Two commissions. both made from 4mm veg tan leather hand saddle-stitched with artificial sinew. All hand cut, hand carved, hand dyed, hand stitched. Belt loops secured with sturdy copper rivets which have been covered with thin leather on the inside to stop the copper scratching the blades.
A medieval inspired leather bracer with deer hide / deer fur. Two layered,- the first is the deer hide, the second is a soft tiny leather for the comfortable wear. With brass rivet holes and leather lace.
And, may I present to you some Norse Mythology art! This was a request given to me by , who wanted me to draw Fenrir chained by all four paws with Tyr next to him... so here is Fenrir and Tyr doing exactly that... though it would be highly unlike me to draw anything but a silly version of this awesome myth!
Fenrir is chained up by Gleipnir, which is the name given to the golden ribbon-like fetter (ironically this was the only one strong enough to be able to hold Fenrir without the bugger breaking it) used in a serious attempt by the gods to restrain Loki’s estranged and dangerous son, for ASBOs* clearly didn’t exist in Viking God times. Since Fenrir broke all of the other bonds, I decided to chain him with this particular fetter as doing so would be more correct. And practically issues aside, I decided to add a Nordic twist to the chain and drew it to resemble the beautiful knotted Viking art which is characteristic to the culture. I also did this to the blood squirting comically out of Tyr’s arm where his severed hand used to be, for Fenrir bit it off upon discovering that the gods had tricked him and that he would indeed be unable to escape... Tyr, who was also his personal feeder was yet again the only god to volunteer in Fenrir’s proposal that they should place a hand inside his mouth while they chain him up to see if he could break loose. Loki must be so proud of his son...

Also, a massive thanks to who shared many a laugh with me as we brainstormed this picture... actually... she is a massive credit to the script also, so kudos to this awesome person!
This is a completely unique hand forged kitchen utensil made in my coke fueled forge. The design of these blades is unique to it's creator. The handle was taken from trimmed and aged peices of oak . The blade itself was re-forged from a scrapped high carbon steel engineer file. The guard is made from a peice of stainless steel.
Custom-made leather ranger's bag with shoulder strap and detachable waist belt. The wolf motif 'Tierwirbel' was inspired by the beasts from King Raedwald's purselid (Sutton Hoo burial, 7th Century). You can see my original design here [link] Handforged buckles; there are no rivets on this piece, all connections are sewn using leather straps.
