Her amethyst eyes shifted from her latest novel of Earthly dead languages, having found many similarities between the lost languages of humans and dimensions in between, patterns of dialects and the like. She pinched her finger between the pages, clutching the old cover close to her chest as her curiosity got the best of her, arching a slim brow. It was hard to miss that voice.
And he had left the door open.
Drifting to the bathroom edge, she cautiously peered inside, quieter than silence could possibly allow.
He was standing as erect as possible, shoulders pressed against the corner of the wall to the shower door, pulling his neck as high as it could go without tilting up. His sneakers had been discarded to the side, shirt and gloves tossed onto the counter, but his pants (thankfully) had still been retained, slender and tight to his form. In h

He is perhaps the oddest thing you have ever seen.
Funny and sweet though without much wit.
He can become any animal if you but name it.
Yes it is true it is quite a feat.
Though his ability has left him with a fear of meat.
Now he east nothing but soy.
And his talent has earned him the name Beast Boy.
Even though his appearance resembles mold.
Beneath his green hide is a heart of gold.

Author's Note: This fic came to me after I heard, then saw the video for, the A Great Big World & Christina Aguilera duet "Say Something". It struck something in me and... well, this story is what came of it. If you haven't heard it, it can be found here: Say Something.

Warning: I never thought I would write one of these, but it turns out I was wrong. Not only is this a sonfic (something I'm not a big fan of) but it is also a Death!Fic.

Analysis - Creepypastas and CharactersI actually attempted this thought a little while back; but my wording failed miserably and everyone thought I meant something else. So I shall try it again.Analysis - Creepypastas and Characters2 years ago in Profiles More Like This
When it comes to creepypastas, or any horror character really who has fans but not too much of a defined canon personality; they have two types of personalities. There's their Creepypasta personality, the one which they are given in their original story/point of origin; and their character personality, the one give and molded to them by fans.
The Creepypasta personality is often less interesting and more two dimensional and uninteresting. Jeff, for example, is like this in his origin story. He's a normal kid, goes crazy, and then is, well, insane. By this time he is a maniac who murders people; that's pretty much it. He isn't afraid of fangirls, he isn't a deep and sensitive person; he's a crazy killer who would stab you in the neck because why the hell not. He'll probably end up dead quickly, either by the obvious reason of you ca

We cannot turn back time and change our actions. All we can do is accept the consequences for our actions. Squirrelstream nodded, and once more the duo fell silent. After what seemed like nine lifetimes, the four massive oaks crept into Squirrelstreams line of vision. Two lone figures slipped between the broken fence panels. The first and larger of the pair lifted his head and tasted the air.
"Nothing but pelt-changer rubbish" he growled to the slim queen beside him. Sighing she padded on; each rib showed through her thin but tidy pelt. Homelessness hadn't stopped her from grooming herself like most of the loners around this place.
"I guess we'd better get back to the others before they start to worry" she answered already turning back. A hiss sounded behind them
"Who do you think you are and what do you think your doing on my territory" the larger tom spun around
"I'm Swift and we're just passing through," he answered quickly bearing his overlarge teeth. A pair of sparkling eyes faced him
"Well I'm Ticky and this is my place!" without hesitating he leapt, claws unsheathed, at Swift's partner.
"Stream!" Swift exclaimed already speeding toward his mate. He butted Ticky's flank causing him to collapse on the dark, d

All characters belong to DC comics.
It was an odd word to him. It didn't fall well from his tongue and was uncomfortable passing through his thoughts.
He knew what it meant of course. Want, to desire, to crave, to wish for. His vocabulary was far from limited, wants were simply not something he experienced often. Needs were important, he was required to sleep, it was necessary to eat, and he had to continue his research at all costs. Those were all simply the compulsions of living life.
Wants were frivolous and foolish.
The opposite of fear, and fear was all the Scarecrow cared about.
So Jonathan Crane did not bother himself with such things. Perhaps that was why someone so consumed with want caught his eye.
"For want of a nail, a shoe was lost."
The Nursery rhyme, barely whispered, echoed off the concrete walls like the words of ghosts . The yellow

Luke's Letters 1(NOTE BEFORE READING:Luke's Letters 14 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
This was writon after I had played the 3ed Professor layton game.)
It was raining as Luke looked out the window of his home.
It had been some time since he had moved. Although he was happy, this place still did not feel like home. Sure, he had made some new friends here, but he stilled missed the ones he left, back in London.
It was not just the people that Luke missed. He missed the noise, the smells, the places, but most of all he missed Professor Hershel Layton.
As he lazily watched people outside, busily rushing to get out of the rain, moving place to place, he began to think about the last adventure he had with Layton, before his dad made them moved because of his job.
"Professah..." he sighed. Leaving Layton standing at the harbour, was to him the most difficult thing he had done so-far in his life. No, he knew that had to stop thinking about him, but it was a struggle.
When he was outside it was even harder to forget about Layton. As Luke would find somethi

Inside the sewers of Gotham City.
A young woman in a straight jacket casually walked through the darkness and stench of the sewage water.
"I've never thought of banging with my love in a filthy place like this but thank God I'm open minded," she told herself as she noticed her left eye twitching wildly. "Heheeehee I must be getting close", she cheered with lustful joy.

"It isn't that at all " mumbled Flora, her grip loosening on the paper. It flopped out of her hands and landed on the floor, first page facing upwards.
The headline was as clear as day:

Layton's heart might well have stopped right then, but somehow it didn't. His throat felt suddenly dry. Out of the corner of his eye he could see Flora shuddering. She knew what this meant. He knew what this meant. There was a very strong possibility that

Jonathan Crane hadn't cared for much over his lifetime but he had always loved the subject of psychology. He adored everything about it, dissecting a man's mind without so much as a scalpel, poring over the volumes of bizarre behavior of hundreds upon hundreds of case studies, observing every little social choice and interaction as a road map to past horrors and future doubts. To think his career was dedicated to the most magnificent innovation in human history. He was paid to analyze it, expand its applications and teach others with the results. Oh he enjoyed the teaching, never had there been a time he was not only allowed but encourage to talk about his favorite subject in as much detail as he could manage.
It was the students he hated.
By god, he hated them. He hated the the ones who coasted by in the back rows, barely doing enough work to keep their athletic scholarships. He hated the ones up front who pandered to him,
