A gift I did for a friend. I don't often do likenesses, so this is a rarity.

Hand-drawn then colored in Photoshop.

This one's based on Julia Voth from the instant classic Bitch Slap--which quickly became one of my favorite Grindhouse-style films.

Sigh, I just can't stop drawing the furkinis, though...

Hand-drawn, colored and composed in Photoshop.

Hey gang, somethin' a little bit different. Here's an illustration of Dian, the Beautiful--as she faces off one of the dread Mahars of Pellucidar. This is a cover for the National Capital Panthans, an Edgar Rice Burroughs fan club.

So here's another version of a piece y'all have already seen. She was originally gonna be a jungle princess until I got those nice subtle reds in the last version.

But, the monkey bugged me, thematically. He needed to be in a drawing with a jungle princess...

Y'know, I could get a lot more done if I'd just leave my previous work alone and make new stuffs...

Years ago, Marvel did the first Kulan Gath (from the Conan comics) crossover to the current-day heroes. They've revisited it a few times over the years. I did a few cartoon versions of my favorite heroines, in full Hyperborean style.

Introducing the Savage Sword of She Hulk!

I experimented a bit with this one. Scanned the original drawing, then used Photoshop to convert the linework to curves before coloring--allowing me to edit the curves before filling. Not sure if I like it better than simply coloring my original linework, but it really did make for a cleaner coloring job.

I'm really not as boring as I sound...
