Hi guys! I often have 2 wbtb lucid dreams in a row, the "wake back to bed" (wbtb) method is really easy to do and goes almost automatically!
So I decided to write a short and easy tutorial on how to do it.
If you want to try it and have a lucid dream, here is what you need to do:
Go to sleep and have a person or a ring tone wake you up after ~6 hours. I usually go to bed at 1-2 am and I wake up from other people being noisy at 7-8 am and get up. Now do a few things like bio break, let fresh air in the room or walk a few steps. Don't stay up longer than 30 mins, the shorter the better. 10 mins are ideal for me. Also you shouldn't eat stuff like chocolate or cereals because they will get you out of "sleep mood". It's also best to not get into too many conversations because they will only distract you.
Now when you're back to bed, darken the room and try to fall back asleep.
