Another shot of San from Mononoke Hime-- this time with the mask on. The rain is a bit more visible in this photo XD It even caused one of my ear points to curl slightly But I guess that's what I get for doing a photoshoot in a rain storm heh

So Poison Ivy is a costume I bought fabric/materials for this time last year, but I never actually got around to finishing it. However, I finished it this year for an upcoming Halloween Costume Contest and got photos in it today. So happy that I finally got to do Ivy since I've been a big fan of the character for over a decade.

Aerith/Aeris is a costume I have been wanting/planning on doing for over four years now. I even had my wig back in 2008. FDP was going to do FFVII as a group and then we never got around to doing it so I made the Final Fantasy VII game version of Aeris this year. I plan on making more of Aerith's outfits (like Crisis Core and Kingdom Hearts) but considering how long it took for me to make this costume, those might not be coming until another 2-3 years XD

Another costume that I've had for quite some time, but hadn't really gotten photos in until now. I changed my wig from the first time I cosplayed Skyloft Zelda, but I'm still not happy with it so I'm probably going to get another one/fix this one up for next time. I also lost a lot of weight since April so the dress was really big. Going to have to take it in some more. This was photoshoot #4 on the rainy photo-palooza day so I was pretty tired I plan on doing another shoot for Skyloft Zelda once everything is all fixed up, but I wanted to get at least one photo up :3

I had to wait over half a year to upload this XD Kenshiro and I did this back in May before he moved across the world. I miss him terribly so this one is for him
Costume Information: I didn't have any time to go to the fabric store so I cut up a long dress that I already had. From the bottom of the skirt, I made the top from scratch then attached to the remaining part of the skirt. No pattern was used.
Due to a series of unfortunate cosplay events, I wasn't able to finish Asbel 100% in time for the convention. However, I went ahead and wore what I had since I was really looking forward to doing this cosplay to AE after plans for our Graces group for Sakura Con fell through. So, consider this a work in progress pic since I am missing some of the detailing still. Hopefully, I can finish this costume soon and get some more photos But I had a ton of fun doing Tales of Graces with my friends and can't wait to do it again!

I am not a huge Richbel fan, but we were trying to think of creative ways to hide my lack of accessories on my sleeves since I didn't get the chance to finish Asbel for the convention. The only poses we could think of were these sort so... Richbel! Woo!
First photo from Aki Con is one from K Project. *Saiaphi and I started cosplaying K Project back in December 2012 and we've been talking about doing Mikoto and Reisi for quite some time. When I found out that he was going to make Mikoto for Aki Con, I had to do Reisi because I simply adore this pairing. We were such awkward ducks when it came to yaoi-ish poses, though and *twinfools had to pose us XD It didn't take us very long to break character and start laughing, though
Anyways! It was super fun doing more K Project Gotta remember to actually get photos of my Yashiro since I've had the costume for almost a year now! Time flies!
Another shot of my Ruby cosplay. Definitely need to make some adjustments to the costume for next time, but considering I made this all in 2 half-days, I'm happy with how it turned out. Really excited to make the Crescent Rose, too

The Princess Bride has been one of my favourite movies since I was around 4 or 5. I used to watch it nearly three times a day, everyday for a year. My brother and I also pretended we were Zorro and Westley for that entire year. When I was a bit older, I read the book, which is one of my favourite books, too Needless to say, I was thrilled to get to cosplay from this. I had planned on making Buttercup's blue dress, but other people in the group couldn't get their costumes done due to life commitments/more important things, so I switch to her red dress last minute so it would make more sense with Westley and Fezzik (*Weatherstone was our Fezzik) But we should be doing the Princess Bride again sometime soon and we will have a Prince Humperdink and an Inigo Montoya (hopefully a Vezzini, too!)
