"You want me to do what?" Tracks asked incredulously.
"You heard me man, I want to move out of town and I need your help," Raoul told him, "I heard it's where all the action is. Maybe I can get a part in a movie or something."
"A part in a movie? Where exactly are you moving to?"
"Oh well, then, what are we waiting for?" Tracks exclaimed, "Why didn't you say so in the first place? Perhaps some Hollywood bigwig will discover me and I'll be even more famous than before."
Tracks was stuffed to the roof with Raoul's things--surprising, since he didn't think that kid owned that much stuff--and the uneventful trip to the West Coast commenced. It was upon arrival--and stashing away of Raoul's things--that it started to get interesting.
Raoul knew people in L.A., so finding a place to crash wasn't a problem. The next order of business was finding someone who could get his foot in the stage door. But first things first--Raoul was hungry and convinced Tracks
Sweepfic: Hunter in the NightThe yellow Seeker on patrol was nervous. He had been ordered by Shockwave to search for any sign of the female Autobots, but he had found none. He stepped into the passageway leading to an underground storage room in the depths of Cybertron that hadn't been used in eons. The passageway was dark, but the room he entered had a very low light level. Vaguely he could make out various parts and larger pieces of scrap all over the place. Well, wherever the female Autobots were, they certainly weren't here.Sweepfic: Hunter in the Night9 years ago in General Fiction More Like This
The Seeker turned to go back the way he came, when he got the distinct feeling he was being watched. Suddenly something landed on him from above, knocking him backwards. He screamed as whatever it was seized his throat in its jaws and he felt his armor being torn by ten razor-sharp talons. The jaws clamped tighter as the Seeker struggled, eventually causing him to lapse into unconsciousness.

Ratbat sat perched high on a tower on Cybertron. For some reason Autobot sensors had trouble detecting him, and he could spy on them with impunity.
Suddenly a commotion developed on the ground. Autobots were running around like chickens with their heads cut off.
"Where'd she go?" Springer shouted.
"I hope she didn't make it to the shuttles!" Kup groaned, "If she gets off this planet..." his voice trailed off.
Galvatron, Cyclonus, and Scourge were observing this little drama. But while Galvatron and Cyclonus could have cared less, Scourge's interest perked up instantly. There was only one reason why Autobots would be worried about a female leaving Cybertron.
"Aww, too late!" Kup moaned as a small shuttle took off suddenly.
Scourge stared at the screen, committing the shuttle's appearance to memory. Then he quickly sneaked out of the room.
"Bah, this bores me!" Galvatron said crossly. He fired at the monitor, blowing up the screen. Cyclonus winced.

Quintesson Journal recording 0179 alpha. A courier has brought us a strange sample reputedly taken directly from the Chaos Bringer himself. We have been directed to utilize this material to create a new type of mechanism--one that will mean the end of the rebellious consumer goods and military hardware.
The Quintesson scientist led his superiors down a corridor to a strange room with a stasis tank in it. Inside the tank was a strange-looking robot. Its optics were shut, indicating that it was not conscious.
"So this is the result of all your hard work," one of the Quintesson Commanders mused as he stared at the strange creature. It had batlike wings, and pink razor-sharp claws tipped its fingers. But the oddest feature of all was the beard--which flowed slightly in the churning fluids that the robot was immersed in.
"Impressive," another member of the High Command stated.

Galvatron led the Sweeps, and several other Decepticonsincluding Cyclonus--through a dense jungle on a remote planet. Scourge, report! Which way are the Autobots? he demanded.
The Sweep Leader sniffed the air, and actively scanned the area. He pointed towards the Northeast. That way, he stated.
Fine. You take point, Galvatron commanded. Letting Scourge take the fore also made him a magnet for weapons fire, when they came upon their foes.
Scourge started off at a brisk pace, scanning carefully for Autobots, or any sign of an ambush. He detected some animal life but ignored it. Some of the beasts were robotic in nature, but he figured they were no threat, at least not with much of the Decepticon army there.
Suddenly a small robotic feline leaped down from a tree, snarling and clawing. It was only about half Scourges size, but its fa

On the barren wasteland of Chaar, a Sweep was hunting. His chosen prey was alone, and not even aware of the presence of the hungry mechanism that was stalking, silently moving ever closer to the intended victim.
The Sweep crept closer to its prey, making certain that the target was oblivious.
Suddenly the prey stopped. The Sweep was in striking distance, and quickly seized the opportunity. He rushed from behind his cover and pounced, knocking his victim down from behind and immediately biting the back of its neck.
A cry of surprise erupted from the throat of the prey. The bite had severed several motor relays, so the victim could not struggle--but he could cry out, and he did, loudly.
"What's that?" Thrust asked Ramjet.
"It's Dirge, and it sounds like he's in some kind of trouble," Ramjet replied. The two coneheads rushed in the direction the shouts were coming from. To their amazement, they saw one of the Sweeps, with Dirge's neck in its jaws.

Scourge was resting quietly in the den when he heard a commotion outside. He got up and wandered outside. Several pack-members were crowded around one of the other dens. After a few minutes, Number 4 emerged.
How is she? Slash wondered.
Shes fine, Number 4 said, She has given me two sons. His optics were shining.
Scourge sniffed the air coming from the den, then tried to go inside. Slash placed a hand on Scourges shoulder, holding him back. Not yet, he said softly, Number 4s cubs have only just been born. They need their restas does their mother. You can have a look at them later.
Finally Scourge was allowed to enter the den where Pandora and her two newborn cubs were. The cubs were tiny and helpless, but they were miniature replicas of their father.

"Stunticons!" Megatron called out over the communications channel. Motormaster and the others ground to a halt to listen.
"Whaddaya want, Megatron?" Motormaster growled.
"I need you to do a job for me. There is a black Pontiac Trans Am hanging around the Autobots. I need you to capture it and bring it to me. UNDAMAGED. Do you understand?"
"Awww undamaged? Where's the fun in that?" Motormaster groaned.
"Let me put this in terms you can understand. If that car is NOT in one piece when you bring it to me, you will find yourselves in exactly the same condition when I'm through with you!" Megatron snapped.
"Alright, alright," Motormaster sighed.
"Excellent. Megatron out."
"I wonder what he wants with an Earth car," Deadend mused.
"Maybe he wants to make another one of us!" Wildrider exclaimed excitedly.
"Don't remind me that we're made of Earth scrap," Deadend retorted.

A whine of several hundred motorcycle engines suddenly made itself apparent.
"Uh-oh," Rattrap said apprehensively, "Looks like company."
"Vehicons!" Cheetor snarled.
"But how did they find us down here?" Nightscream wanted to know.
"They haven't found us yet," Optimus Primal said, "They're probably searching every inch of this planet. Let's move!" And with that, he took off down a tunnel, and the others followed him.
"It's a good thing they can't scan us in Beast Mode," Blackarachnia commented, as she made her eight legs carry her as fast as she could go.
"Nightscream, go and see which way they went, then rejoin us," Optimus Primal ordered, and the bat complied. He flew off down the corridor the way they came. At any other time he may have argued, but there was no time for that now.

The sun was high in the heavens, and the light glinted off several Sweepcraft that were making their way towards the coastline at the tip of Argentina.
Scourge transformed, signaling his minions to do the same, and landed on the rocky beach. Spread out and scout the area, he ordered, If there is any Autobot activity here, let me know, but do not be seen.
Dredclaw nodded, and he and the other Sweeps slowly wandered off to their tasks. All except one.
Deadfall, GET MOVING! Scourge growled.
Do I HAVE to? Deadfall whined.
Yes. You HAVE to, Scourge said harshly, Or am I going to have to let Singe light a fire under your aft?
All right, all right, Im going, Deadfall muttered, and reluctantly joined his brothers. As the other Sweeps each picked a direction, he made a beeline for a brush-filled area.

After the performance in the forbidden cave, the two cubs never did go inside there again. Scourge was stubborn but he respected his father and obeyed him without question. Cyclonus didn't want to go inside in the first place, so there was no further problem.
Galvatron returned with a rather large amount of energon cubes. Cyclonus was hungry, so Galvatron gave him one. Scourge was curious, since he'd never even seen energon before. He came up to Cyclonus and sniffed at the cube.
Slash chuckled. "This is the first time Scourge has come in contact with energon," he stated.
A full cube was far too much for Cyclonus alone, so when he had his fill he offered the cube to Scourge. "Want to try some?" he asked.
Scourge pawed at the cube, and quickly figured out how to drink from it. It didn't take much to fill him up, and when he had all he wanted he sat there li

The other hybrids were curious about Slash's new son, but satisfying that curiosity would have to wait. Young Scourge was too small and helpless to be taken outside the burrow yet. His mother figured out how to tap him directly into her own power supply in order to keep him energized. The energy also fed the special nanomachines that constantly rebuilt his body at the molecular level--making him "grow."
A few months later, Scourge was big enough to be allowed outside. His father brought him food from the kills the pack had made, which not only gave him energy but molecular raw material for "growth." Unlike his father and the other hybrids, Scourge at this time had no beard.
Since Ballista was incapable of teaching Scourge how to hunt, Slash knew he would have to. He caught a small live rodent and brought it to his son. At first, Scourge was uncertain of what to do. The frightened pre

Three of them thwarted our attempt to capture a lone military hardware cub. More interesting still is the fact that the prototype's offspring was attempting to assist in fending off the Sharkticons.
"So, the Sharkticons were driven off by three Sweeps?" the Quintesson commander commented thoughtfully.
"This is most intriguing," said a Quintesson Scientist, "They seem to be able to override their programming to some extent."
"Or redirect it," another scientist added.
"Nonetheless, I believe if we make another attempt to take the one called Cyclonus, we will face even greater opposition. We will have to bide our time, or they will become suspicious. Perhaps a better opportunity will come at a later time," the High Co

"Something's happened," Aura said as Slash climbed through the window into the room, "Someone broke into one of the storage buildings and stole some energon. Whoever did it was not seen, but some think that the culprit was one of those mindless Seekers."
Slash was alarmed. This was no doubt the work of a feral Sweep. That explained the familiar scent he'd detected in the yard earlier. Some of Number 13's cubs were a bit older than Scourge, and although they were not yet fully grown they were big enough to kill a small Autobot. If the feral pack had grown bold enough to steal energon right from t

It pains me to see them used as food, and they certainly face much more merciful deaths at the hands of your compatriots, but I must think of the welfare of my Pack first. If the mindless Seekers are wiped out, my feral brethren will either starve, or come searching for alternate sources of food--which may endanger my Pack's supply of prey. "You should have known we would find you eventually, Scrap" Scourge taunted as his minions closed the pincers of the three pronged advance. "Your only hope would have been to find an access point to the old megatubes that run through this region. And even then it would have been chancy at best that you could find an egress point close enough to Iacon before we caught up to you."

Please make yourself comfortable."
"Thanks," Pandora replied, looking Slash over with her bright blue optics. She noticed that he was much larger than the Sweep that had chosen her as his mate.

After a breakfast of Quicklings, Slash decided after that swim in the river that he should probably teach Scourge how to maneuver in water. He had seen a location from space, on one of his trips back from Chaar, where there was a lot of water, and probably plenty of things to intrigue a curious Sweep. He gathered up the Pack and headed in a direction that took them in the opposite direction from Feral Sweep territory, picking Scourge up and transforming.
