Another beautiful afternoon on the Thousand Sunny, home to the Straw Hat Pirates.
Not a sound was to be heard on said pirate ship. Well…except for the sound of two laughing children.
“You can’t catch me, Belle!” called an 8-year-old Roronoa Hanako as he ran around the lawn deck from a 3-year-old Monkey D. Bellemere, or simply Belle for short.
“Oh, yes I will!” Belle called as she chased her best friend around. “Get back here!”
As the children laughed, the grownups sat in the galley together, enjoying each other’s company.
Pirate King Monkey D. Luffy, chuckled as he listened to his daughter and “nephew” playing.
“It’s amazing how those two can get along so well,” Luffy said as he sat next to his beloved wife, Nami.
“Yeah,” Nami agreed as she drank some jasmine tea. “Those two are almost like brother and sister.”

Nico Robin was in the Women's Quarters, reading one of her books. As she read her book, she hummed a little song to herself.
"Regrets collect like old friends. Here to relive your darkest moments, I can see no way, I can see no way..." she sang.
She then spotted the boom box sitting on the dresser.
She looked around, like she was making sure no one was watching her before she went up to it. Robin placed a CD in it. Then she pressed play.
Regrets collect like old friends,
Here to relive your darkest moments,
I can see no way, I can see no way...
Robin smiled as she listened to it.
That was when she began to remember Ohara.
And all of the ghouls come out to play,
And every demons wants his pound of flesh,
But I like to keep some things to myself.
I like to keep my issues drawn,
It's always darkest before

Okay, so why LuffyxNami?
Why would they be such a great couple?
I think the answer lies in the way they behave around each other.
Have you noticed how comfortable they are with each other? The way they always seem to understand each other, without having to explain things?
The way they always believe in each other,
even if there is significant reason NOT to? I have.
The reason these two work is not only that they'd be incredibly cute together (admit it!), but that it's a realistic possibility.
Think about it, if these two were real people, they would already be married.
They have all the factors that make a healthy, loving relationship.
They care about each other.
They trust each other.
They're loyal to each other.
And most importantly, they're comfortable with each other.
Luffy seems like the kind of person who views relationships in terms of being mutually helpful to each other.
He hand-picked his crew based on how useful they could be to him.
But he also keeps in min

“Are you sure? I heard crashing and yelling.” Chopper said.
“Yeah, it was pretty loud from out here.” Usopp added.
Chopper was looking at you with concern.
“Really, I’m fine!” You said. “I’m just gonna go sit around over here for a bit.” You added, walking up behind Nami’s tangerine garden.
“She doesn’t look too fine.” Chopper said. “What was she doing in there?”
Robin got up from her chair and casually checked out the kitchen.
“It looks like she was trying to cook something. There’s a pan with some burned remains in it.” S

Luffy and Nami's Truth or DareCh. 1- BoredomLuffy and Nami's Truth or Dare3 years ago in Humor More Like This
It was a partly cloudy day on the Thousand Sunny. The gentle waves lapped against the hull of the ship and the seagulls squawked as they flew along the surface.
Sitting on the figurehead, Monkey D. Luffy had just eaten lunch. Today, Sanji made broiled shark meat filet with cherry tomatoes and a zesty thousand island sauce.
Now that his tummy was full...he was just plain bored.
Chopper was busy doing inventory of his medicine, Usopp was down below doing who-knows-what, and his wolf-dog, Blizzard was currently taking a nap with Zoro.
Luffy huffed out a mixed sigh of boredom and a hint of loneliness.
Who was the captain going to play with?
Suddenly, his ears picked up the sound of a certain navigator humming a tune to herself. He smiled.
"Maybe Nami will play with me!" he said.
And so, Luffy hopped down to the helm and headed over to Nami's tangerince grove.

"Truth or Dare?" Nami asked.
"Dare!" Luffy said.
Nami put a finger to her chin in thought. Having Luffy kiss Blizzard seemed to be the most humiliating she could come up with. What else could she have him do?
Nami's thoughts were interrupted by the sound of Luffy's stomach rumbling.
"Can we hurry this up?" Luffy asked, rubbing his stomach. "I'm getting hungry!"
At that moment, Nami smirked.
"I dare you not to bug Sanji for food for the rest of the day!" she said, suddenly.
Luffy's jaw dropped.
"But that's not fair!" he whined. Apparently, his stomach didn't find that very fair, either, because it let out a large growl.
"You've got no choice," Nami said. "It's a dare! Besides, Sanji probably wouldn't let you have any food anyway if he found out what you made do to him!
"Okay, fine..." Luffy groan

Preparing For a New Nakama
"Oi, everyone wake up. There's an island ahead." Nami was awoken by the mellow voice of Zoro as he announced through the Transponder Snails from the Crow's nest. She slowly sat up from her bed, did a little stretch, and looked around finding herself alone but feeling great.
The morning sickness that she had gained due to pregnancy had passed some months back, and she was all the more happy that it went without any more incidents. However, she still found herself sleeping in, though Chopper had said it was alright with Luffy reassuringly saying that she could sleep as long as she wants.
Nami instantly gained a small blush remembering her boyfriend/captain's words. She wouldn't mind sleeping in, though if only it could be with Luffy and they weren't in the middle of the Grand Line's waters facing unpredictable weather. But she knew it was only wishful thinking for now. She slowly got out o

"So now you're glad to see me?" Luffy asked, somewhat angered.
"What is that supposed to mean?" Nami asked.
"Don't play dumb!" Luffy said before he turned away with arms crossed. "You of all people should know what day it is!"
"I keep telling you, it's May 5th!" Nami said.
"IT'S MORE THAN JUST MAY 5th!!" Luffy yelled as he turned back to her. He sniffed as the tears began to form, again. "It's my birthday and you guys forgot all about it!"
Nami gasped. It appeared that Usopp was right all along. Luffy really did feel hurt.

It has been 2 years since Nami gave birth to Belle. Her hair had grown longer than it was before, about down to her shoulder blades, and she also beginning to speak by this time, and the only phrases she would say were “Mommy”, “Daddy”, “food now”, “walkies”, and “can I have a snack?”.
Nami hadn’t really changed much. The only difference was her hair growing in length. And Luffy? Well, he hadn’t really changed at all, except he had gotten a little taller.

Chapter One: The Bombshell set off in Your Heart
A light mid-afternoon breeze flowed through the workshop of Tom & Son's Boat Repair on what had turned out to be a sweltering summer day on the island. A tall, blue-haired man fanned himself as he walked out of the cool store front and into the work area, feeling a little perturbed that he had to wear a suit. He rounded the side of a particularly large fishing boat that floated in the water of the indoor marina and looked down from the upper deck to the lower platform next to the small craft he suspected was his target.
Sure enough, he saw a bit of the tell-tale open Hawaiian shirt and the dark speedo his younger brother wore no matter the weather. The older man felt a bit envious of the cooler attire and let a little more irritation slip into his voice than he intended.
"Oi, Baka-anky! Are you still working on that control panel? We've got two other jobs lined up!" he shouted down to his brother.
The man started, ha
