After so much time and after many requests, I finally finished the clip of Princess Rapunzel. The decorations on the dress are the same as in the film. I tried to stick to the 2D version we see in the Coloring Book and Concept Art.I tried to be very precise. I think I've got an excellent result.
I hope you like it =).

Another speed drawing :dummy:

This time, it's Rapunzel and Flynn kissing each other :) This couple makes me go "Awwwwwwwwwwww <3" all the time, so yeah, I decided to draw them together. It's quite messy, but I like the final result anyway ! ^^
Crappy Background, I know, but I hate drawing those XD

It's been a long time since I haven't drawn some girly stuff... Wait, no :P

Here Rapunzel is teaching her daughter to paint on the walls... Something you should't do, really! In the original tale she and the "prince" have twins... I should draw something of Eugene and his son, probably stealing something or fighting with frying pans...

They'll be really good parents (not necessarily responsible).

I ADORE Tangled. It is on my list of favorite movies. The characters are cute, witty, and charming, the music is beautiful, and the art is so detailed it's amazing.

This is a picture of Rapunzel from Disney's Tangled. I know she looks a bit off, but there's not much more I can do about that.... and she isn't supposed to look tan, I colored the picture based on concept art for the movie (the dress is referenced from the concept art)

And I obviously referenced other disney pictures as well

Sketchbook archive
Pen
2010/2011

UPDATE: I remembered I wanted to add one drawing I did of Lil' Rapunzel. Can you find it?? It's like Where's Waldo, ha ha.

Bleurgh, this splat took me much longer than I hoped or anticipated. It was just hard to fit the puzzle together this time for some reason! I just have to post it now so I'm not looking at it anymore. Anyway, these are a bunch of Rapunzel/Rapunzel & Flynn drawings that appeared in my sketchbook around the time that the movie came out and a few months after. (Zoom if you want to see them closer, of course.) It's just tidier to post them all together, especially since most of them don't deserve their own, but work pretty well as a montage. If I fall in love with any of them at a later date I can always post them on their own. I think my favorites are the very top right when she's hiding in her coiled up hair, and the bottom right when I was doing a little experiment to see just how long her hair is. My page ran out at about 35 feet, which would be about halfway.

From this experience I learned that, erm, I drew Rapunzel a LOT for several months.
