It's a three of life, with a lot of details and symbolism, i did it wih many influences of the culture and popular art of my country

Silly stuff: My piece for an Art Exhibit at the Seattle Center, part of the Dia de Muertos celebration (if someone of you live ther and had the chance to go please share pictures!)
My first traditional piece in a very long time, hope you like it! :D and yes, that is a wood cross, and accidentally I broke it while painting it DX but I could fix it! so silly me

here is the lineart all colored in. it won't let me upload it to the oekaki board cause it was 24kb over the limit, which blows. but i hope to get it up there.

it's Red Butler and Rainbow Brite all grown up. not much to that except for that. it got archived so i am very proud!

Silly stuff: Backside art. Actually, i already used the virgin in something else, but i show it to my boss and he said it was cool, with some modifications... the original had a pirate patch, so i must delete ir from the final version, but i kept the pirate cd on baby Jesus hand, ña ña ña :p

Publication: Cuentos de Hadas Expo at ENAP (National School of Plastic Arts), selected as main image. Showed at promotional posters and stuff

Silly stuff: I did this illustration for 3 things; 2 school final projects and for the expo itself, jo jo jo... nobody knows, so shhhhh, ji ji, i'm very proud of the result, and it was such an honor to be selected as the main image of the exhibition :3
They even did a huge 5 m poster of it... and i own it now, of course :love:

Publication: Viva la vida: Frida Expo at National Museum of Cartoon, Mexico

Silly stuff: My contribution for a cartoon expo for Frida Kahlo (i know this is not cartoon properly, but i didn't knew the details of the expo when i was invited... and i know she don't really look like Frida, but is not Frida... is MY Frida, get that? :p), the one i announced on my journal... :iconaugustomora: showed his work there too, go and see his beautiful piece when he add it to DA! :D
