Just go away if you don't get what I feel...
... Seriously, if you don't think fictional/fan/original characters are real, then BUZZ OFF. You won't understand anything here.
.......... Pft. I'm not kidding. If you don't like sappy stuff, then GO AWAY!!
... Fine. You made it this far... Just don't say I didn't warn you...
Y'know what always kills me in the inside?... A little part of me dies whenever someone says a character isn't real. Especially if it's their own original character! That literally feels like a stab at the heart...
That's just-... I can't believe anyone would say that. Any character is real! So what is you can't physically see or touch or feel them!? It's like a dead relative! You can't see them anymore, you can't feel them or hear them, so they aren't real anymore! Characters are similar to dead people. The thing is that they aren't real YET. Yeah, I know what you're thinking. "My relative will always be real! They were special to me!" Yeah? Well

The alligators? Just dandy. Maybe a bit smug seeing all those cocky tyrannosaurs get theirs.
Contemplating this helps to explain our derpy little miracle:
Raging fire and collapsing infrastructure? Whatever. Stop Drop and Glare evidently works like a charm. That and being built like a little tank.
When we asked the rescuers if any pets had been rescued, they truthfully answered no. However, it wasn't until some weeks later that salvage teams began entering the building. One of them must have come across Tally, Queen of Destruction lounging in the midst of

Dia de los Muertos
“Day of the Dead” is not the “Latin American Halloween.” On Dia de los Muertos, Mexican families visit the spirits of their dead in the cemeteries where they rest. They bring food and other gifts as part of a happy celebration of departed loved ones. Halloween originated with the fear of the sprits of the dead visiting the living so food was offered as bribery for the spirits to do no harm. It was a scary once–a–year intersection of the world of the living with the world of the dead. Day of the Dead continues to be a celebration as antidote to mourning the passing over of loved ones. It is about the ind

Why Helvetica is not greatWhy Helvetica is not greatWhy Helvetica is not great2 years ago in Art Features More Like This
Type design is a rather obscure profession but even the typefaces themselves don’t get too much attention by the general public. Most people could only name a few typefaces, but among those few are always Times New Roman, Arial and Helvetica. Well-known and popular or not, in this article I will show you why Helvetica is not the great typeface people perceive it to be.
Arial is often frowned upon due to its history, but what most people don’t know is that Helvetica has a very similar history. A bit different, but as far as I’m concerned it’s just as dubious and embarrassing. As most people who are interested in typefaces might know, Max Miedinger is the designer of Helvetica. However, what most people probably don’t know is that Max Miedinger was not a type designer. Miedinger st

Sans serif — Roman
In this article/tutorial I will show you how to design a typeface. I will cover the basics and show you how to design advanced letters as well. There is so much I can talk about though, so if people like this article I might expand on this with future articles and get more into detail. I will only cover the design though, so you will have to research how to do the spacing and programming and turn your typeface into a usable font—or wait until I might do an article on that as well, but I don’t have such an article planned anytime soon.
What will we design?
I will first show you how to design some basic letters for a geometric sans typeface like Futura, because it utilizes geometric shapes, which is always my starting point for every typeface regardless of style. O
