Matt and Mello's Fate
Warning: this fanfic contains yaoi. Don't read if you don't want it.
Matt lit a cigarette as he looked outside the apartment. The sun is starting to set. It is almost time to go to the studio with Mello to abduct Kiyomi Takada. As he waited for Mello to finish preparing, he thought about something. "What if this is the last time I get to see Mello?", he thought. A frown formed on his face at the thought. He didn't want to lose Mello again.
When Mello left Wammy's four years ago, his life became an ultimate mess. It is as if he lost his life. His mind and body felt numb everyday. Whenever he went to class, he couldn't focus because Mello wasn't beside him anymore. This affected his ranking in Wammy's. From being number three, his level stooped down to number thirty. Every night he would cry to sleep and he even cut himself one time. He loves Mello too much to lose him. Then he got fed up. He left Wammy's one night even though he doesn't know where to go. He rented

Mello rolled over to face the bed across the room from him. Thankfully, Matt was still in a dead sleep. Mello crawled out of his bed, and walked over to the closet that he and Matt shared. He pulled it open softly and reached for one of Matt's shirts, which looked oversized on Mello's more feminine body. He pulled it over his head, and then pulled some cloth shorts over his boxers. Mello turned quickly, to make sure he hadn't woken Matt. Mello tip-toed to the door as stealthily as he could, then quickly yanked it open. He lightly shut it behind him, padded down the hallway, and ran up to Near's room. He knocked softly, and waited for Near to open the door.
"We need to start making preparations for Matt's party ASAP!" Mello said, rather loudly, stepping inside Near's room, before the shorter boy could say anything.
"Oh yes It is Matt's birthday today. Where are we holding this party?" Near replied.
"In the common room. Everyone knows about it, besides Matt of course." Mello replie

Mello: *gets closer to Matt* Ya know, I just had the best idea known to mankind just now.
Matt: *looks up frowning* What? Will I like it?
Mello: Maybe, if you like torturing Near.
Matt: *little interested* ok, what is it?
Mello: What if... Near got super mad drunk?
Matt: *gets excited* keep going.
Mello: I was planning on putting vodka in his drink at lunch... *grin* he'll get so stoned! Ahaha.
Matt: *laughs at the vision of Near drunk* and where are you going to get Vodka?
Mello: Matty Matty, you underestimate me so. *smirk*
Mello: I have one stashed somewhere in my room, just in case chocolate doesn't get me high.
Matt: *rolls his eyes* huh, you high? alright then, shall I sneak it in his drink, or shall you?
Mello: You're gonna have to be a decoy. Distract him or something.
Matt: *thinks* I can do that.
Mello: I'll go get it then, and... don't distract him too much, then he'll just get

"MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTIIIEEEE! I'm bored. Entertain me." Mello whines, kicking his legs on the bed, and staring pleadingly at his best friend, who is playing video games.
"Lemme find a save point." Matt says, huffing angrily.
Mello had been bothering him for the past hour, doing everything on the face of the earth to get him off the game. Mello sat up happily, sitting on his knees.
"Thanks Mattie." Mello said, smiling softly.
"Don't get used to it." Matt replies, turning off the Playstation. "Now then. What do you want to do?"
"Will you ask Roger to take us to the chocolate factory? I wanna get free samples.. and stock up on some more." Mello asks, showing his softer, more girly side, to Matt.
"Fine. Come on." Matt says, standing up and taking Mello's hand.
Matt leads the content blonde out the door, and down the hallway. Mello is used to getting his way around Matt, because Matt is the softer kind of seme. Which could explain why he gets so angry

He always does this. Every time he comes back home from the mafia he's fucking pissed off and I have to deal with it. He makes me stop playing my games and have his idea of 'fun' to cheer him up. But seriously I'm still recovering from last night when he handcuffed me to the bed. So today I thought I would have my revenge.
10:37pm that night.
A blonde figure walked through the door sighing, I didn't stop playing Mario cart to look at him. I already knew he was annoyed. "What's up Mels?"
He sighed again "The usual..." he moved over to the sofa I was on and sat down by me "I swear I'm going to end up killing all those little twats."
I paused my game and looked at him. He stared into my eyes telling me what he wanted. But no... Oh no he's no getting it, it my turn for some 'Fun' I smirked at the thought and he just stared at me weirdly.
I decided I would start it now, so I slowly moved my face closer to his while having a massive smirk on my face. "Awh did somebody upset my melly?" I aske
I Sing Only For You - Chapter 11Matt awoke to the sun shining on his face, for once it felt nice and warm. He turned on his side to look for his blond lover. He wasn't here. Matt sat up and scanned the room. Still no sign of him. He lowered his head. Had he left me again? But if he had then everything he said yesterday would have been a lie. He frowned at the thought and shook it off. No. Mello's different.I Sing Only For You - Chapter 113 years ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
"Morning sleepy head"
He looked up to see the blond figure standing against the bathroom door frame naked. The blond gave him a smile. I knew it, he wouldn't leave again. He's changed.
"So you just going to sit there daydreaming or... Are you going to come join me?" Mello gave a small smirk.
Matt got out of bed and moved towards the bathroom. Mello had already got into the bath and was looking at him, suggesting for him to join him. He looked around there was rose petals in the water and scented candles around the tub. On the side there was also a bottle of champagne and two glasses.
He smiled at the picture. Who

The first few weeks were the worst. I didn't talk. I didn't eat. I slept nearly all day. I smoked for the first time.
Roger came to me, eventually. He yelled a lot, about health and standards of living and how I was making a fool of myself. I guess his throat got sore, though, because finally he just deflated and sat on the edge of my bed and took my hand and told me that he was sorry, that you weren't coming back.
I cried at that, and he patted my back and said comforting things, but I pushed him away. It wasn't him who I wanted to be there, consoling me. It was you.
Don't look at me like that: you look like a hurt puppy. It's not your fault, not really. You only wanted to protect me, keep me out of your way, Near's way, Kira's way. You wanted me to have no part in any of it, other than a confused spectator.
After my stage of depression came a desperate hope.
I waited for you, you know. Every day, I ignored all the act
100. When youre gone Mello walked in silence, ignoring the sympathetic looks from the others. This wasn't the first funeral he'd been to; he was used to them. A few feet away, he could see the coffin. Mello was afraid to look inside. He probably couldn't handle it. The moment he'd look into it, he thought he might have a mental breakdown. As he walked, he turned his head slightly to see some of the people gathered. He recognized the little albino sitting in the second row. Mello was suprised that for once, Near's face wasn't emotionless. He saw some sorrow in his features. Near noticed him looking at him. He gave Mello a small encouraging nod, as if to say, "You can do this, Mello. Say your final farewell. There's nothing to be ashamed of."100. When youre gone4 years ago in Drama More Like This
Mello turned his attention back to the coffin in front of him. The lid was off. Mello closed his eyes for a moment, imagining the worse. He took a deep breath, opened his eyes, and looked insi

Matt sat on the old rickety sofa, his bare fingers typing bits of things into a computer keyboard. The balcony doors were open letting light flood the room. A warm breeze followed and the gamer paused, glancing outside to the city beyond. He didn't like the outdoors much, but it was a beautiful day.
From behind him came thin pale arms, wrapping around his neck in a gentle embrace. The ivory skin was soft against his exposed neck, and the lips tracing along his jaw were just as nice.
"Good morning." The husky, still-sleepy voice whispered into his ear. Matt smiled as he turned his head to meet the other mans lips. He tasted like chocolate.
"Good morning." He replied, his hidden eyes meeting the piercing blue ones of his lover.
Golden tresses fell around the fallen-angelic features, caressing the burn scar like silk on broken velvet. The gamer took a moment to trail his fingers across the ruined skin, knowing how much it bothered the blond. He thought that he l
Come UndoneThat moment where you feel like a grade A asshole. Your ass is on the line. All hell's crashing down around your head. There's a gun pointed at your face, and the guy behind it's ready to pull the trigger. Yeah, I'm there. Literally. Mello's got his gun in hand, and the muzzle's synced in a straight shot with my skull. Pretty normal for us, 'cept that he already fired one bullet. It's lodged in the wall by my ear. Barely missed me too. And something tells me that shot was a warning. Mello's too good a shot to miss, especially at this close a range. Na, he meant to miss. A warning, like I said. Funny thing. It's my fault too. Then again, it usually is. I just gotta open my big fat mouth, say something snarky or blunt like I always seem to do, and he gets all bitchy and overdramatic ..y'know, like usual. Fuck, I can't help it though. It's just who I am. Just like Mello can't help being a drama queen. But nowaday

"10 am?" He rubbed his eyes and went to his shower, he loved the feeling of the hot water piercing into his skin. Once he finished he put a towel around his waist and went into the kitchen to get some chocolate.
In the corner of his eye his noticed an envelope by his door. He never got mail unless it was bills..
Confused he walked over to letter a picked it up. He put his chocolate bar on the side while opening it.
His eyes went wide. "What? Who the fuck sent me this?!"
Inside the envelope was a ticket to his favourite band with a backstage V.I.P pass. There was also a note inside this confused mello, was it proof that the tickets where real? He could just go check, which he was going to. He read the letter.
Please come, I want to see you.'

Oh, and chocolate. Under no normal circumstances would Mihael be allowed to indulge in as much chocolate as he does now. But it was simply another perk of being a Wammy child. "Get your sexy on.
Go ahead be gone with it.
Get your sexy on.
Go ahead be gone with it.
Get your sexy on."
The pounding music beat throughout the shitty apartment, driving one redheaded gamer insane. His partner in crime hadn't stopped playing it for the past few hours. Matt was starting to think the blonde was trying to irritate him on purpose.
"I'm bringin' sexy back.
You mother fuckers watch how I attack.
If that's your girl you better watch your back.
'Cause she'll burn it up for me and that's a fact."
He muttered something under his breath and attempted to turn his attention back to Modern Warfare. Of course now that he had given his focus to the music, he couldn't get his mind off it. So not moments later he was dead. Then repeat, repeat, repeat.
That damned music was beyond distracting now. He was losing his game because of it.
Normally Matt wouldn't have the guts or the lack of brains to snap at Mello, but because he was so sick of the song,

Matt had no desire to be where he was. The flashing lights. The loud blaring music. The smell of sweat and alcohol on the tons of people crowding the floor. It was all too much for the gamer with sensory issues. He couldn't even focus on the drink in his hand, it was so overwhelming. Of course he had to meet his client here.
Not in a quiet park. Here, in this jam-packed place that made him want to hide under the table. It was all he could do not to cover his ears and block everything out. No showing weakness to your clients, or to anyone else really. Keep up the badass look, and keep people away from you. Then it couldn't get worse.
That's all just a couple more minutes before his client showed up and he got his job. That's all. Five minutes.
The gamer stared down at the beaten and scratched up bar. His eyes ran over every cut, every single stain and put shapes together in an attempt to escape this painful reality.
He would wait no longer for his c
