"Myriam," I whisper to her as we walk.
"What is it Connor?" she responds out the side of her mouth.
"Who's that woman in the back? The one in the blue dress?"
"Connor, it's my wedding. I'm not looking at anyone but Norris."
"Right, sorry," I say, escorting her the rest of the way and handing her off to Norris. I take my seat and exert all my will in an attempt to remain facing forward. When the wedding is over and everyone is filing out of the chapel she's suddenly gone. I actually panic for a moment before remembering I'm an assassin, I can find anyone I'd like. What's wrong with me? I've never had much interest in the opposite sex before, I've always thought of them as more of a distraction. Chapter 2 – Reunion
The car shook as we drove down the dirt path to Hershel's farm. I looked at Clementine and she seemed calm given her situation, then again she's always been like that. I smiled at her and she smiled back.
So far not much had changed, but I was still being very careful about what I said and what I did. Thankfully I was able to remember a lot of what happened during those first few weeks but I was fearful of what'd happen if I said or did something wrong. Things wouldn't start to get really bad until we got to my parents old drugstore.
But despite my worrying, I still had Clementine, and that's all I truly cared about. As long as she was happy, I was too. But I still couldn't bare knowing what happened to her parents. Before the bite made me draw my last breath, Clementine saw her mom and dad as Walkers. It was horrible.
The car pulled up right next to a large house with a barn located next to it. This was Hershel's farm

CHAPTER 4 - Besieged
Doug and I were crouching behind the gate. Doug assured me that were safe here but even so, I felt nervous as hell. I will never get used to Walkers for as long as I live. Which I hope will be longer than last time. After being brought back to the first day of 'Judgement day' as the Smiling man referred to it as, I thought I'd be able to know and stop all of the tragic events that would happen, but I never thought that someone else would join our group.
A little earlier, a young man named Ruscoe joined us. He wasn't here the first time but Carley and Glenn somehow found and rescued him. After he introduced himself and left the office, I didn't think to go and talk to him. I thought it'd be for the best to just keep on going until we get to the Motor Inn. Despite the events that would take place there, I knew that it would relatively safe for the next three months.
I looked at my brother, who was across the street, "Th
Why is Hell Necessary?1. Sin and CrimeWhy is Hell Necessary?2 years ago in Academic Essays More Like This
Sin is like crime. When you commit a crime, you are breaking the law. When you commit sin, you are breaking God’s Law. If a Judge let a criminal go without punishment, we would call him unjust. Thus, if God allowed sin to go unpunished, that would make God unjust.
2. How Severe is Sin?
One of the major problems I encounter when telling people about sin and hell is that they simply don’t grasp how severe sin is. While the comparison above is a good illustration, it doesn’t do justice in communicating how bad sin is. Sin is an act of evil that is against the very nature of God. God is so pure and holy that He cannot commit sin, it’s against His very nature to do so.
It’s so important you understand this. If you find yourself going back to the idea that “sin isn’t so bad” then you still don’t get it. SIN IS EVIL. Sin is of Satan. Sin is against God. Sin is severe.

If you make it, it will be theirs.
If you defend yourself, you will not be defended.
If you let others defend you, it will be too late.
This is a world where sin wins,
and if you are benevolent, others will be malevolent or even violent.
The masked man basks in his truth,
the truth that he cruelly casts out.
The mask is refreshing, but it is corrupting,
it is disrupting of your way of life.
Masked men gather to ruin lives,
jealous of the ones who have one.
They can be who they wanted to be,
as girly as a princess, or as heroic as Hercules.
But in the end, when your patience is depleting,
when everyone just keeps bleating,
you can simply resort to deleting it all.
While others find the mask and put it on,
others take the opposite path,
and drone on about their daily life.
They give out information,
that they would handle with caution otherwise.
But in the end, when their patience is depleting,
when everyone just keeps bleating,

"No problem; I can totally do this," you muttered to yourself through muffled fabric. You shifted your weight hesitantly, however nevertheless stepped forward toward the edge of the stone crevice. You felt your heartbeat jolt, and mentally slapped yourself for being so cowardly. Sure, you were great at combat fighting, blackmailing, and slipping and blending through crowds.
Clearly you were not showing much faith in doing the Leap of Faith. Balling up your fists, you glanced nervously at your mentor, for any signs of encouragement. He roughly nodded, though the full assassin next to him rolled his eyes. You could easily read his lips; "Novices."
You grimaced at this, though in the corner of your eyes, your friend gave you a somewhat comforted smirk.
"Altaïr!" you hissed, nervously. "Why don't you go first?" You would've asked Malik first, but before you could, he had already bravely leaped from the ledge.

His breath came short. His hands trembled, one stained red where it clutched his side. Bile rose in the back of his throat. His eyes darted about, frantically seeking that which they could not find. Your third thought is of whether or not you can escape the thing or things that have caused this feeling, this unfamiliar sensation to creep about your mind, and then worm its way into the very center of your thoughts, your being, chokin

He could hear the assassin's light breathing from the other room, a shuffle of movement as he snuggled deeper into the pillows to get more comfortable.
There was a pause, and then no more movement and that signaled Malik that the man had fallen into the deepest part of sleep. For the next three hours he would not wake unless something touched him, and now Malik had his chance.
His sword was fastened to his belt, the feather lying on his desk was now being tucked into a safe place in his shirt. He rose from where he was sitting and walked out and into the room right beside his.
The man was asleep on the fluffed pillows that lay on the floor, arms curled underneath his head. His legs were bent so they ruffled the front of his robes, making the outfit look bigger on him than it really was. Connor decided to show Ellie his mother’s message for him later that day. She had helped him find the other one for his father earlier.

The screen went black and tears were streaming down Ellie’s cheeks. She pulled Connor into a huge hug and silently cried into his neck. “My mom wrote a letter like that to me,” she whispered.
Connor held her tighter and buried his face into her hair. Relief came over him and his heart rate finally slowed down when he realized that she really understood how he was feeling. Now, all he wanted to do was go back to Saratoga and give his mother’s message to his father.
“Ellie, would you be upset if we left a day early?” he asked, pulling away.
Ellie shook her head. “No,” she paused and bit her lip. “Connor, what was she talking about when she mentioned Jenny?”
