Gift of Ages is an animation I made in about a week and a half for my church's Christmas program.
Ah, there's so much to say about this one, but I somehow feel that explaining it will make it weaker. I should hope that the piece is strong enough to stand on its own without my having to prop it up with words.
And so for some of you I might have ruined Christmas. But to everyone else, I hope you've enjoyed this presentation and that it brings new meaning to the secular symbols we see annually.
Programs used: Flash 8, openCanvas, 3D Studio Max, and Sound Forge. All 3D work was done by my brother Brian (thanks!), and the music is Chopin's Etude in E major Op.10 No.3.
EDIT: I'm re-uploading the file to include the Disney logo. This was done two years ago now and is riddled with badness. I wish there was a way to update the file without submitting it like its new. >_<
Here's the Mittens test I worked on at Disney. I wasn't able to finish it because of my lack of speed. I felt terrible about not finishing but my mentor insisted that it was ok and that the point was to learn something.
I still feel like it needs a lot more work though. The animation is very rough around the edges. >_<
Hey there Everybody, long time no see I know.................. I have been really busy with school but here i am back with new stuff I hope you enjoy it . I will be also adding new stuff soon layout logos and other nice stuff, sorry for being away all this period i
Here it is, my final assignment (thesis work?) in Lybecker Institute of Crafts and Design.
This little thing was my life from last December all the way to to the last days of May. I was supposed to upload this month ago, but unfortunately the original file was too big for DA, and I didn't have a film editing program of my own, so you can all thank my friend ~Drazca for letting me use her computer with Adobe After Effects. ^^
Animation, story, narration, voice acting and foaley artistness is by yours truly, the dog barks and growls in fourth scene are free sound effects and the music used was catalogue music, which licence belongs to Lybecker Institute of Craft and Design, and are free to use in projects within Lybecker.
In case you were wondering, the speech is in my mother tongue. That's what Finnish sounds like.
I am now officially diagnosed with animation. Oh, yeah!
Been working on this piece for awhile, and this isn't all of it; stunning conclusion later! Having lots of fun though, Doofenshmirtz and Perry are still enjoyable even after hearing them them a hundred times over hours of work... Man, I would love to pose this show!
Plagued by the rules and warnings of her obsessive mother, a young woman leads a life in fear of virtually everything surrounding her.
