It was dark. You had lived in the darkness for a long time. No light, no other people, nothing but you in a deep unconsciousness.
But not today, because….
It was time for a huge change.
Something disturbed your “eternal” dream. It woke you up. Slowly you opened your eyes and saw a light which you haven’t seen for a long time. You knew you had to follow it. Although you had no idea, what was behind the darkness, you took steps forward. The light called you and you know that you have to catch it.
Suddenly you woke up again but now there was only light. The world of darkness was gone and you were scared because the new, fuzzy world was so different. Your eyes opened to their full size and you tried to look around, but the light blinded you. You tried to catch your breath but it was impossible: there was loads of water around you. You could drown in any moment. Gradually you became accustomed to light and the new world got clearer. You noticed an oxygen respirator m
Echoes - Resident EvilPiers had no regrets as he watched Chris punch and pound at the glass separating them. He had a single goal when he injected himself and that was to get Chris out alive. Chris was the real hero in all this, after all. He had been fighting for much longer than Piers and Chris deserved to see his own true potential. Piers may have been good but Chris Redfield was irreplaceable as Captain and Piers knew that.Echoes - Resident Evil2 years ago in General Fiction More Like This
The B.S.A.A needed Chris. Hell, the world needed Chris and Piers would be damned if he didn't get him out alive. One of them had to survive and Piers was long lost from the moment that needle pierced his skin, even if Chris didn't see itóbut Chris was too much of a hero to see it.
Chris Redfield never gave up. He was optimistic, borderline in denial, but it was enough to keep Piers fighting for his life just to get Chris to safety. All he needed to do was get him into that little pod and everything would be okay, that is all that mattered.
"Piers! No, don't do this!"
Oh but he had to
Beginners - Resident EvilAlbert Wesker was a man of standards and class, something very difficult to come by in the recent years. Hundreds of files and resumes fell across his desk and hundreds went almost directly into the trash. File after file of idiots who varied from ex-cops to simpletons. He didn’t need someone who had been through it all already nor did he need someone like him. He needed people with unusual talents, things people wouldn’t admit usually—and then he found Chris Redfield.
It was one of the last in the pile. His eyes had gone over each paper of the bunch with little interest though once he chose the woman with the ability to pick locks, he figured he had the whole team until Mr. Redfield came to his attention. Even when the young male brunet sat across from him, Wesker realized just how intriguing he was.

Even with the winter almost through, the nights were still cold,as if some sort of spell was placed upon Denmark after the Jarl's arrival.
Of course, the silly Danish Viking didn't really put too much thought about it,as he was way too enchanted by the Thrall's (e/c) eyes and the feelings he had for her - they were enough to warm up the whole village, might I add.
Not even Lukas, who was seemingly wiser and composed couldn't notice the harshness of the weather and how the wind nipped at his pale, almost ghostly skin, leaving him with bruises afterwards - the idea of not being able to be near (Name),the graceful, caring female Matthias brought from down South, made his whole interior bleed and warmed him up as he fetched silent plans.
The only mundane persons in all of this were the two Viking guests which travelled by horses in order to reach the Danish soil and the three children who were plainly puzzled by their tutors attitude.

But he didn’t look back, because before him was a far more beautiful sight. On the shore of the tranquil sea was a girl in her white dress, with the light of the sunset behind her. The girl was you, you who had met that man years ago. You smiled gently when you saw Berwald walk towards you from the middle of huge rocks.
He came to you and took your hand. He directed you to sit on a rock by the water. He didn’t smile, since it wasn’t like him, but you could tell from his eyes that he was happy to be there with you.
You sat down next to each other without saying anything, and watched the small waves hitting the shore before you. The warm breeze seemed to whisper something to you, but its words were impossible to understand.

We soon got to the church with the key. “Finally here huh?” I asked. It was hell to get this key. We had to deal with more hostile villagers. This time they had TNT and were throwing axes, shovels, and pitchforks. Leon and I saw dogs who would mutate and it killed us both to shoot them but we had to.
Then there was a fish B.O.W. we had to kill. Leon steered the boat as I threw harpoons at it. It was connected to our boat so it lead us around. After awhile and at least ten harpoons it was dead. It went down and the rope around my leg tightened and almost took me down as well but Leon quickly cut me free.
We got in the church and looked around. I was happy to be inside now that it was raining. “You get upstairs and I have downstairs,” Leon says.
I climbed the ladder and then had to swing from a chandelier. “(Name)! You alright?” Leon asks.
“A okay,” I said and then went to the panel I saw. I pressed a button and then the lights came on.

England was doing his best to not to show his irritation to the American’s shouts during the game. You on the other hand were watching how America was doing and rooting for him. You paused though when you realized that you’d have to figure out where they were going to sleep.

It would be absolutely impossible as your bedroom was rather small. Of course you wouldn’t allow strange men sleep in a same bed with you when you had just met them in person few hours ago. You looked at the men around you and thanked them on your behalf.

You were taking a nice stroll through the castle grounds early one morning. The stone battlements to your right were high and well-worn from centuries old battle scars, but you were not interested in such. The solid and steady presence of these had long since bored you, so you sneak out of the wall sometimes to visit the ever changing village and past it to the beautiful French landscape. Recently you had taken to riding your horse to the shoreline a mile or so from your home. The waves that crashed along the white beaches were always so calming, as if only perfect things could come from those waters.
Today, you had escaped your family for the moment and had come to walk around the marketplace, taking in the lively scene before you. Stopping before accidentally running into a pair of children who were having a small duel with sticks, you heard the soft sound of music floating above the usual chatter of the area. For your surprise, you made it to Ivan's home, Russia, without coming across Natalya. You looked around and saw only snow and coniferous forest everywhere.
”Now then, here we are safe”, Ivan said, smiling happily.
”Are you sure?”
”Of course. They know me here.”
You sure had noticed that. Wherever you went, you received many respectful looks. Every now and then random people asked Ivan for orders. He always answered: ”Protect the border. Don't let even a soda can get carried here without my permission.” You weren't quite sure, but sometimes you felt whiffs of fear in the air.
There was a very important question in your mind, but you would have to find the answer to that by yourself.
If the rest of the world can't get here, you pondered, can one get to the rest of the world from here?
You had travelled for hours on roads lined by dark forests. Ivan told you that in five hours you would arrive in his apartment.

Even if Denmark was seemingly the most protected Nordic country out of all when it came to cold - as Lukas told her at least - temperatures dropped low too in there by night, leaving a thin layer of white visible in the morning over both flowing and non moving waters.
The situation wasn't as bad though,as snow hadn't even properly formed, delicate flakes not falling from the greyish silvery clouds which made the atmosphere almost suffocating. There was a certain crisp in the air and people were quite allerted for their own sake, because food seemed to grow scarce, but also a blessing because of their leader sudden leave.
Southern enemies wouldn't have advanced through snow and the whole good thing about the Northen climate was the fact that it kept enemies at bay, especially in winter.
Now wasn't an exception either,as not there mere sight of enemy was to be seen. Only the thin line of the horizon, anemically paint
