Japan Expo 2012 COSPLAY VIDEO 1-XWe attended the Japan Expo con last weekend for the first time in our life, and we were able to meet Omaru (thanks to :iconshoko-cosplay:. btw, you MUST see her Hilde costume. It's so lovely). our Soulcalibur V cosplay group at Expomanga 2012OMG, I just can't believe we made it. Yesterday we attended Expomanga 2012 (one of the most important cons in Spain and the bigger one in Madrid) being part of a 13 members SCV cosplay group. It was a dream come true.our Soulcalibur V cosplay group at Expomanga 20123 years ago in Personal More Like This
SC is one of our favourite games of all time and it was awesome we were able to gather 13 fantastic, nice and hard-working cosplayers on this purpose.
We had a fanastic time. It was very hot but we didn't mind. Here you can watch our skit. Enjoy!
We won the 3rd prize!! (Technically we were disqualified because they didn't let perform more than 10 memebers per group. So winning that prize is great and we are vey happy they gave us that recognition).

How to skin foobar2000How to skin foobar20001 year ago in Software Reviews More Like This
I've been asked to write a tutorial on skinning foobar2000, because many f2k users encounter difficulties modifying skins or simply using them. I'm not an expert on the subject, I've started by installing a few skins and trying to understand how that worked ; I still think it's the best way to get a good handle on it, though a long and sometimes frustrating way. I invite you to try and see by yourself, to keep in mind that errors come all along and to share any advice, question, difficulty or anything you want to say, may you be new or expert. I also recommend to read this good tutorial (though it's partly based on outdated PanelsUI), maybe this less developed one, some of the very useful Hydr
My Robin Williams storySince we're all sharing... MY ROBIN WILLIAMS memory is when I was working at the Disney/MGM studios Animation (Tour/Studio) in Florida and he came down to take a personal tour of our studio. (He was there for an event/publicity/vacation, can't remember). The tour part of our studio had a film called "Back to Neverland" that he was in and it taught how animation was done. It looped over and over all day long. He got a kick out of the fact that we had to hear him yelling and screaming all day long. At one point, I was shooting at the video animation set up and he came over to see what I was doing. I explained it and he couldn't stop looking at the tour of people going through on the other side of the glass. I explained that we looked at them as "moving wallpaper" an tried not to look at them directly. Not Robin. He was on stage and he immediately found a crazy hat to put on and was running around the place. Robin Williams exuded joy and its sad to hear it wasn't always in his heartMy Robin Williams story4 months ago in Personal More Like This

Ahri Cosplay - Tails TutorialHi again loves!Ahri Cosplay - Tails Tutorial1 year ago in Art Features More Like This
So sorry it's taken me so long to post on here for the next section on the Ahri cosplay. I have already done a tutorial on her sleeves, skirt and her top. I started her tails first and finished them last because well, they were rather frustrating, and I am in the process of reworking them. Once I completely finish my rework on her tails, I will post another how to!
As always, the pictures will be numbered ;3
What you will need:
*At the very minimum you will need 2 yards of white fake fur. I am lucky enough to have an enormous fabric place called Fabric Depot which has it's own section for fake furs! I got one that was long, straight, soft and beautiful! Fake fur can be pretty spendy, I got mine for 29.99 a yard (1)
*Firm Foam (I cut mine appropriately) (2)
*Stuffed animal stuffing
*Industrial Strength Velcro
*Some fabric or a small belt.
*Some hot glue and a hot glue gun
*Some (preferably) white velcro
First you will decide how large you want your t

You can read more about it here:
As it says in the second link it has not yet been announced if this new adaption will follow the manga-storyline, if it will be an movie or one or multiple OVAs. What do you think/hope it will be?

Con-Report: Akumakon Galway 2014 (Ireland) + pics!Hey my friends,Con-Report: Akumakon Galway 2014 (Ireland) + pics!10 months ago in Personal More Like This
I was very happy to visit AKUMAKON in Galway (Ireland) in January. Together with Elffi I went to Ireland for my first time ^.^~
I brought two costumes to the con: ALTER SABER and FRANZISKA VON KARMA ....
Let's begin with Saturday !
Saturday was a really nice day. I wore my Franziska von Karma together with Elffi as Godot.
We had a little booth were we could sell our prints. We were really surprised how open and kind the Irish people were. We could find new friends very fast and had fun to talk with everybody at the booth for a long time .

But here in german Cosplay scene, and perhaps also for many other countries it's really a novelty.
It can be used for paper decoration, for gemstones, paint and much more.

average pay rates for comic book artists:"Generally, the good graphic novels fetch $100 - $300 per page, although professionals who have been in the industry for a long time can command as much as three times that amount. In fact, one elite illustrator commanded as much as $1,000 a page (on a 22-page comic book)! Most of the popular titles that artists, like David Cassaday, work on are monthly issues, which end up providing him with a six-figure salary. The back-end royalties on merchandise, trade paperbacks and movie royalties are also generous."average pay rates for comic book artists:1 year ago in Personal More Like This
"In 2008, Sean Jordan, founder of Army Ant Publishing, claimed established freelance comic book artists were paid anywhere from $220 to $4,400 per book project, which breaks down to $10 to $200 per page. Pencil and inker artists can ask for $75 to $200 a page. Colorists often fall in the range of $35 to $125, and writers and letterers make $10 to $50 a page. COSPLAY MAKEUP TUTORIAL!Hi guys!! Thank you as always to all watchers and everyone who faves and comments - I'm so sorry I don't have much time these days to reply to everything, but I definitely do read and appreciate them all!COSPLAY MAKEUP TUTORIAL!1 year ago in Personal More Like This
I've been asked so many times I've lost count to put together a makeup tutorial on how I do my cos makeup - and I finally did it!
I hope this is a little helpful, although some disclaimers - I have Caucasian features, so my makeup will be very different to someone with a different face shape. I use a lot of eyemakeup, much more than a lot of people, just because I do lol. My eyes a pretty big naturally, so I line them right up the edge, as opposed to widening the eye by drawing further out. A few things like that to bear in mind ^_^ That said, hope you enjoy! *chu*
Any questions please feel free to ask!
