To Catch MeIt was another one of those nights where Dick had sought out for his boyfriend's warmth so as to sleep peacefully. He was currently curled up against Wally's bare back, rising and falling with each breath, both submersed in a deep sleep. Dick was in a dream. He dreamt that he was back at the circus, performing one of his favorite routines alongside his loving parents. He was laughing and grinning widely, enjoying the feel of flying through the air with so much ease. Outside his dreams, Dick was slowly rolling away from Wally across the bed, heading straight for the edge of the bed.To Catch Me4 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This

He felt slightly uneasy but he comforted himself with the fact that he knew his parents would always be there to catch him if he fell, to protect him when he was in danger. Back in reality, Dick rolled again, jerkily, his face scrunching up in wariness. Wally remained sound asle

I was taught to believe Jesus Christ as the Son of God, Also to me Christianity seems to be the only religion that has a real documentary, The Holy Bible.
To believe in something you have to believe it yourself.
But how am I supposed to believe, when there is war, other faiths, people who do sin and tempt you to sin too, and also so many influences in the world that make you forget all source of religion.
I want to believe in a religion, my cousin was raised catholic and she was looking for something more in life. She now believes in Christianity and Wicca, (people say wiccan's are witches because they believe in a more natural and nature faith). Finding out about her views in religion hurt me, seeing people say she will go to hell hurts as she is someone close to me.

The Winter Soldier - Capter 4 (Final Chapter): Missing Assassin
You had fallen asleep on the couch a few times – or past out, you didn’t know what it was anymore. You had followed the news, which had, as you expected, broadcasted the whole fight between Hydra and S.H.I.E.L.D. from a helicopter. You swore you saw Bucky several times, but when he was on a mission he didn’t seem the man you knew from your times alone. The media made him seem cold and cruel, even though you knew that was not who he really was or wanted to be.
When the wound on your stomach started to bleed again, you took out the first aid kit you had stored somewhere in your kitchen. The improvised stitches had let go. With some paper towels and alcohol you cleaned your stomach before attempting to stitch the wound again.
You bit down on your teeth hard as the needle went in the sensitive skin. You cursed softly thinking about the morphine you had left behind in the Hydra lab. You wouldn’t

Ravens of WarDonovan Ashton was greeted by only one Raven. His Raven, to be precise. She stood at the end of the narrow hangar, just outside of the marked yellow lines, with her hands folded behind her back. She was dressed in black, her skirt to her knees, her shirt clinging to her body from wrist to just under the chin. Curiously, she was barefoot, and her black hair was to her waist and cut in a severe line across the forehead. The Prime Terras of Foerster unbuckled from his seat, ignoring his pilot's protest that the landing sequence wasn't done yet, and leaned forward across the dash to get a better look, such as he could as the small craft bobbed in its descent. There was a lurch, he swayed as it settled to the ground, and the engines whined as they shut down.Ravens of War7 months ago in Short Stories More Like This

“Doesn't have to be imposing. Just has to be smart,” the pilot replied, distracted by shutting down the ship.

Steve-x-Reader: Raining Men
Steve Rogers, the one and only Captain America, had never believed himself to be a particularly soulful man- in fact he’d never even considered such a thought. But despite this, his live-in roommate and ward- (F/n) (L/n) had decided that he housed hidden qualities that made him the perfect ‘Soul-Brutha’ material.
Now what this actually meant, Steve couldn't say. But the man did know was that he would enjoy being a potential Soul Brutha, if it meant that (F/n) was happy. And from all the obvious signs, the young woman was.
Where she had once been mistrusting and skittish, she now seemed at ease, laughing and joking with him on near constant basis. It was a nice change from the abused, disheartened eighteen year-old that Steve had found on the streets nearly twelve months ago.
Now, after the near

he perked his head up at a noise he heard from a nearby room.
"Who's there?" He asked the shadows.
His voice echoed away, and all he could hear was the faint sound of

All tension was released when he saw it was only his best friend,

Stephano looked around and listened, but couldn't hear a thing.
"I... no." He answered faintly.
"Exactly." Mr. Chair trembled. "The silence..."
He fell to the ground, and Stephano rushed to his side.
"What the hell happened to you?" He asked as he held him up.

CHAPTER ONE: Good News
A day in the life of Loki Laufeyson is not what you may be expecting. First off, Loki is no longer a man, but a boy of five. The Norns transformed the man Loki after the battle of New York into a child in order to give Loki a second chance. Not everyone saw this as a good thing, nor did they truly see him as a boy. Odin and S.H.I.E.L.D. treated him poorly for weeks on end, but luckily Loki has Thor as an older brother.
So, a day in the life of Loki is very different than it once was. When Loki wakes up in the morning, he has to make the hard decision of pajamas or "real clothes". He eats with Jane and Thor, brushes his teeth, then has lessons until noon with various people. Loki learns all sorts of things, but his favorites are science and reading. Both are fascinating to him. He then eats lunch with Thor and has the afternoon to do as he pleases. Some da

"You know I'm starting to actually think that maybe I should have taken the spare room after all." She said jokingly, a small smile breaking onto her face. Red scoffed as he walked towards the bunk bed and tossed his bag onto the sheets.
"Yeah but then where would Mum sleep?" He asked, mounting the metal ladder that hung on the side of the railing closest to his pillow on his bunk. Leaf laughed lightly and moved closer to the wall, further away from both the pillow and Basil who, in the past minute, had curled up in a ball in an attempt to sleep once more.
"Uhh...on the television, maybe?" She suggested, her voice raising in unsureness as her twin climbed up the ladder only to

There was definitely going to be a bump on Mickey's head. He reached up, and rubbed between his large ears... oh yes, it was already forming. Another sore addition to this already disastrous day. He tried to sit up, his clothes entirely soaked in sea water. For a moment, he shut his eyes, trying to gather his senses, before opening them wide to let it sink in what happened. He'd done a trip Goofy would have proud of, and had fallen from the beach onto this sea bank.
He was lost. No Goofy, no Pluto, no anybody, in sight, or could even be heard. He was sitting on the sand, with the ocean water spilling towards him, and just as easily retreating. Climbing up for now wasn't an option, but he couldn't just sit and do nothing. With a grunt, he forced himself onto his feet, feeling his sandals squish underneath him. Thus he started his journey, walking near the rocks, hoping to stay away from the water as much as he could.

Its easier to run
Replacing this pain with something numb
Its so much easier to go
Than face all this pain here all alone
Something has been taken
From deep inside of me
A secret Ive kept locked away
No one can ever see
Wounds so deep they never show
They never go away
Like moving pictures in my head
For years and years theyve played
If I could change I would
Take back the pain I would
Retrace every wrong move that I made I would
If I could take all the shame to the grave I would
Sometimes I remember
The darkness of my past
Bringing back these memories
I wish I didnt have
Sometimes I think of letting go
And never looking back
And never moving forward so
There would never be a past
Just washing it aside
All of the helplessness inside
Pretending I dont feel misplaced
Is so much simpler than change
Its easier to run replacing this pain with something numb
Its so much easier to go
Than face all this pain here all alone
