Daddy Fett is back! Credit to Star Wars Chick for the original photo used as reference.

This was a really quick woop-woop-new-semester-no-work-set-yet thing that I did between lectures today. The title comes from the new Django movie. Jango must be a popular name among bounty hunters!

All I can say is:

The front and the back of my Ezio doublet and under tunic. The sleeves are attached to the tunic, the left one needs some black lines.
Also, I have not found the right red fabric yet, hopefully I will soon!

I think some people around here might want to use it. ;)

That's a scan of the pattern I used for my Ezio - Cosplay: [link]
I copied it onto the fabric with Burda's carbon paper and used fabric paint to fill it.

Please Check out the New Version of this Character Located Here [link]

I drew up this guy a long time ago. About a week before Star Wars: The Force Unleashed came out. I was all hyped up, and I wanted to make up my own Jedi character. So I went through a lot of ideas and designs, and finally settled on this one. It then sat in my harddrive collecting e-dust because I wanted to wait to post it until I had gotten around to coloring it. Well unfortunately I didn't get around to coloring lol. But I still plan to, until then, here's the drawing xP

Backstory! Yey!:

This guy is from a backwater planet, which is inhabited by an almost feral like humanoid race (yeah, I'm making up my own race, wanna fight about it? XD) They're rather primitive in nature, and don't even have means of space travel. It was by a rare chance that a Master Jedi stumbled across the planet, where he found this boy who showed promise. Unfortunately the Jedi Master passed away before his training could be completed, but he still taught the now young adult many things, and trained him in the ways of the jedi.

The people this man comes from holds hunting at a very high standard. There are tests of prowess on their planet, which involve warriors hunting down the most dangerous creatures they could find. They constantly seek out bigger and stronger prey, as if by nature alone. It's written into their blood to do so, no amount of Jedi training or meditation could get rid of this feral hunger of his. So when his master passed away, he took his ship and began his real journey. Where he learned many new things, and roamed the galaxy, fighting bigger, stronger, more vicious monsters, and occasionally taking on a few Bounty hunts to pay for expenses, although he prefers to hunt creatures more than people.

He has a small arsenal of weapons. He carries two lightsabers with him. Both are fashioned after weapons of his people. The first is a regular looking lightsaber, although it's somewhat tribal in nature. It contains a crystal that emits a purple beam. However, the focusing crystal is flawed in a unique, natural manner. This flaw causes the blade to split, causing a smaller blade to protrude at an acute angle from the main blade. This results in a bizaar reflection his people's ritual blades.

This second weapon is a lightspear. The body is made of a dense mineral found on his homeworld (studies seem to show it's a rare form of phrik) It's capable of withstanding lightsaber blows, yet it's flexible and can bend slightly. The spear's length is shorter than his body, comming a little bit lower than his chest. It contains a very rare glowing pearl found on his home planet that emits a short, yet very powerful aqua colored blade. The blade is a bit unstable at times however. It's known to crackle in an almost electric-like effect.

((More to come later, cause I typed up a bunch and DA fucked it up and deleted it for some reason. And I'm too tired to type it up again...ugh))

I didn't know whether to put this in Fanart (since it's Star Wars), but I figured that since it's an original char it can go in Sci-Fi. Anyway, this little chica is Saida Kurassa, my Star Wars character for a campaign my boyfriend will be running for me once I finish my background info on her. This is her when she's about seven years old, and in a rather compromising spot.

So this year at Anime Central, my boyfriend and I dressed up as Lilith and Mordecai - we actually won Best Group, too! For those of you not familiar with ACen, it has over 20,000 attendees, so to win anything there was a shock!

I had planned to have a Claptrap, but I ran out of time...he's a heap of materials in a box right now. (Quick, find a repair kit!) We'll probably be going to Youmacon in Detroit and rewearing these, so I'll definitely have one then - along with a Roland and Brick that I'm going to be working on. We love these too much not to wear them again!

At a con as huge as ACen, it felt amazing to win an award, but the community for Borderlands was really representing, and that was the best part for me. We've been addicted to this game since it came out...literally, we play nothing else. So it was awesome to meet so many other people who feel the same. On Saturday we actually asked each person that took our picture what class they played and kept track...
Sirens FTW! (:

There's more specific costume info about Lilith here and Mordecai here for those of you that want to check that out.

Credit to Alicia for the photo... We have professional ones, but they don't show off our glowing parts. (:
