Debuting in The Amazing Spider-Man #13, Mysterio is Quentin Beck, a special effects wizard and stunt man working for a major Hollywood studio with dreams of making a name for himself in the film industry. However, he came to see his career in special effects as a dead-end job. His attempts to become an actor were poorly received, but he realized that his expertise in illusions could make him an effective supervillain.

In his first battle with Spider-Man, after he frames him for robbing the Midtown Museum, Mysterio obstructs the hero's spider-sense with gas and dissolves his webbing with a chemical abrasive. However Spider-Man tricked him into revealing he robbed the museum, then revealed he had captured it on tape. Mysterio was then jailed, blaming Spider-Man for his ruined career.[4] He later joins the Sinister Six in an attempt at revenge on Spider-Man, and battles him using robots of the X-Men. After this Spider-Man gets a card that enables him to go on to battle Sandman.[5]

Man of Steel is a 2013 American superhero film directed by Zack Snyder, produced by Christopher Nolan, and written by David S. Goyer. Based on the DC Comics character Superman, the film is a reboot of the Superman film series that portrays the character's origin story. The film stars Henry Cavill in the title role, with Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Michael Shannon as General Zod, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Kevin Costner as Jonathan Kent, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, and Russell Crowe as Jor-El.

Development began in 2008 when Warner Bros. Pictures took pitches from comic book writers, screenwriters and directors, opting to reboot the franchise. In 2009, a court ruling resulted in Jerry Siegel's family recapturing the rights to Superman's origins and Siegel's copyright. The decision stated that Warner Bros. did not owe the families additional royalties from previous films, but if they did not begin production on a Superman film by 2011, then the Shuster and Siegel estates would be able to sue for lost revenue on an unproduced film. Nolan pitched Goyer's idea after story discussion on The Dark Knight Rises, and Snyder was hired as the film's director in October 2010. Principal photography began in August 2011 in West Chicago, Illinois, before moving to Vancouver and Plano, Illinois. Man of Steel marks the first film in an intended shared fictional cinematic universe with other DC Comics characters.

Man of Steel's red carpet premiere in the U.S. was attended by its principal cast members in New York City on June 10, 2013. The film was released to the general public on June 14, 2013, in conventional, 3D, and IMAX theaters. The film became a box office success, grossing more than $668 million worldwide, despite a mixed response from critics. Some critics highlighted the film's narrative, acting, visuals and reinvention of the titular character, while others were critical of the film's pacing and lack of character development. A follow-up film featuring Batman and Wonder Woman is planned for May 6, 2016.

Click DOWNLOAD :D and please, if you don't feel like comenting, at least :+fav: if you use it..it's a good way of saying you like it and you'll make my day! Be polite too ;) :D

Carreful, this is huge! it's 1900 x 1200 widescreen resolution if you guys like it I might do other resolution on request!

I just watched Dark Knight... it's so good! I was scared about Heath Ledger's joker (last time I saw a movie I remember he was in, it was 10 things I hate about you so ... yeah!) and I'm a huge batman fan! but he was amazing! very different from Nicholson's joker and Romero's joker! I think he's my favorite so far, too bad he's no more! I was looking forward to a sequel... with Harley Quinn :D

Anyway, I was looking for a cool wallpaper with the joker, but they were all too bright, I hate whit wallpapers so I had to take a couple minutes out of my day to make me a dark version, hope you enjoy it too!

Other resolutions:

1280px X 1024px

put together from about 8-15 different photo found on cgtextures.com and through Google :D the card is the classic design of the Joker card from Batman :D and I added some effects/textures

/*edit : Fixed the size of the 1280 one and made it 1024 in height... sorry about that

For those of you who don't live with us ... Joker is © DC Comics, so is the Joker Card, the Tag line Why So Serious and the bat logo are © Dark Knight/DC

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is an upcoming American superhero film featuring the DC Comics characters Superman and Batman. It is the intended sequel to 2013's Man of Steel and the second installment in the DC Cinematic Universe.[1][2][3] Zack Snyder is directing the film, written by Chris Terrio, from a story by Snyder and David S. Goyer, and stars Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons, Tao Okamoto, and Holly Hunter.[4]

The sequel was announced at 2013 San Diego Comic Con International, after the release of Man of Steel. Snyder and Goyer were both brought back in June 2013. Pre-production began at East Los Angeles College in October 2013, with principal photography starting in May 2014 in Detroit, Michigan.

Dawn of Justice is scheduled to release in the United Kingdom on April 29, 2016, and in the United States on May 6, 2016.[5]
