Back-cover art for the Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox DVD/Blu-Ray releasing July 30th. The layout was based off a very rough sketch by another artist. I suspect I know who it was. I'll update once I get confirmation.

My bud Dave Wilkins did a terrific job on the front cover art dave-wilkins.deviantart.com/ar…

My variant cover to Batman #25.

Not my best art but perhaps my personal favorite composition to date. My editor's only requirement was that I couldn't explicitly show Batman's first generation costume which certainly made this assignment a tricky puzzle to work out. Had a lot of fun with this one.

In this Zero Year storyline, Batman is just starting his crime-fighting career and having to deal with a Gotham City in blackout prior to a major storm; lots of police zeppelins cruising the sky on lookout. The negative space the city and Batman are framing is a more abstract nod to the villain's name and looming danger ahead.

Here's a new picture that I've been working on.

I'm a big fan of DC's new 52, especially Justice League by Geoff Johns and Jim Lee, its fantastic! ...and I thought it would be fun to do an homage to the classic Jim Lee cover for X-men #1 featuring the members of the Justice League.

Let me know what you think!

This is a Justice League Commission that I did over the weekend. The composition was based on the Michael Turner cover for Justice League of America #12, with updated costumes for Batman, Wonder Woman and Cyborg.

Cover to Batgirl #27.

Had to be done reasonably quickly due to a late scheduling change. Using an older layout for another Batgirl cover I was working on months ago and then plugging the new costume was my pragmatic solution to make this deadline. My only gripe is that I wish I had the time to set this piece aside for a few days so I could see the mistakes with fresh eyes, because right now my eyes are very fresh and I see a few things I would definitely like to change. No time this time unfortunately.

And don't ask me to explain the costume because I'm sworn to secrecy. Or maybe it's because I'm too lazy to answer. Either way, you get nothing from me ;)

Cover to Justice League #13.

Lot of fun to paint these iconic characters but difficult to squeeze them all in together in a cohesive manner that worked with Wonder Woman and Cheetah; the editors ended up picking the layout I thought they were going to reject. I employed a hell of a lot of directional rhythms here. Perhaps too many.

40 Hours inking, 30 hours coloring, coming to a total of a 70 hour project, one of the longest (maybe THE longest) I have ever done! But I took my time, made sure I was pleased with how this turned out. I think it was worth it! :) Love Jim Lee's work!!

Trying to imitate the style of Justice League: War

Since the new animated film will be based upon the first six issues of the Justice League, well I just couldn't help but imagine this scene happening eventually:), obviously if it where to happen on screen then it would look 10x better than it does here.

And I really wanted to draw that Wonder Woman design by Phil Bourassa. Image homaged from Justice League issue 12, chapter 4 of the Villains journey

Superman - Diana?
