I'm re-using most of my code from [link] for a new AS3 game, and this is the re-done grenades and terrain destruction. Both work much better and faster than before, and its now impossible for grenades to get stuck in the ground. The full game should be ready around christmas.

Click to create grenades, any key to generate new land.

EDIT: Added a slight optimisation so it runs smoother in browser.

VOTE 5: [link] so I can win :paranoid:

There was this contest over at FlashGameLicense, where one had to make a game in less than 4kb, and I felt like doing it. Here's the result.

Use the arrow keys. Up to jump. Down to 'dive'. Try how high you can swing yourself up. It's pretty fun

Legend of Zelda OoT/MM/TWW style sword slash ftw :D

Please give it 5 stars: [link]

Here it is, straight to your dA - Color Tanks.

So I worked on this game from end of July to the middle of November, with some breaks in-between. This is currently the finished game I'm mostly proud of, as I think it's really fun.

The controls are explained in-game.

Please enjoy.

IF anyone was actually paying attention to my account im going to apologize for both kind of ignoring da for a while and for the fact that you may have so little to do that you actually cared to notice i was gone :P

I played the demo of PixelJunk Shooter game recently and saw that it had the most amazing 2d fluid simulation thing i have ever seen, so i felt like trying to recreate something similar to their awesome graphics
and by similar i mean not even close

this was actually surprisingly simple to create with the Actionscript Physics engine
not for me of course cuz i dont know jacksh*t >.<

in my opinion this isnt all that great so i would like any advice you could give me
but if you want to know how to create this you could either ask for the source or for some places where i learned how to to this

Controls:
arrows spin ball
up arrow jumps
space creates fluid
clicking attracts/repels the fluid
R toggles whether to attract or repel
Q shows where the physical particles are
P pauses
and L gets rid of some particles

So...
Lots of people liked the old Banana Fun, so I made a new one. I'm playing a bit around with something called openFrameworks, which is a C++ tool to make interactive programs (games!), and I was doing a particle system, and I thought it was pretty nice, so I ported it to Flash, and it became this. :D

Some screenshots of the openFrameworks one:

I haven't posted anything for a while, so I thought "Why not post something old? It's still good, it's still good!" and now here I am!

So.. uh.. yeah, all the instructions should be in the swf itself.

Let me know if you are interested in more old stuff like this :)
