1:12 Breakfast tray with coffee, a chocolate croissant (or pain au chocolat), and a bowl of mixed fruits (grapefruit slices, strawberries, grapes, and pineapple).

One of the pieces that was at the Orlando show that will be heading to the miniature show in Boca Raton next weekend.

I want to thank everyone for all the really useful sites and tips they gave me regarding my room boxes. :) I found some really good inspiration to work off of and now have a theme for each: 1950's Diner, Bakery, Chocolate/Candy Shop, and a Grocery store. So far the only one finished is the diner (though Handley House failed and didn't send me two sets of tables :( ). I'll have pictures of them up soon.

1:12 Dollhouse scale roast chicken platter. All foods are made from polymer clay. Ceramic dish and metal roasting pan were purchased online.

I don't really have much Easter stuff this year, but people do have roast chicken today maybe, right?

I do have a 20% off coupon in my Etsy Shop though!

1:12 Pepperoni pizza. Pizza made from polymer clay, drinks made from resin. Cola can, pan, and cutter bought online.

I tried to get a shot with my hand for scale, but it just wasn't working. :( The pizza is about 1" wide.

I've also started using my Instagram account. :) I've been uploading WIP pictures of my next large commission as I work on them on there and Tumblr. I have pictures of the other vendors, but I'm planning on using those for a blog post sometime within the next week.

Not too happy with my display this time around. I had a few issues that really messed it up for me. It's getting a giant revamp for my next show in March. Maybe then I'll finally be happy with it.

Commission for an everything bagel and cream cheese bracelet.

That tub of cream cheese took an embarrassingly long time to figure out how to make. :(

Some random food on ceramic plates: baked chicken, mashed potatoes, and salad; PB&J with carrots and chips; fried chicken sandwich with fries; and grilled cheese with chips.

I wanted to try out my new mini light box so I just threw these in there to see how they'd come out. It's not bad - I'm not limited to waiting until I have decent light to take pictures anymore. I need to set up something to bounce light back onto the items from the front. Shouldn't be hard; I just need an index card or something.

The only issue I have is that I can't fit any of the paper I was using for backgrounds into it. Looks like I'll have to cut them up to fit now. Other than that, I like it! It also means I can finally take decent pictures for my PDF tutorials. :)

More 1:12 food miniatures turned into jewelry, plus taco earrings.

A big plate of pancakes with syrup and a side of strawberries, a fresh garden salad, and, of course, some hanging taco earrings. :) I'll have them up this weekend in my shop once I can get some decent lighting for pictures.

1:12 Dollhouse scale miniature fish and chips ring, made from polymer clay.

Someone mentioned it was meatless this weekend (right as I uploaded the roast beef lol), so I decided to make something for those who can't have meat this weekend!

I've made pendants out of 1:12 plates of food, and I've had people ask for more rings. This time around I thought I'd change it up and add a ring to my shop. :)

Find it here.

1:12 Chicken noodle soup and salad plate.

I had a commission for a ramen bowl miniature, so I thought since I had to make a batch of resin, might as well make some new soup miniatures. :)

Still need to tweak how I make the soup, but I’m really liking the salad!

Available on Etsy.
