Details are very important in any story! Otherwise, the reader would be clueless as to what’s going on! A story without details can sometimes be described as dull, or sometimes confusing. Details can also add life to a story, so they’re very important!
There are several situations that are required to include details. Such situations include:
- A change of environment
- Describing how something looks, tastes or sounds
- When coming into contact with certain objects
