Sorry guys to spam you with these last minute crafts. I stitched a mustache onto a slender plush I made a while back because who wouldn't want to see that. Lol. *shot* Anyway, this will be the last entry I submit into the contest. T^T It's bed time.
This is my first go at making a "soft sculpture". His head and feet are hand sculpted by yours truly, with marble eyes and metallic sheen paint. His neck and tail are wired and lightly stuffed, so he is very poseable. All four of his legs also move. He's almost 3 feet long! If you like him, he'll be for sale at NC Comicon this weekend. www.nccomicon.com
What do you think? If people like these enough I may add them as a commission option.
pattern by: StuffTheBody on Etsy. (Seriously, awesome pattern writer, I've bought 3 of theirs now, this is the first one I've completed though.)
Made for a raffle, that never happened. But omg was she fun to make! I've never done any crochet sculpturing before. It was a blast. I love her little puffy cheeks and the ears, and the smooth curves...
Introducing Sir Stacheington. A fine gentlemen made from bright pink ultra cuddle fabric with a blue mustache. He measures in at a 25 inches long! Great for adding some class to your sofa or your bed.
I made this for the Movember Get Your 'Stashe On Contest. He is completely designed, patterned, sewn, and stuffed by me. (I even hand made his monocle.)
I made him fuzzy bright pink because, well, why not? I gave him fleece eyes and a blue fleece mustache, because he wouldn't be much of a Sir without his own mustache. I also bought some metal and chain to make him a lovely monocle which I attached by hand. At 25 inches long and about 8 inches at the fattest point he is very fun. He looks great as a pillow on the sofa or bed. Flip him face down and he even makes a nice pillow for your head.
I hope you like him! I sure do. He makes my bed look all kinds of classy XD
I'm bringing back my fruit blobs. Although I'm changing the little chains that hold the tiny fruits to the blobs. (They're time consuming.) I decided to do little springs. Maybe I'll be able to by little chains in the future, but I think this will do for now.
