I decided to try the contest, too...with SHAZAM!!!

Captain Marvel first appeared in "WHIZ COMICS" #2 (1940) published by Fawcett, but due to some legal stuff, his publication stopped in 1953. Later on in 1972, he found a welcome home at DC Comics becoming one of the most popular characters in the DC universe. I drew the "NEW 52" version where he first made an appearance in a back story in "Justice League #7". No longer 'Captain Marvel', he is now only known as "SHAZAM"!

Because why not?
I couldn't decide who I wanted to draw so I just went with the whole 'sidekick' to Justice Leaguers crew~
The more the merrier!?! :D

I have Scribblenauts on my phone and I have to say, it's pretty fun. Think I might get this game for my brother since he likes it as well.

Anyways, enjoy :)

In anxious anticipation of the DVD release, here's the movie versions of The Watchmen done in comic style...isn't it sad how Nite Owl's movie costume is better than any Batman movie costume to date?

Traditional Pencil & Inks / Photoshop.

** ENGLISH VERSION **

Eel O'Brien was a petty criminal. In a fellony gone wrong, he got in contact with strange chemicals that transformed his body into living elastic rubber. From then on he decided to use his newly acquired super powers to be a hero, and fight alongside the Justice League as Plastic Man!

Stretched to the limit, here goes my painted version of him. I chose colour lines instead of black ones cause... well, they looked much better in the end!

This one is also for the cards project we are working on... but this time I did ALL the work.

So, Pencil, Inks and Colours by ME!

(*) Plastic Man, Eel O'Brien, Justice League and probably my soul, belong to DC Comics

In honor of the movie, which I am eagerly anticipating. There's still a little time left to read the book if you haven't... I highly recommend it, you shan't be disappointed. Done in Photoshop in about 10 hours over a couple days.
