Hero: Power Girl
Comic Issue: "Power Girl" (2009 - present )

I was so happy to read about this contest.
I am a drop dead DC Girl and always have been.
When i asked a friend to help me brainstorm who to draw for this contest she seriousley said "Why not Iron man, i really like him" .... I smacked her across the face!!
How ever, I love Power Girl. First I was thinking to pick Supergirl, but this big boobed, kick-ass Kryptonian made the Race.
I still have another Heroe in Mind and hope to finish her fast enough for the Contest.
I am not happy about the Background put think the dynamics came out well

want to try the contest, since it's worldwide...

Here is Superman and Wonder Woman two of my favorite DC character
Just try to capture the moment when the badguy tore apart the place and suddenly a hero or heroine come over to do their job,
protect the innocent and beat up the badguy...

Superman first appeared in Action Comics #1 (June 1938) and subsequently appeared in various radio serials, television programs, films, newspaper strips,
He usually wears a blue costume, red cape,
and stylized red-and-yellow "S" shield on his chest. This shield is used in a myriad of media to symbolize the character.

I draw Superman with Superman Uncahined costume :
On March 4, 2013, USA Today announced the official title of the series, Superman Unchained.
To celebrate Superman's 75th anniversary, the series would launch on June 12, 2013, two days before the release of Man of Steel

Too lazy to type anything but I might as well try.

Featuring: (Enter name and random comics)

Power Girl (Infinite Crisis)
Zatanna (Flash Point)
Hawkgirl (Blackest Night)

I'm really not aiming to win this(and obviously there are so many awesome entries out there that would probably crush this one), I just wanna be productive. You see I haven't draw anything for about a couple of years ago...when was that? But hey, I just wanna let you guys know that I'm still alive.

This may not be the usual quality art that I always deliver to you guys due to time constraints(Alibi--I stopped drawing for so long really thats why my left hand is rusty at the moment. Uninspired maybe.), though I still have two WIPs here that hopefully I can upload this year.

I think I've typed so many, that my fingers literally started to grow muscles(I kid).

*sigh*

Until next time, need to do office work (ouch) tomorrow.

I wanted draw Poison Ivy as firs (it's my fav female DC character), when I started this pic yesterday

The belt was me working off of Luma Lynai’s big belt but I turned it into more of a wrestler belt. The cape is based off of Martian Manhunter’s modern cape because both Power Girl and MM’s cape’s used to be the same before she got her shoulder strap. Just wanted to doodle it out because it’s been in my head for a while.

I decided to combine Power Girl and Mass Effect and got this. This was done as a kind of present for myself for three things, my 29th birthday, 400 posts on my blog and posting every day on my blog for an entire year. I tried a lot of new techniques on this one and am satisfied with results.
