The next day.
It was about 8:45pm and You just got off your plane and took your first step on London soil. You looked around, it was brilliant, tall buildings, the smell of tea and crumpets, and the sound of cars driving past you. It was fantastic you thought.
"This is really awesome! I wanna see so many things, I still have time to explore before I have to look for an apartment."
You started walking all around London, walking by stores, cake shops, and you even saw Big Ben. You soon found yourself wondering into the woods, trees all around you, the sound of crickets close by, and the moon light was shining down upon you, making your (h/l) hair glow like a (h/c) fire blowing in the cool wind.
You stopped at a small clearing and just stared at the full moon, but your bliss was soon disrupted by a foot step behind you. You suddenly turned around.
You saw a tall shadow behind a tree slowly come out of hiding.
"Who are yo-"
At your surprise a tall guy

I don't want a giant dress,
or hundreds of admiring eyes.
So let me get married in a summer frock,
With messy hair down my back.
We can run away to the seaside when no one is looking.

Like a castle of cards
Ghosts of the past
Refusing to go away
And the pain of loss
Getting worse each day
This is not
What life should be
This is a nightmare
And I want to wake up
So please don't leave me
When I need you the most

And dream of broken butterflies
That tore their wings against a thorn.
We know the pain that they have borne.
Silver metal, shine so bright.
Scarlet blood that feels so right.
Dream of blood tickling down,
And wake up just before we drown.
The moonlights shining off our tears,
As we bleed out our own worst fears.
So tonight we start to cry,
And sing the Cutters lullaby
Hushabye, baby, youre almost dead.
You have no pulse and your pillow is red.
Youre family hates you and your friends let you bleed,
Sleep tight with a knife because thats all you need.
Rockabye baby, broken and scarred,
You didnt know life would be this hard.
Time to end the pain that you hid so well,
And down will come baby, straight back to hell.

Pearl was pacing back and forth in the men’s changing room.
Today was the last day before the prom night, and Pearl still didn’t find his date. Well, he did. But she was taken. You were taken. Yes, your childood friend had a crush on you since first year of highschool. He loved you and wanted you to be his, but you only saw him as a best friend. The thing was, someone alread had asked you out and it was Volkner. Of course, you couldn’t miss the opportunity to go to the prom with the hottest and most popular guy in the whole Sinnoh. So you said yes, and now Pearl was in depression.
“Relax Pearl, there is another prom next year. You can take her next time,” said Diamond as he finished chaning into his uniform.
“There isn’t a next time!” the blond shouted at his friend.
Blue eyes were widened. “What do you mean? Isn’t there a Senior Prom next year?”

“I am!” said Luth. “Daddy’s a fallen angel but he’s still an angel. So that makes me one too!”
Brother Cuthbert raised his eyes heavenwards. “Oh Lord,” he muttered. “When I received my calling, there was nothing about having to babysit supernatural beings.”
He brought his gaze back to Ezriel. “I must admit it was surprising to see Lucifer’s little girl here today but Luth is quite right—she can join the troupe if she wants to. So I expect you to behave. Is that clear?”
“Yes, Brother,” muttered Ezriel.
Cuthbert gave silent thanks for the Church’s insistence on celibacy. At least these… blessed children would be going home later today.
He set off down the pavement, followed by five cherubim and a… Luth, all in their uniform of white t-shirts and blue shorts.

I laugh. "Oh, Roxy " I take notice of the bags she left in the living room. "What's that?"
Roxy looks back at the bags. "Oh. Those? It's a surpriiise!"
I give her a wary look. "Like ?"

I look down at my blue apron--I was about to start baking for Jake, my crush. "But I was going to bake "
"No time for that!" Roxy reaches around my waist to untie the knot I made. In a flash, the apron is off me. Roxy takes a look at my outfit and clucks her tongue.

“Who would like to start?” asked the group leader, poltroon. “Ruth, perhaps?”
The word quivered a little. “My name is ruth, and I’m an archaic word….” It gave a sob. “I’m so sorry…”
“Take your time,” said poltroon.
“It’s just so hard!” said ruth. “I haven’t worked in years, and I’m not sure I ever will again. But ruthless is constantly being employed. It doesn’t make any sense. How can people have ruthless without needing ruth?”
Dandled nodded sympathetically. “I rarely get any gigs nowadays myself. But when I do, I turn up and find dangled has pinched the job. ‘He dangled the baby on his knee.’ What the hell does that even mean? Sounds bloody dangerous to me.”

People often ask me
If I count my steps
So that I'll know
Where I'm going.
I never do.
Today, though, I count
In order to steady
My pounding heart
And racing mind.
The little park in my neighborhood
Is four-tenths of a mile
From my house, so
I make my rounds.
I always feel like I'm
Running in circles,
Taking this same route
Twice a day.
I remember the first time
I took your hand.
I told you, and myself,
That it was easier
Than holding your elbow
Because of our fourteen-inch height difference,
But amidst the darkness,
I was surprised
That my smaller fingers
When twined with your larger ones.
Once when we went walking,
You said I was the first
Person whose strides matched
Your own, long-legged ones.
Until then, people had been telling me,
For as long as I could remember.
I look at your swing with longing.
Sometimes I sit in it
And think fondly
Of the countless hours
We spent together here.

People are leaving their house,
With their face drained of hope
Close by I see people crying,
In the distance I hear people screaming

Only this time we’re not dreaming
The faithful are gathering,
Holding hands and praying
The tainted are bargaining,
Taking anything that can be taken
The weak are jumping off buildings,
Leaving blood on the pavement
Large scale of suicides
Whether by knife, gun, or hanging
It’s anarchy out there
And it has only begun
I’m damned to the flames
Because my sins can’t be undone

Obsessive Compulsive DisorderWhen I was little, it use to amaze me how colors were made. In art class I would sit and mix paint because blue and red didn't stay the same when they fell in love. Every single color found its match and danced beautifully as I swirled them together. Black and white were my favorites. I'd pour the creamy paint into a bowl and watch as black and white swirls, turned into grey swirls and owned the container holding it captive. Grey was amazing to me. Because black and white are nothing alike, and grey is in the middle. Black is dark and scary and demanding. And white is graceful, and trusting, and clean. Grey is nothing. Grey is bland. And safe. Grey is careful. And I would do anything to be grey.Obsessive Compulsive Disorder4 years ago in Emotional More Like This

"Oh," Edd mumbled quietly to himself as he leaned against a locker, "he's on the move."
In his hands was a device which beeped whenever a small red dot moved more than five squares on the grid. At first glance, it looked like just that- a grid with a speck of red light on it- but to Eddward it was more than just a red light. It was a target.
His thumb ran over the volume control as he turned the beeping down a few notches nobody else in the hallways needed to know what was going on.

"Please, Ed," he shushed, keeping his voice low as his eyes fixated on the red dot again; "I'm trying to concentrate."
"What IS that thing?" Ed loomed over the smaller boy, excited to see so
