I went to a dnd place, where people play dnd, and other games, like magic and stuff, doesn't matter :D and some guy came to me with a dnd book, and pointed to a illustration from it and said" could you draw me this?" I looked and was like: "lol sure :D" and I drew it >:3 since I gave it to him, I could only take a pic by phone, and this is the best shot I could get :D anyway :3 it's a dragon lol :D

This was fun to work with. Took a few hours to do, really happy with results, I could have done more but I wanted to move on to something new.

I kinda enjoy works that take a great deal of tiime to complete. I'm pretty happy with the dragon (scales are such a pain, but totally worth it) but as for the water... I had no idea what I was doing. Which is why the sea foam looks retarded.

I'm always looking for ways to improve my future drawings; if any of you have suggestions for my next ones, feel free to let 'em fly! :la:

A dragon for the group challenge at :iconthedragonchallenge:...I haven't drawn dragons in
a whole year...this is just a trial...as I'm still getting used to
drawing digitally which is not so easy to get used to .

Anyway hope you like.

Oh yeah and the stock picture I used for inspiration is from =DemoncherryStock ...you can see the picture here

A monster living in the marshes, it's the result of a mutation between giant roots and hybrids of various insects that actually live in the swampy lands.
It is 3 mt. tall (approximately).

technique: acrylic on paper

So yesterday while on the bus i decided to take a gamble at doing some dragons for "Hubris"

i mean we all seen lots of dragon layers but never dragons right?

so i decided to sketch out some busts and then sillouetes of the bodies.

Two of them i reused like the Earth and Caterpillar dragons i did before, so those will remain the same, but i needed more races.

So i decided to get started on this.

Today i tried getting free of the mini artblock i had and managed to pull this off. Took a while since i strained my wrist, otherwise it was relatively fast, but not fast enough.

This time i present you the Wind dragon race.

There are some more to come, i was aiming to have like 10 races or close to it.

cheers

which of the three do you like best so far?

Horribly uncreative name. This one started as a speedpaint and I took some extra time to render details in his face. Total time taken was roughly 1.5 hrs
