Jack chuckled to himself as he put the finishing touches to the now slippery slope outside the house of a particularly grumpy occupant. How he wished he could hang around to see his face the following morning! Having spotted the irritable man yelling at some kids earlier for playing in the snow outside, he thought it was only fitting he get him to 'join in'. As an after thought he added a soft pile of snow for him to land in - he wanted to give the guy a shock but he wasn't going to let him get hurt (even if he was a grouch!)
Leaping up onto a nearby roof, he surveyed the recently-frosted town with satisfaction, enjoying how everywhere he had touched now glittered in the moonlight. Suddenly he spotted a colourful glimmer sneak in a nearby window.
"Looks like someone's lost a tooth" he smiled to himself.
It had only been a week since he had last seen Toothiana and the other Guardians, just after they had defeated Pitch.
A slight frown appeared on Jack's otherw

As I slowly opened my eyes, I could tell that it was nighttime right from when I saw the moon, which was so big and shining bright in the sky.
I started to constantly shake and shiver, as if my body was just pulled out from the ocean, and I could still feel the ice cold waves of its' water.
I quickly realized I was laying down on an isolated beach, with both of my hands feeling the sand, and the waves of the ocean right in front of me.
Before I even began to get myself off the ground, I felt my whole body somehow being lifted higher, and I started to become a lot more scared.
My body suddenly stopped moving up in the air when I was facing the moon, and obviously, I was getting a much better look at it from up here.
"You have nothing to fear, child, because no one is going to hurt you, and you're going to be the light in a dark time to come in the distant future."
I looked down to see that there was still nobody around, so that must have meant that the voice I just heard cam

Chapter1:A day off
Here it was, the day Jack looked forward to every month; his day off. Every guardian needed to get a day to himself for a while, so, today he was out gliding on the wind, letting it take him where ever it took him. And for some reason, today the wind chose to take him over a forest. A forest that he himself had never seen before, (and trust me when I say, Jack’s been around the world a few times), so he just went with the wind, since he didn’t know his way around.
Suddenly, in the distance he saw an island, as he flew closer he saw that the island was one big hill, and on that hill was a village, and at the very top of that hill, was a castle.
He found a bridge that connected the island to the main land, and the wind dropped him off there. Shrugging, he walked down the bridge to the village which was teeming with villagers, shops, and was decorated with purple banners with a picture of a

She lay in wait.
Her eyes narrowed as she thought of her. The girl. The girl she had treated as a daughter for all those years, and never got any thanks for it.
She hadn’t dared to return to the tower—the tower she had called home for eighteen years. Too much of a chance the girl or the thief might come back to it. They believed she was dead.
She nearly laughed aloud at the thought. She—the most learned witch of her time—dead! Yes, she had jumped out of the tower. Yes, she had disappeared into dust once she'd hit the ground. But she was not dead. Not very far from it, but not yet.
As a witch, she had simply vanished into a place no one would ever find her. She was there now, looking into a cauldron with a shimmering potion that showed her whatever she wanted to see. And currently she saw the castle in the kingdom of Corona.
She clenched her arthritic fists

North was busy creating a new ice-train. Christmas was still a few months away, but then again he has to deliver millions of toys to billions of kids. Everything was going just right until, bang! His office door slammed open, making his new creation crumble in his hands. "Ack! My train!" North turned around to see one of his yeti workers, "Ah, my friend. What is the matter?" The yeti burst out a line of frantic grunts and groans. North knit his eyebrows, "The Globe?" He walked past the yeti and to the Globe. The Globe keeps record of children of the world that still Believed, bad or good or naughty or nice. The Guardian of Wonder let out a hardy laugh and said to his worried toy-maker, "It is fine! Nothing is wrong with the Globe. Everything is in order, sure a few lights went out but that happens every day. Some stop Believing as more Believers come." As he walked away, the yeti huffed and looked at the Globe again, its eyes widened at what it saw form on the globe. Quickly, the yeti
