Well, it's not necessarily an argument, just Romano, shouting at Spain for no reason.
He doesn't mean to do it, it's just all he knows.
He's actually surprised that he put up with him. Romano wouldn't even be able to put up with himself.
He actually hated himself. He hated the fact that he simply has no room in his heart for love. No matter how hard he tried.
He does love Spain, he loves him more than he can say, literally.
He tries so hard to tell him that, but all that comes out his mouth is insults and curses.
Well, this time, Spain has had it.
He's sick and tired of showing Romano love, and having it thrown back in his face harshly. If Romano wasn't going to love him back, there was no reason to stay. He was leaving. He wasn't coming back until Romano learned how to, not only love himself

"Gil," Elizaveta says softly. "I don't know when I'll ever see you again." She refrains from replacing the word 'when' with 'if.'
"Whatever, Liz," Gilbert mutters. The tip of his boot swirls around on the dirt floor, creating intricate patterns.

Sure, you could have gone outside but your mom was trying to make you garden and at the moment, you didn't want to be elbow deep in earthworms and mud. Who on earth thought it was a good idea to start gardening a day after it rained and the earth was still damp? Smirking a bit, you decided to try and mess around a little with your tsundere friend.
"Who is this?" you growled, deepening your voice.

Your mother always told you to take good care of yourself because you'll never know what your year of graduation would do to you.
And you know what, your mother was right? You should've listened. You always believed that her statement was a complete joke since you kind of proved her wrong in your eighth grade. 'Kind of' because you only got out alive with a broken finger. It pained, of course and it was unbearable, agonizing and excruciating. You swore to always turn around and watch as you close the door instead of mindlessly closing it behind you.
But hey, it was only a finger.
But this... this was different. Far different.
You swore that you thought you were going to die; that some time now, a beautiful blonde angel with beady blue eyes would come down at you and tell you to come with her to heaven or see a really bright white light with a large and deep voice calling out to you, or whatever it is that near-death experiences let you see or hear.
But you wait

Yesterday was torture. Ja, my sickness is non-existent now, but I don’t know how to thank Alice Vargas for her help. I’ve been hitting my head against the wall trying to find a way to thank her. Flowers? Nein. A present? Nein. A card? Absolut nicht.
I’m going to ask Charlotte what to do at work today. She might just have an idea for my predicament.
Ludwig slammed the snooze button on his alarm as it went off. He groaned and turned over to see what time it was. 5:00 a.m.
He got up and stretched. He grinned. No achiness and no dizziness. Today was going to be a good day. Ludwig still took a couple aspirin to be safe though. He went downstairs and let the dogs out. He looked around the kitchen and decided to just make normal scrambled eggs this morning.
When the eggs were almost done, he heard the pitter patter of Monika’s feet from the stairs. He heard her walk over to the counter in front of the cabinet where the plates were and she

Late December in port town of Yorktown, Virginia was damp and cold. Further inland, light patches of frost littered the ground as evidence of a blessedly mild winter, but here in the settled area the cobblestone streets were only slushed with the after effects of a less than noticeable snow. Buildings and windows were dusted with white flakes, soft flurries fell lazily in the cool breezeless eve, and other than the silver moon only a few lamp burning street lights illuminated the way down the midnight path.
Everything was so quiet and deserted...it hadn't been that way just a few months ago.

It's a story about a lost boy and a troubled girl, who met each other on the path less taken. They tumbled into love and got all tangled up until the boy became troubled and the girl got lost. Their days consisted of fights, their nights of 1am apologies over cups of coffee.
This is still not a love story.
It's a story about a worn-out man and a broken woman, getting married on Friday the 13th. They honeymooned at a hotel in Mars, which was not a planet but a small town in Michigan. They would cloudgaze at night and starwatch during the day, all the while arguing over what the clouds formed or what the stars shaped.
This will never be a love story.
It's a story about a drunk man and an even drunker woman, who spent evenings at bars across the street from each other, drowning their sorrows in cheep beer. He told the bartender he knew she was trouble the whole time; she told the bartender she knew he was lost from the start. And they both told the bartenders that

Ludwig's eyes opened to the sound of his front door opening. He frowned, looking at the digital clock on his nightstand. "Who the hell is here at 4:30? And why aren't the dogs barking?" he growled.
He grabbed his pistol from under his pillow, getting up. He slowly opened his door. He made his way down the stairs and he stopped at the bottom, peeking around the edge of the archway leading into the kitchen. He squinted, trying to use the light from the street light outside to see who was there. The person, a man by the looks of it, set something down in the foyer before walking into the kitchen. He walked over to the bread hutch, grabbing a piece.
