The full title for this image is - Fruity Lemonade w/ Lavender-infused Flavor Panna Cotta
Believe it or not, the temperature here this afternoon is at 82 degrees (at least in my garden it shows 82F), i made some delicious refreshing fruiting lemonade and just chill...enjoy the wonderful weather...(lemonade consists of fresh strawberries, pomegranates and Meyer lemon slices).
Have a lovely weekend! My Friends...thank you so much again for your on-going support.
Each year, when strawberries/berries are in season, i look forward making jams, my fav has always been strawberry jam! What you are looking at was my breakfast this morning, i thought i would take a pic of it, and share it with y'all...
Yesterday afternoon...I made about 2 dozens of these delicious homemade dark chocolate peanut butter cups for a birthday party (today) for a 3rd grade class
Here is a link if you want to make some for yourself/family - No Bake Recipe - www.youtube.com/watch?v=gUETGG…. It is essential to use the best quality ingredients. The small purple flowers are Limonium, aka Sea Lavender, Lavender Statice or Marsh Rosemary.
These are homemade dark chocolate/strawberry hearts and flowers.
Strawberry hearts and flowers were made with white chocolate mixed with organic strawberry flavoring and a dash of pink food flavoring.
In the containers - Chocolate mousse, strawberry Panna Cotta and Panna Cotta.
The embellishments on the containers are self-adhesive tape that you can buy from your local craft stores. Containers and candy molds as well.
The entire theme was inspired by the cone shaped Japanese candy (One of the ladies brought the candy to my house and asked me to use the candy for inspiration. A beloved candy for her and her husband...). I made 12 in total, a dozen of each for the candy designs. These will be served for an informal outdoor romantic dinner party for several couples (a paid job). Yes there will be roses, candles, soft wind and stars above...
Dark Chocolate Mousse with a touch of Mocha Mousse in the middle, then topped with whipped cream. Super easy to make, all you need are the ingredients, some time and patience (waiting for each layer to set)
To make this pattern, set your glasses on slant. You can skip this step, personally i like the aesthetic, so i don't mind it...
Mango Dessert for my dinner party tonight, for both adults and children
1. Mango stack - Made with lightly fried wonton skin (cut into flower shapes), for each layer, you will add mango puree, fresh whipping cream, then finish the stack with powder sugar and a Maraschino cherry.
2. Mango dinosaur bites- Four designs. These are made with mango puree, brown sugar, organic vanilla, plain gelatin and a splash of fresh lemonade. Pour in mold, allow to set for at least 2 hours.
3. Mango Lemonade - Thin slices of fresh mango, thin strips of lemon peel, tonic water, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rims of the glasses are coated with thin layer of Wilton yellow sugar sprinkles.
