When running away to save the princess,
Only some syllables or grunts are heard,
Your silence is the key to your success.
Somehow you can have a conversation,
Everyone always knows what you mean,
No language with each reincarnation,
We just hear that war cry you always scream.
You are a genuine master swordsman,
Even though you've just had a little practice,
You don't remember your past lives, we can,
You're the hero of old, his apprentice.
So whenever you're going on a quest,
Please just remember that silence is best.

Golden curls and eyes of blue
I sit in wait as evil reigns
I wait to be freed by you
Yes I know Ive met you before
Silver fur playing your part
But as you return with despair in your eyes
I can see she has entranced your heart
I watch you approach before me
She nears death on your back
So I close my eyes and hold her hand
To give her the light she lacks
I give what strength I possess
As the quest has only begun
But I didnt realise that now I shall
Feel her feelings as one
A bond forms between your souls
Emotions that challenge fate
A world demanding you to fight
Immersed in love and hate
I feel my lifelessness hang above
I continue to watch as before
I feel her yearning, you are returning
Approaching nearby with my core
Evil shadows fill my void
Forced to fight with your blade
Strength returned, triumph regained
Evil pierced and power laid
We are all together once more
By the mirror that keeps our worlds tied
You look at her, she

I search only to end evils gain
I fight for the light to end the pain
I shall end this endless night
Giving way to dawns first light
And break through these clouds of rain
Should I fall, should I fail
Evil shall break down the gates of hell
Innocents will die in vain
But with strong sword in hand
I ride through the land
I ride past enemies slain
Through dense forest
Where trees grow their fullest
I and my sword train
The mountain of death
I'm kissed with evil's breath
And to rest is evil lain
Now under water do I go
To rid evil from the world below
As I watch the moon wane
For a friend I do morn
As her life was torn
I take the Blade of Evils Bane
As I face the desert heat
My victory is bittersweet
And O learn the sages' shame
So I go to the land of snow
Waiting for the mirrior shard to show
And watched as evil takes a snow dame
I step through time
To make the second shard mine
Midnas' presance keeps me sane
Now into the sky

Hylia gazed down on her incarnation's sleeping form. A soft smile on her lips. She had done well, as the boy. Her plan had been successful. Demise would not break free of his new seal in many centuries. Her dream had finally been realized.
It had not come without sacrifice though.
She herself was merely a spirit now. A ghostly reflection of her former self. Her divine soul and power now slept permanently in the girl. She had detached herself temporarily to reminisce.
She was preparing to put her consciousness - Hylia's consciousness- to a rest. She had been fully awakened by the girl's trips to the Sacred Springs. Now finally, she would rest. She would live her own life, not as a venerated Goddess but as Zelda. She would still have the memories of Hylia but would not be burdened by them so clearly.
In fact, Hylia herself embraced the idea of such rest. Something an immortal

i would never number the poems
i wrote about myself because that
would be like ticking off the days
until my breakdown;
i was a moth, unapologetically throwing myself
at any gleam of hope; wasting my wings
on industrial promises
colors always felt much more
appropriate for the purple boiling
beneath my heart and the pallid
purposelessness of my head,
but i was born into a colorless world--
no one sees me behind the metallic scars
of my skin and iron grating of my voice against
the grain; no one sees me as more than
gray regret or monochrome mistakes,
no one sees me but
all i ever wanted was for a
fallen god with feathered heels
to believe in me: to pray upon
the monuments i built for
broken dreams and to baptize me
in his tainted tears,
i just want him to be real. more
than anything, i want to be real, i want
to be more than an imaginary friend
to various mental limitations; i want
to trade my liquid skin [evaporating]
for a chance to be
i am a moth and you are the lighthouse

To a place not tracked my miles
I know you don't want me to stay
So maybe now you can finally smile
Send me away
Like everyone else has before you
I'll find a new place to lay
For what else is a broken man to do
Send me away
Yet again I will play as the fool
Tear up my heart just to play
Then toss me like a useless tool
Send me away
What more can you want from me
Your leaving my heart to decay
So just let go and leave me be
Send me away
Away so I can go back to being alone
Go back to being cast astray
And go back to a world without a home.

The origins of emotion
Back to me they have traced
I have made many young mistakes
But no failure can compare
To the beautiful heaven sent angel
I left alone and in despair
I'm an enemy to the world
For robbing them of her smile
If the planets only had eyes
They would line up, single file
If the sun could feel her touch
It would shine twice as bright
And the moon and stars would dance
At such a marvelous sight
But alas the sun shines low
And the moon and stars sit still
Because they drown in the tears of an angel
And heaven sits in wait for the kill

For eighteen years later,
we still close our eyes;
whispering words of yearning at a golden object,
demolishing a crimson flame,
and emitting white specks into the lucent air
But maybe we shouldn't
For these wishes we make for countless years
Serve as reminders:
That no one in life has everything,
But at least we have something
Even if it's just an intangible sentence

LoZ: Half the Sky... Part 1
A tall young gentleman in a rather nice dark business suit and designer shades, walked through the double doors of the establishment. It was like most places of it's kind, dark and gloomy, with only the small windows, one on each door which were some what shaded, to naturally light up the joint. The bright, but brief light from the outside world upon his entry, however, seemed to make the patrons and employees run and scurry or at the very least shade their eyes with their hands like cockroaches or vampires... The rest of the large oblong windows were covered with sheets to hide the sun and preying eyes, with the remaining dim light coming from antique looking lamps that had little frills hanging off of the different coloured coverings that were on various end tables and also from the lighted crystal chandeliers above, as well as ceiling fans that tried to keep it cool in the enclosed space.
The smoke was thick, thick enough to

Like the last bit of rum in the jug,
I enjoy the way 'fuck' rolls off your tongue,
as if you invented its meaning.
I try to articulate that one syllable,
match your way of speech-
You've never needed to dress your words-
dip them in ink or paint them in poetry
upon the exotic map of my sun-kissed curves.
I have drowned so many times
in the green sea of your eyes
that I am coughing up seaweed
& weak bones.
You tell me not to speak-
that such words sound dirty on my tongue
that my spine is made for beauty
and not for a bounty.
But you, you are a plague
light-years at sea
and I am finding the ocean
& salty siren lips.

But little did you know my dear
that you weren't the only one
Now your sitting there all alone
while they are together on the run
The Goodbye for later hurts us both
For as you try to come to me

To tell you its just not to be
Because if you were willing to leave me
for someone who you barely knew
then i know that you would do it again
And then i can no longer blame you.
So cry on my shoulder if you need to
I never said we couldn't be friends
but as far as love is ever concerned
This will have to be the end.

Mephisto x Amaimon Chpt. 1Mephisto sat in his office, leisurely tapping his pink pen to some catchy beat humming along in tune. He was finishing up some paper work he had put off earlier in the day to help out Rin. Clad in his pink and purple kimono, he swiveled around in his chair a bit tempted to put off his work even more. If only he wouldn't pay later if he did that. Surely he would not enjoy getting up in the morning to reface the ink and paper monster pile of work tomorrow along with the addition of his next pile of paper work.Mephisto x Amaimon Chpt. 13 years ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
Ugh, No. Mephisto sighed unhappily, ceased his tapping, and hunched over the paper work once more. He worked quietly for a few more minutes before a bright light flashed through the room and a low rumbling sound came through the open window behind him. Mephisto completely dropped his pen and swiveled around in his chair looking absolutely giddy. He loved thunder and lightning. But closing the window would be a good idea as the pouring rain and wind began to follow in tow with the s
