Those are little dasies!
I don't think there is something my cat enjoys more than running aroung trough the flowers on a warm sunny day...
...oh wait! I think he enjoys more destroying things... ...and come to think about it I think he likes muddy days too...

Most of my digital art and paintings are primarily car related, so this is something different for me. A good exercise to get my feet wet with this challenge.
It was done with Photoshop CS and still with a mouse.
Stephen Sondheim's musical score of the original Broadway show is what inspired the feel of this poster design. I wanted to convey some emotions that Sweeney Todd went through with the portrait shot of Johnny Depp.
All images used are from the creative resources provided. Text and Credits were recreated and is only for mock up purposes.
I am likely going to withdraw this entry from the contest soon, after recieving messages from other entrants concerned about another poster contest entry that features only a straight razor. Instead, I'd like to direct your attention to a *better* entry: [link] ! It's more than just a straight razor, and I think it represents the movie far better than this one. That said, my entries are completely original works, created entirely by me - I care about the contest, but not enough to steal. But out of respect for a fellow artist, I've created something more unique. Again, my (honestly, better) entry is [link] .
"To seek revenge may lead to hell, but everyone does it, and seldom as well ... as Sweeney Todd, the demon barber of Fleet Street."
from Stephen Sondheim's "The Ballad of Sweeney Todd". My first Sondheim musical and still my favorite. Another mince pie, anyone?
This is my second entry to the Sweeney Todd poster contest. It's a lighter variation of [link] , so created to add more of a "barbershop" feel - hence the red, white and blue stripes, which are reminiscent of the classic barber-bar. The razor was created by me in its entirety using Photoshop CS3 - all textures, blood and shapes are my own. Full resolution available should entry be selected.
As always, all comments and favorites will be returned in kind. If you like it, please comment or +fav! This contest is already awash with entries, and it's the only way for my entry to stand out from the crowd. I look forward to your feedback!
