A Letter to YouDear fellow artist,A Letter to You5 years ago in Letters More Like This
At times I've noticed you struggle with your works, and I've seen how you feel you don't get the recognition, appreciation and popularity you are entitled to. You have not said it out loud, but I know these kinds of thoughts often strike to young artists like you and me.
You might have been feeling that you are a talentless twat, trying to do something artistic and you might have also thought that no one really cares about you or your works.
I do care.
I've seen how easy it is to create things people shamelessly now call art. They know how to take a screencapture of their favourite cartoon and then attach it to the Motivational Poster Generator. If not that, they know how to paste the image on Paint and colour it over and then call it art. If someone does not know how to do that or how to create their own artworks, they might be talented enough to type in a search word to Google's Image Search bar and find everything they'd love to create. Then they downl

One day in felarya, in the forest near a hilly area between Ur-sagol and the giant tree, a 5"6 fire/dimensional succubus by the name of Nawe was walking along adventuring as she traveled, trying hard to keep out of sight and the other senses of giant preds.
"This is so annoying; it takes so long to move around at this small size, at times like this, I really hate having to be this small due to my curse." Thought Nawe as she came upon a clearing in the forest and looked around before she kept going on her way.
Meanwhile, in a clearing nearby with a waterfall cascading down and forming a pool, a large canopy fairy, named Kary, was waking up with a growling stomach to the start of a new day.
Kary yawned and stretched as she sat up, her 150 foot tall frame naked in the sunlight as she rubbed her eyes and smiled at the grumble of her stomach. She giggled and patted it, saying. "Relax, I'll find you something very good very soon. I came to this place for a reas

It was September and I was seventeen.
I was gnarled into the corner of a bus
Mithering away at my gloomy mood;
Trying to shake the oppressive landscape in my mind.
It was unexpected.
It was unexpected to see you there.
You were folded primly onto a bus shelters seat
With her hand enveloped in yours
You both lifted your other hands, synchronised,
And waved to me with your familiar smiles.
I was surprised.
I was surprised to see you there.
Your grey hat tipped so rain slipped off
And her glasses whitening with the steam of her laugh
I just looked at you, gluttonous,
I absorbed every detail of that moment.
It was unexpected.
It was unexpected to see you there.
But there you were nonetheless,
Eighty years old, clasping hands awaiting a bus
My eyes leaked they were overfull of the sight
Of two people, quietly, silently in love.
I was surprised.
I was surprised to see you there

I have a problem. I have to head somewhere, but can't find a babysitter. I don't want to hire Masaki again, since the last incident, and I don't know if Rose could be available to watch Onyx and Opal again. Then I noticed Larence (a tanned elf with long raven hair, gold eyes, special armor and was barefoot) by a tree. She was reliable when she watched over Pearl, so why not have her watch my kids?
I approach the elf, and said to her "Larence, i have another job for you." Larence smiled at the aspect for another job from me, since i paid her very hansomly the last time she worked for me, and asked "Sure, what is it?" I explained my dilemma that i was going somewhere, and needed her to babysit my daughters Opal (a tanned fairy with special wings, long blond hair, orange eyes, an orange kimono, and was barefoot) and Onyx (a catgirl with black hair, black eyes, black tail and ears, wore black genie garb and like her sister, was barefoot) and when
The Dridder and the NagaSTORY 34The Dridder and the Naga6 years ago in Fantasy More Like This
The little dridder scuttled over the worn paving stones of the empty street, between the crumbling ruins of long-abandoned buildings. The fresh scent of running water drifted on the faintest of breezes, and as she turned into a sidestreet of the dead city, the river came into view. She paused, cautiously, testing the way ahead with her senses. She felt no immediate threat, and, reassured, hurried forward, chitinous legs clicking on the uneven stone.
Although she was a giant dridder, she was small, even for her age. A mere child still, eight years old, she was dark of skin, with pale pink eyes, and pinkish-white hair tumbling messily down her back. The top of her black spider carapace displayed a natural pattern of pink lines and dots, which she was quietly proud of. She would turn her head sometimes, and look at them. They had the effect of cheering her up, and kept her mind off other things.
Moving past the last of the ruined houses, she slowed and, for a moment
Giantess Cousin VIt had been about two hours since, Adam awoke from his blackout. The light from the room burned his eyes as he slowly came back from being passed out. But it wasn't Adam's body that awoke him. Adam had been awakened by an earthquake. And earthquake that kept shaking his frame. It would hit, one after the other -boom, boom, boom- getting louder and shaking him harder and harder with each hit, until he finally saw the source of the earthquakes. The source of not only his recent troubles, but of the past day, the troubles of having Mary for a cousin. "A freak" he thought to himself. "A crazy person" another thought. "When will this end?" he said out loud, still weak after countless suffering.Giantess Cousin V4 years ago in Short Stories More Like This

Hyane stretched and yawned, feline and sleepy, still in the haze of a comfortable drowsiness. The white-furred catgirl the colour of her fur a purer white than her creamy bedcovers pulled those covers up round herself, enjoying her slow transition to wakefulness.
Her blurry eyes, however, caught a hint of movement, just as the memory of yesterday's peculiar events impressed themselves anew upon her now conscious mind. Together, they jolted her out of sleepiness rather more quickly than she would have liked. She yawned again, and sat up, a little concerned at what she would find. Pushing off her covers and getting to her feet her nightgown descending to cover her bare legs she looked over towards the table, partly concealed by a half-wall jutting across her smallish apartment.
The human was up and about. He was still on the table, of course in his underpants, as they had left him last night. A tiny creature, absurdly fr

It would hold you too,
That it would embrace you
And you would see the beauty
To be found in its stony arms
Cracks and crevices.
And though try as I am
This isn't what you see
What your willing to believe.
All you see are stone walls
Surrounding an empty place
Blocking your view of the sea.
I built a house
Of stone and sweat
To hold you close to me,
Meant to be a home
For our hearts with windows
So we could always
View our sea.
But instead I built walls
And a house of stone and sweat
To build you a home.

Tavros smile faded, arms slowly falling from his hips. He looked down at his legs. He was okay standing, but walking was a whole new story.

For that matter, she had not been encouraged to think about anything.
Which was a shame, really, because she possessed a certain natural curiosity much diminished by a complete lack of education. She could not speak, for instance. She had never been taught to, and had no understanding of what language might be. She knew that certain sounds made by her keepers were associated with certain objects or activities. She knew that 'Here's a swamp toad' meant food, and she had learnt the meaning of 'Stay still'. She had realised, eventually, that she could mimic the sounds herself, but her keepers had frowned on that and punished h

Honor and RevengeIt was midday in the warm jungles of Felarya; by now most of wildlife and predators had caught their early morning meals and were relaxing, and those not so fortunate trying to find their food before the day drew on further. One such predator was a young giant naga named Neshay. She had long violet hair and a matching tail with a blue tint to it, and was slithering her way through the Tolmeshal forest in search of her next meal. She was not truly hungry however; she had caught something earlier in the day to hold her over. She licked her lips remembering the incredible taste of the nekos she caught; they had stopped squirming in her belly long ago though. Now she was instead hunting for something in particular in the forest, and it was almost always well guarded. It had been a great many days since she had last attempted to take a prize from the village of Safe Harbor.
