There was nothing but blood and pain….
Really just nothing…
I was scared, I never felt such a pain, I never seen my own blood float over the ground like this… Never seen a spear stuck in my stomach… I have never felt so sleepy, so heavy, so… dead…
I just wanted to close my eyes so I don’t have to see the blood… I don’t want to see myself bleeding! But I didn’t…
If you want to know what happened to me… I can’t tell… Because I don’t know… the only thing I can remember is that I was fighting the foot, Karai and Bradford… Then I felt a pain in the back, it was going through shell, blood, bones, skin and flesh… But I don’t remember what happened then… I just felt how I collapsed on the ground…
I heard Raphs voice calling my name, I open my moth to answer but not a word passed my lips, just a groan, just so that he know I’m alive…

A/N: Merry Christmas! Here I come with the next chapter! Sorry it's been a while since I updated this story, but I've had a few things to do in school, preparing for Christmas plus I've got a cold but since I'm done to recover I decided to update!
And I also wanted to say thank you for all the favorites and follows I've gotten lately, you guys rock! And guess what, it's time to start wrapping this story and end it! I hope you have enjoyed this story just as much I have!
Small info bubble, since I want to write a rewrite of my TMNT – Frozen story, and I couldn't really come up with a better way to introduce the ice powers I decided to put some of it in here, I hope that's okay.
And I'm kinda growing tired of writing so I might take a small break after I finish this story, just so you know that too. So it will be this chapter, and one epilogue after this one. Good right? I hope you like

One of the wagon wheels caught on the edge of the ramp leading down to the lair and in his frustration Don gave the handle a hard yank. Don recognized his mistake a split second later when the entire heavily laden wagon came careening down towards him.
A leap took Don out of its path and the wagon rolled past him, shooting halfway across the lair as it gained momentum. Then one of the wheels popped off and the out of balance wagon tilted to one side, spilling part of its load before smashing into a wall.
Don looked at the mess in dismay. He’d just spent several hours at the junkyard collecting the parts he needed to make some necessary household repairs and he was tired. No one had wanted to go with him, so loading and hauling everything had been a one turtle chore.
He’d managed to find the parts he needed to fix the oven, to repair the lights in the dojo, to replace the van’s radiator, and an assor
TMNT- Infected (fanfic) Scarred and battered by their previous encounter with their new-found nemesis, The Shredder, the turtles returned to the depths of the leaky, sludgy sewer that they blissfully called home. Of course, it was a sewer and everything-- meaning that it certainly wasn't the cleanest place in the world. Though it was the turtles' sanctuary, it continued to serve its intended purpose: cycling and recycling the city's flushed away sewage and feces. Constantly, the sewer floor was dripping wet-- filmed with unsanitary toilet water and leaking, crashed car oil that would seep through the manhole covers on the city's surface. Not to mention how poor the insulation was, and how the boys in green had to endure the harsh wind as howled through their living room during the winter season. Considering this, along with his open wounds and weak immune system, it would only be too easy for Donatello to become susceptible to the contraction of high-risk diseases.TMNT- Infected (fanfic)2 years ago in General Fiction More Like This

April O'Neil bit her lip as the needle grazed over the sensitive skin of her shoulder blade. Okay, compared to what she had been through, it wasn't that painful, but she still clenched her facial features with the anticipation of pain.
She didn't bother to open her eyes until the needle had been taken away and a gentle hand began to clean the area and place a bandage over the area. The man rested a hand on her other shoulder in a comforting way.
"All done, Miss. Just relax for a few moments before heading home. And don't take off the bandage for a few hours until the ink sets in and the blood dries."
April swallowed shakily and nodded her head. The hand disappeared and she heard heavy footsteps walk away from her. The red head let herself rest before finding the courage to sit up. There was pain in her shoulder blade...but she'd get over it.
The red head, now at the prime age of twenty, swung her legs over the edge of the table she rested on and resisted the urge to rub at her shoulder

A full second of silence passed and Don quickly opened his eyes. The screw, which had sounded incredibly loud in his ears when it hit the ground, hadn’t drawn the attention of the Kraang.
They began to separate in order to continue the search for their escaped captives and Don murmured a silent invocation that none of the Kraang would see the loose screw on the floor. The screw was kicked by one of the bots as they started to move and Don held his breath as it skittered across the floor, but once again it went unnoticed.
By the time the Kraang disappeared from Don’s view the screw was resting in a crevice against one of the walls. With any luck, it would remain unseen to any other search parties who made their way down the corridor.
Knowing he shouldn’t waste any more time, Don braced his arms against the sides of the air duct and pushed himself back towards the horizontal section where Casey waited. As soon as he began moving

A/N: Hello! I know I'm currently writing another story, but my inspiration for it is running dry, and I've read a few things about Shredder wanting to cure Karai so badly that he kidnaps Donnie to get him to cure her. Now, I don't know if that's going to happen, but since I wasn't all that glad with my 'Mutagen Madness' story I decided to make a new one, while I try to finish my 'Monster story', which I intend on finishing as soon as possible.
Anyway, hope you like this first chapter and please review, favorite and follow.
Chapter 1, Cure Chaos!
Shredder walked into Baxter Stockman's lab with his patience dangerously thin. He had ordered Baxter to come up with a cure for Karai's mutation, but so far he only had received failure after failure. He saw the fly quiver when he saw that his master was approaching him and silently smirked at that.
"Stockman, I ordered you to make me a cure for Karai. And so far you have given me

It was quiet in the lair for a change, the only sound was sword swings and Leonardo's grunts from the dojo. He had been training for the hour with Splinter. In the living room Raph tried to take out anger by talking and petting his turtle Spike, since Mikey had pulled another prank on him a few minutes ago, by setting up a bucket with cold water on the door to the bath room. So when Raph had opened the door he got a unexpected shower. Michelangelo sat on the couch and read comics and ate chips at the same time. April sat with her laptop on her knees and was typing on some website. Donatello walked out of the lab and made his way over to the entrance.
”Hey, I'm going to the dump. I'll be back in about thirty minutes.” He said and was about to leave the lair, but Leo was faster. Before he could leave, Leo walked out of the dojo to go and shower, but had heard that Donnie was leaving the lair, and had his hand on Donn

Don is our glue.
Raphael sank deeper into his perch on the rooftop, Leo's sentence circling his mind endlessly. They'd fought and yelled not an hour ago, but Raphael had been struck dumb when Leo had let those words slip.
Donnie was angry at him- probably still was, considering he'd lazily watched Donnie piece together the elaborate glass and tubes set-up for weeks. Donnie wasn't always the perfectly quiet nerd they accused him of; that was only a joke shared by them all, a light teasing because they each knew what a sleeping dragon their genius brother could be.
And boy had he done it today. Worse, Donnie had completely blamed him, while Mikey grinned and giggled and got away scot-free because Raph had broken the stuff. Mike, who launched him into the crazyass experiment was still at home, drinking sodas and playing games, stretched out on the couch all by himself.

I was lying awake in the middle of the night and tried to go to sleep. But as you can guess it didn't so so well, seeing how my 'bed' was a cold hard floor and I had no blanket to keep myself warm. It also didn't help that my head just would stop throbbing and the burn on my head just hurt more since I had no pillow except my arms, which didn't help so much. It may not be, what Raph would've called, tough to wish for a blanket and a pillow but I didn't care at the

Donatello was pretty sure that he was meeting his first true maniac.
From the way Raph’s eyes lit up at seeing the older boy’s getup, Don deduced that his hot headed brother had found a kindred spirit. Leo did not look as pleased; his silent contemplation of the youth was cautious at best.
Mikey flitted around their new acquaintance like a hummingbird, questioning and touching, pushing and poking. Somehow the annoyed look on the human’s face at the youngest turtle’s antics was very satisfying to Don.
In fact, their introduction to Casey Jones was met in characteristic fashion by each of the brothers with the exception of Donatello. He should have been curious and inquisitive, but instead Don was distrustful and wary.
Attempting to analyze his reactions to the stranger, Don had to admit that it was the way they were meeting the boy that had raised his hackles.
It wasn’t just that Jones was a vigilante, or that he h

Her name was Lisa Addams, but she was better known as Mona Lisa for her love of fashion and art. As beautiful as she was intelligent, it honestly seemed as though that girl could do anything she put her mind to it.
President of the student body and art fanatic, she graced each student with her presence in a way that could make anyone hate to love her. She had no time for wasted moments and spat on small talk. How could anyone put up with that when there's so much to do?
She was the image of true beauty, an image that life would never fall apart as long as someone as strong, powerful, and devious as her continued their unspoken rule over the land. But even Rome fell eventually.
It was hard to image the hallways without Lisa strutting down the m

Through the window, inside the studio, her body moves in graceful circles and leaps. Perfectly balanced and smooth. It’s kind of like how Leo does katas, only less controlled and more... alive.
Miss Moore claps her hands for attention, ending the session. That’s Raph’s cue to move away from his position at the window and climb further up, hiding on the fire escape until the door to the studio opens and its dance students pour out, eagerly talking about today’s lesson while opening their umbrellas.

Raph was in an irritable mood.
Summer had a strangle hold on New York City and its inhabitants were sweltering. Although the lair usually maintained a fairly even temperature due in part to its location and in part because of the crystals, for the past couple of days even their home wasn’t immune from the oppressive heat.
Don had set up fans that he’d scavenged and repaired but all they did was move the hot air around. Somehow Master Splinter appeared cool despite the temperature and just because his sons were uncomfortable, he hadn’t let up on them in practice.
Mikey had made a desultory offer afterwards to cook eggs and bacon for breakfast but the idea of further heating the kitchen didn’t appeal to anyone. It was bad enough that Master Splinter and Leo still insisted on hot tea and that the coffee cot percolated happily on the counter so that Don could have his morning fix.
Raph swore he could tell that those things increased the t

It was a stormy night in the Big Apple, the graying clouds concealing the moon. Slowly, every star winked out of sight in the sky, leaving a gray canvas. The city was bustling with activity and people quickly came and went. Everyone had a story, but some were more tragic than others. While some viewed the city as a whole, I viewed it as individuals who had different values and different lives. Everyone had something to fight for, and mine was my family. It had been five years since my parents and brother had perished in a fire, and now I was living with my uncle and my pet. Mia was all I had left from that day. Her, and also a picture of my mom. There wasn't a day I didn't think about them and how I could've helped. I felt it was all my fault. I may just appear as a normal teenager who lost her parents...but no. I was far from normal. From the moment I was born, I was destined to carry the burden of a lifetime. People my age would worry about homework and their friends, but

Karai stood before the doorway to her father’s chambers. This wasn’t going to be easy. Ever since they arrived in New York, her father had shown nothing but dedication to his vendetta against his old enemy, Hamato Yoshi. A little too much dedication, as far as she was concerned. She understood his pain. Hamato Yoshi (or Splinter, as he was calling himself these days), had killed her mother when she was an infant, destroying their family forever. Her father never forgot that day and he wouldn’t let her forget it either, no matter how much she wished he would leave the past in the past. Killing Splinter would not bring her mother back, but the Shredder didn’t care. To him, loose ends were unacceptable. If destroying Splinter and his army of mutant turtles would bring her father back to her, so be it. All she had to do was get him to listen for a few minutes.

Deep in thought, Don approached his lab, his mind a whirlwind of confusion over Mikey’s odd warning. His older brothers hadn’t been fighting as far as he could tell, so Mikey telling him to leave them alone made absolutely no sense. As the family’s designated physician, Don had a duty to care for Leo’s injury, no matter what other things might be going on.
He was so pre-occupied that when he stepped into the lab it took him a minute to notice that Leo was seated on a table with Raph standing between his legs. A box containing medical supplies was open on the table next to Leo, and their bloodied masks lay on the floor by Raph’s feet.
When he neared his brothers, Raph’s arm shot straight out at him, palm showing. His eyes however remained glued on Leo.
“Back off egghead, I got this,” Raph growled.

Don didn’t have much time to enjoy the revelation that April thought she might like him as more than just a friend. As much as he would have preferred to stay in bed with her, it was prudent that she leave his room before anyone realized they’d fallen asleep together.
Although the situation was completely innocent, it would be best not to have to convince anyone else of that fact.
After checking that the coast was clear, April left Don’s bedroom a couple of minutes before he did. Once he was sure she’d had time to duck into her own room, Don headed towards his lab.
Halfway there and thinking that they’d lucked out in not being seen Don was startled by the sound of rattling paper and spun around. Perched atop the pinball machine was Mikey, a comic book in one hand and a wide grin on his face. Staring at him for a second, Don wondered if his younger brother ever slept.

Even though Mikey had been sweet- amazingly so- I still didn't sleep more than a few hours that night. What little I did get was restful, at least. I always slept better with someone beside me, and I had the added bonus of Mikey holding me so tightly in his arms all night.
It was comforting, but after an hour of lying awake, I had to get up and do something. Anything. Although after an hour of calibrating the new laser I'd built for myself last Christmas, I realized that losing myself in work wasn't making the ache any less.
And I ached miserably. A hurt that no pain medication in my (admittedly large and varied) cabinet would help. It was so hard to not sit there and repeat Why why why, but I forced myself to at least form constructive questions and sentences.
