The best thing ‘bout tonight’s that we’re not fighting. Could it be that we have been this way before? I know you don’t think I’m trying I know you’re wearing thin down to the core, but hold your breath. Because tonight will be the night that I will fall for you again. Don’t make me change my mind.
I looked at Link. He looked lifeless and it just broke my heart. My older brother had protected me for all he knew, but in reality I was protected him. The baby sister watching out for her brother.
“________!” I hear muffled as I turn to the closed window to see someone trying to open the door. I opened the window and climbed back inside, my boots hitting the floor with a thud. Link followed me to the door. I unlock it to see Sam.
“Why did you lock your door?” Sam asked gently grabbing my hand. I hated when he went all super protective on me.
“Tell him.” I look behind me. I instantly wished I h

“How could you lie to him, like you lied to me.”
“Why are you doing this Link?” I whispered only hoping Sam would stay asleep long enough, so I could find out why I was going crazy.
“Why would you lie to me?”

"How've you been Garth?" They both sat at the extremely small table, more like footstools for the tall hunters.
"I've been good. So, it looks like you met (Y/n)." Getting right to the point was unusual for Garth. The brothers looked at each other, noticing the change in mood.
"Yeah, Sam helped her with a hunt. She got a cut on her leg or something." Garth listened to everything that transpired until he asked, "Did she meet Dean?"
He took their silence as a yes. "So, it went well , considering you are still alive."
"What do you mean?" Dean laughed. How could someone (Y/n)'s size kill him?
"I mean, she has been training for four months to do nothing BUT kill you. And during those four months she has killed three nests of vampires, two wendigos, 13 ghosts, and enough demons to form a not-so-small army. And that's just by herself!" Dean and Sam looked dumbfounded.
"I.....Um.......What?" Sam asked.

She slowly paced her chambers, her arms crossed over her chest as she tentatively bit the tips of her long fingernails. She had no reason to be nervous or worried and yet despite it all she still was. What was wrong? Maybe it was that she felt alone, maybe that she felt lost. She was a girl of nineteen, but for now she simply felt like a young child separated from those she loved. But she wasn’t really alone. Her family was all nearby, so if she truly sought their company she could have. But that wasn’t what was wrong, and trying to figure out why was driving her mad and bringing her nearly to tears.
Finally she stopped pacing and leaned her back against one of the walls. She uncrossed her arms as she rested her head up against the wall, closing her eyes and sighing deeply. Why did she have to feel this way? Why her, of all people? She did not think that she was any more special than anyone else, but what had she ever done to have such a depression as this?

Just because you didn't work anywhere fancy, people seemed to think they had the right to be a snob and a brat to you. You wanted to quit so badly.
But you couldn't. It was the only way to pay your bills, which weren't helped by the fact that you had to take care of your alcoholic father. You kept urging him to quit drinking and get a job, but he never listened. Every day while you were at work he would be at the bar downing gallons of hard liquor at a time and getting into bar fights. Then, at around 8 every night, he would come home drunk, eat the dinner you laid out for him, and pass out on the couch. Literally.
On the very rare nights when he wasn't drunk and hadn't found a girl to hook up with, you invited your friend Ashley over. She was super kind and,

Mitra ran down the hall as the tears streamed down her face. She had once again been screamed at for not doing an “adequate” job. She had tried hard and done her best, but it seemed that the lady she served could never be pleased. Never mind that she was always criticized for spending too much time writing and drawing. She didn’t even have much time to do any of the things she liked, but that was still too much apparently.
Mitra ran until she was in a place of the palace where she was thought she was alone. Glancing around, she sat on the stairs and leaned her head against the wall as she continued to cry. She was told so many times everything that she did wrong. She was constantly reminded of all her faults, but never once was she commended on the things she did well. And even in those rare moments that she was given a compliment, it was immediately followed by a rather lengthy dissertation of everything that was wrong with it.

Lucius pulled up the hood of his cloak as he ducked down the dark alley way. He was near the edge of the city, as far away from the palace as possible. He could not risk anyone there overhearing the conversation he was soon to have. “Dronicus!” he hissed into the darkness.
A man, also cloaked, came out of the shadows and lowered his hood. He was a young man, and not a particularly handsome one at that. “I’m here, quit your worrying.” Dronicus said. “Why’d you have to meet all the way out here then? And so late?”
Lucius lowered his own hood. He was a middle aged man with thinning light brown hair and a permanent scowl on his face. “You know very well why.” He hissed. “This is a delicate matter, and there are many open ears around the palace.”
“Well what about Heimdall?” Dronicus asked. “He hears and sees all.”

“About Caedra. She is in need of care and attention that we cannot give her here.”
