I am soaring reincarnate.
With ears and eyes alight,
I observe a world’s plight.
In the world a fire rises,
Upon winds and ghastly pyres.
Yet hindered by walls of palace,
I must rest in secret solace.
Sinking sun and rising moon,
And into a desert gloom.
My soul shall fly and pray,
For all to see light of a new day.
In castle dark,
A knight shall bear mark.
On horizon night,
A maid shall make flight.
Listen to the story told,
Through ages of myth grey and old.
Bear witness and an ear lend,
And beginning shall replace this end.
PRELUDE: Of Dreams and Prayers
“I have dreamt of the skies again,” she said with a smile. “I often dream of a place where the deepest blue oceans gleam and the rivers run clear. There are palaces there of shining marble and a gold that glistens in the sun.” She breathed deeply, and a flutter caught in her voice. A tear, having welled in her eye as she spoke, dance

5. Buy a Link plushie, wave it in front of him like it's doing attacks and yell: "HAAARGH! YAAA! ARRRGH!!"

7. Tell him that he couldn't do anything without Linebeck in Phantom Hourglass.
8. Fill one of his bottles with sour milk.

Such a bizarre look he has, his steps loud and hands warm,
Caring and considerate, yet emotional as humans are,
Something that I do not understand by far,
I do not carry a heart; I do not need one,
I do have a brain, focused on my mission,
I do not have bones or hair or blood,
But I do have eyes, those like the flower bud,
His form continues to breathe; the garb he wears is slack,
In this state, he is weak to attack,
Though the natural light may shine through the trees,
It is the glowing force beneath us that forces him to his knees,
Our contract is as simple in such,
That he does not think about it much,
But I do, every day and every night,
Though I do not have emotion, I have fear for this young knight,
I am the key that turns the lock,
I cannot accompany him as he may walk,
We are both flowers in a field; his is in his soul,
And has taken its fair toll,
I witness his flower, the buds of white,
How clean they are, how bright,

LoZ - Back To A Life Once LivedHe found himself running, limping breathlessly as his heavy armor weighed him down. He stumbled through the moonlit fields of Hyrule, occasionally stopping to catch himself on a tree. He hadn't the faintest idea what he was doing - why was he running? Why was he wearing armor? More importantly, why did he feel like his whole body was on fire? He was experiencing something that felt so alien yet so incredibly familiar at the same time; something that terrified him to his core.LoZ - Back To A Life Once Lived3 years ago in Drama More Like This
He tried to make himself stop; to force himself to rest and gather his bearings. But his body wouldn't listen to him. He was forced against his will to keep going, running until the trees around him grew thicker and denser, all the while trying and failing to silence the voice in his head that wasn't his. Or was it his?
I have to go home, he heard it echo over and over, I have to go home...! But

They were all running together. He and all the other boys in his class, each one heading to their respective homes.
"Wow," one of one of the children cried, "Link, look at that!"
Link turned his head to the boy who just spoke. He had a hand pointing to an arbitrary place in the sky. Curious, Link glanced along the finger's path to see a red speck flying by the setting sun.
A red bird he thought. A Loftwing is flying up there. Link slowly came to a stop, letting his friends run ahead. Not only was it strange to see a Loftwing without a rider - let alone a red one - but he felt almost entranced by this bird in particular. To have the freedom to soar in that big sky It must be nice. Standing on the now desolate hillside, he glanced despondently at the ground. But, I can't go to that sky.
Determined, Link shook the sensation off and ran to rejoin his classmates. He allowed himself a small smile, but the red Loftwing was still at the back of his mind.

A day or so had passed, and you were sprawled out on the roof with Skull Kid sitting next to you, staring into what you assumed was space. You stomach, apparently empty, made a loud noise comparable to that of a dying whale. The Skull Kid, still daydreaming or whatever it was that he was doing, didn't seem to notice.
You sat up and looked at him, "Skull Kid?"
He grunted his typical grunt in response.
Another grunt met your ears, annoying you somewhat.
"Do you expect me to sit here and starve-" He cut you off before you could finish.
"Yep, pretty much," he sniggered.
"This isn't funny! And when are you gonna turn Link back into Link?"
He made a grunt that seemed to have three syllables, which you assumed meant "I don't know."
You glared at him and stood up, heading to peer over the edge of the roof.
"Don't fall," he muttered. You weren't sure if it was because he didn't want you to die or if he didn't feel like using his magic.
"Yeah, I was totally thinking of jumping. I t

I plant my feet on the ground the way she is showing me and throw the blade in my hand. The handle hits the right edge of the target and sends the knife spinning. I throw my hands up and cry out in frustration.
“Bulbins, Impa, how do you expect me to do something so hard?!”
“Just try again. You’re getting close.”
“No, I’m not,” I mumble, but I take the next knife from her hand anyway. I try again, this time throwing a little further to the left. The handle bounces off of the center of the target. Impa smiles.
“See? You have perfect aim. Now you just need to learn how to make it stick.” She stands next to me and throws a knife, and the blade smacks into the center of the target, quivering. “Like that. First, figure out how hard you need to throw it, then the rest will come to you.”
Another knife appears in her hand out of nowhere, and she holds it out

God is my LORD. He will be for eternity. When I felt sad and needed cheering up, I would pray to him and I would know he is listening. Just the other day I felt tempted by the devil and I am so thankful I have realized it. I was scared and confused, I felt like a sheep strayed from the herd. My parents would not let me go to church and I felt like I was slowly drifting away.
But my prayers were not left unheard. I feel like God has taken me back into his hand again, (although he really has never dropped me.) It is a feeling that I cannot experience from any physical substance. God is holy, he is invisible, I cannot touch him, but I feel closer to him than anyone else I can see, feel or touch. I am truly grateful that he has taken me into his care. I am grateful I met people God has planned for me to meet, who has guided me slowly to the ways of the church. It is a miracle. My thanks for the Lord will be for eternity.

The cold water washed over her sandaled feet. Gently, as if it were welcoming the goddess that gave the lake its name. The sun had set several hours ago and the lake and its surrounding mountains were bathing in the silver glow of the moon. There was no living soul to be heard, except for the ducks in the reed and the cuckoos higher up on the ledges. The secret song of the crickets accompanied her as she walked along the shoreline. The silver moonlight cast her divine form in strange, almost otherworldly light. It was that same moonlight that would guide her to her destination. Hylia looked at the shoreline opposite from where she was standing. Hidden in the shadows of the night, shielded from the moonlight by an overhanging rock, was the lair of the protector of the region. The Guardian Spirit, Lanayru, was well aware of her presence, but it did not stir. The lake's nearly motionless water reflected the calm of the spirit.
Hylia sighed and walked up to the moon's circle reflected in t

Navi sped along through the trees, her little wings carrying her faster than even she thought possible. She had to speak with the young boy without a fairy as soon as possible. He was the only one the Great Deku Tree wanted to see, needed to see, and so she would do anything but disobey this request. But the forest boy, the one without a fairy . He was different. Very different from all the others. And her instinct told her that the boys ignorance of this fact would soon run short.
She flapped through the trees until she reached the village clearing, a small little existence within the Kokiri Forest. All the Kokiri, the children of the Great Deku Tree, resided here. And unlike all the other civilizations throughout the Hyrule kingdom, the residents of Kokiri village were all young children. Most acted like the age they appeared, but there were others that

Demon Child- Chapter 3Ghirahim froze, going rigid in Demise's arms, his mind blank with terror. The….the goddess! The horrible demon-slaying monster his parents had told him about, standing right in front of him! His father had said that she was the only being more wicked than their tyrant king. (Although, at the moment Demise was hardly a concern, seeing as how through most of the journey to the castle Ghirahim had gotten his way without much trouble.) He also remembered his mother's rants on how "that wretched Hylia has the king wrapped around her finger! He's bad enough by himself; we won't stand a chance as long as she's still around! Ceaselessly it stretched before me, surrounding me. Permeating the core of my being, it clogged my mind, choked my spirit. I groped for an anchor, something to keep me grounded…
Then, gradually, the darkness began to clear.
Two pale blue lights materialized in the distance, their mirrored forms sharpening into torches. At last my eyes could adjust, and in the feeble glow I observed my surroundings.
I stood in a dark corridor, surrounded by rough, dirty walls. A flash of silver caught my eyes, glinting in the eerie torchlight…
Metal bars. Rusted with age, they lined the walls on either side before fading into darkness. Thick, unnatural air filled my lungs, and a mysterious chill clung to my body, seeping deep into my flesh. I found myself struggling to breathe, struggling to think…
Wearing only a simple nightdress, I took a few shaky steps, aware of the dirt and grime which

One to set this world alight,
Hoping to bring the darkness bright,
The rooms, cramped and small,
With decorative ceilings, tall,
The red and blue of the Twili flag,
And the dark matter that makes him gag,
In the fur or the tattered cloth, marches,
Exhausted hero continues his charges,
Slashing at the phantom that before him floats,
And to dispel the dark that on the floor coats,
Yet what whirs to life is more than magic,
The stone guardian, a hand, fantastic,

Slow at first but then takes haste.
A wall of emotions hit fast,
Alarm rises; the room looks, longer, vast,
A slip, a trip, a fall, the Sol rolls away,
The hand opens for the fake sun ray,
It rolls to far, the hand misses,
The hero rolls after it, clear path, he wishes,
Huddled around the Sol like parent to a child,
He pushes it forward, the hand overhead, wild,
The struggle to get outside,
He pushes himself up and calls his guide,
