, I really love this pen.
It's so orange and pretty
And my favorite color
I'm running out of things to rhyme
So I guess this poem will have to end
Lizzy you rock
For letting me use your pen

Sam and Dean approached the rundown old house, shotguns in hand. Sam tried the doorknob. Locked. He took a step back and kicked the door with all his strength. The door flew open and Sam took a few steps inside. Just then, the door hit a chair that was sitting behind it and bounce back fast, whacking Sam in the face. Sam cried out, stumbling back and falling off the front steps, landing flat on his back.
Dean jogged down the steps and stopped at his brother's side, completely forgetting about the spirit they were supposed to be hunting. This was just too priceless to not make fun of him for. He looked down at him, fighting a smile. Sam's nose was bleeding, and he looked dazed. Dean couldn't help but laugh.
"Dude, two words," he said between laughs. "Epic. Fail."
Sam glared at him and let out a sigh. After a long moment of complete mental silence, Sam heard himself admit, That was an epic fail...

Immediately the blurry world of his bedroom came into view, so he quickly closed them again as the computer, detecting he was awake, automatically turned the lights on. He lifted and hand up and massaged the space in between his eyes, groaning as he slowly woke up.
He yawned and turned over in his bed, Good- He stopped when he saw the empty space next to him. His face fell. Oh.
He shook his head and sat up, wiping the sleep from his dark purple eyes and yawning again. He swung his legs around of his bed, revealing his red pyjama pants and his otherwise clothes-less green form. His stretched his thin, almost skinny form and he stood up, revealing himself to be of his almost five foot in height. He linked his fingers and stretched for a final time, cracking his fingers and popping his joints.

and turns ever so slowly,
watching her body's reflection in the glass,
and raises her arms and points her toes----
now a side view:
Thick of stomach
She'll run more,
six miles tonight,
bike, lunch and dinner,
and no snacking.
A glass of juice,
or an apple,
if she has to...
Someone's calling though the keyhole.
There's piano to practice,
homework to do.
She blocks the doorway with her body
and wipes her eyes.
She knows she's falling
and she wants to let them cathc her,

and save her---
they would do it for her, too.
But she's played on for too long now,
there's no turning back.
Hung head and empty mouth,
it's all about control,
