Huh.. this sounds like a title of a book or a one of those old animated movies from the early 90's that only come out on video cassette.
Anyways, this is the first picture i have of my bro 's creations as well as my own. I made Oshawott and Tepig
and michael made Snivy and Zoroark
I know its not the greatest picture of Zoroark but i thought would be a cool idea for a pose; "the evil villian pokemon looking away as if he got something sinister up his sleeves while the 3 starters are our heroes of our story so they're posing without a care in the world" Don't worry Zoroark fans i'll take a picture of him separately so you can have a better look at him. Btw these guys are more of the creations that me and plan to sell at fanime in our silent auction
all the pokemon in this production are made with pipecleaners only, no markers or glue were used.
everything I got for Halloween was totally last minute... spent a total of 4 hours at walmart with my dad [he needed a new phone and it took them that long to transfer the number between companies ] any way, I got a full costume [flapper, and yes I have a pic to prove it coming right up], hair spray, candy, and a pumpkin. had no plan to buy anything, just sorta walked by, you know how it goes... so. yeah. called mom and asked if we could get a pumpkin and totally thought this up on the spot. I spent probably 2 hours or so [maybe more] tracing a pattern, cutting it open, emptying out the guts, and carving the design. but at least it was fun btw, I bet all the parents in the neighborhood hate us now. my dad had like a dozen 12pks of soda in the garage, seriously. we took advantage of the night and decided to give out a can to everyone that came by, along with at least 3pcs of candy each. let me just say, I hope none of those cans were emptied by 5yr olds last night
about pic: have better ones, but couldn't get the photoshop update on my computer yet... was hoping to find that panoramic trick we learned last year..
Finally, the leather overcoat seen in a couple of scenes.
This was more of an exercise in refurbishing rather than complete fabrication. I did not completely construct this coat seeing as my leather supply has run deplorably thin. This piece was acquired at the thrift store. However, I did alter it quite heavily to ensure a perfect fit.
It lacks the piped bias trim because I have yet to find the perfect fabric in a price range that I can afford. Also, the distressing that I already did is a good start, but needs to go further.
Upon seeing the film, it seems in the close-up shots that the leather has a thin shadow stripe running through it. Seeing as that is quite a rarity, it will be easier for me to further distress and draw the pinstripes in with leather dye.
Woo for tedious labor!
Better shots will come when my hair grows out decently.
hehe well did another one of these magnets this time of a lil eevee, was annoying to color at some points since the brown color i was using decided to be a pain and not work for any length of time, but in the end it came out rather cute ^^
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE!!! I MADE A PRETTY =3 the story: i was bored. i was looking something up and i saw somebody had made something (i forget what) out of perler beads (that's what i made that out of) i thought.... OOOH I HAVE THOSE!!! *google* pixel link... yes the first one i made was a pixel link from the NES, but i put a magnet on it and put it in my locker at school before i took a picture so i'll get one when i remember but then i made this!!! AND ZOMG THEY TURNED OUT SO COOOOOOOOOL!!!!
One of the recent taxidermy commissions that was just too special to not share with you all.
This sparrow was brought to me by the people that took care of him from the very start.. featherless and eyes closed. It fell out of the nest, and they decided to raise it.
They did a fabulous job, and the little bird lived to be 12 years of age!
~To whom it may concern, (please read before accusing me of anything!) This sparrow died a natural cause. NONE of the animals I work on are killed for the purpose of taxidermy only and most are found along side the road or come from bird/animal breeders in the area.
..Now in plushie version ^ w^!! I'm so proud of myself, I came up with the design 2 days ago and started building him yesterday, and I just finished him today. <3 He was all hand sewn (no machine) with fleece and felt.
I'll post up another angle and a pic of him after I added his black patch of fur on the tuft.
