The picture used for the story was created by Mxi665. Actually, the pic is what inspire the story in the first place. It just took me a really long time to finish it. The artwork can be found here: I'm Okay Now.
Thanks, Mxi665, for letting me use the image.

The team's ship raced into mount justice faster than a speeding bullet, her contents quite upset and eager to make it to safety. Kid Flash ran out the hanger door as soon as it landed, shouting for Red Tornado.
"Red Tornado! Red Tornado! Medic! Robin! He's " he stopped in a panic, seeing Black Canary and Green Arrow there as well. Desperate, he tried again. "He's not waking up!"
Almost on cue, Kaldur ran in carrying Robin in his arms, the rest of the team following. They all looked drained and maybe a bit feverish, but the nightmarish look on Robin's face was the worst.
Black Canary came straight to Kaldur's side and started assessing Robin's physical condition. Green Arrow tried to keep his cool as well, but wasn't near as parental.

"Hmmm?" the older boy hummed, lazily running his fingers through the shaggy black hair fanned out on his chest.
"Do you love me?" Wally snapped his head up, staring down into the innocent blue eyes of his boyfriend.
"'Course I do, Dick. You know that." Dick smiled softly and snuggled further into Wally's chest, apparently ending the conversation there. Wally wasn't having it. "What's wrong babe?"
"Nuthin's wrong," Dick murmured. Wally brushed aside a strand of Dick's hair and tilted his face up to look in his eyes.
"I thought we didn't lie to each other." Dick cast his eyes aside and a faint blush spread across his cheeks.
"I won't laugh, scout's honor." Wally held up three fingers in the scout salute, and Dick couldn't help but smile through his embarrassment. He sighed and laid his head back on Wally's chest.
"Well, I just sometimes feel like maybe...maybe we shouldn't hide anymore. You love me, and I love you,

It's never a good thing when the Big Bads team up.
Joker is bad enough; unpredictable and psychotic with extreme homicidal tendencies. Go up against him and a person was almost guaranteed to go home bleeding. Add in Two-Face to the mix and you've got a hell of a lot higher chance of not going home at all.
Batman was lucky, this time. It seemed that once again 'evil' proved unable to work with 'evil'. Two-Face didn't like Joker's inability to follow through with a plan. Joker got fed up with Harvey's lucky coin. By the time Batman had shown up, they had taken out more than half of the other's goons and thugs in a bloody massacre.
He jumped into the fray and in less than an hour he was securing the cuffs to an unconscious Joker's wrists. He could already hear the sirens approaching and doubted anyone was leaving the hideout without medical attention. Including him.
The body armor had taken most of it, but Joker had managed to slip a knife into the seam of

Nearly the entire League was there, it seemed like. The Outsiders, the Titans, and the entire Bat-Family (save for Cassandra, but she hadn't been able to charter a flight out of Japan and was currently video chatting with Stephanie while they waited) had arrived too, and Damian was just left feeling very, very confused.
He and Grayson had been on patrol when one of Ra's Al Ghul's snipers had shot Grayson in his chest, leaving three bullets lodged in his chest. It had been from point-blank range and the Kevlar hadn't held, and Batman had fallen off the building, falling three stories onto a ledge. Damian had tried to save him, he really had, but he was too far away and too small, and Grayson had vanished over the precipice before he could get his grapple out.
Miraculously, he had still somehow been conscious (ouch, Damian didn't envy him for that) and he had managed to twist his body around, landing in a weak

Clark knew what the initial breakfast meeting was about.
Dick Grayson-Wayne. The 'Wayne" had been doused with so much emphasis that the glow from Lois' eyes was enough to make him want to step back outside the building when the woman he loved had come running towards him with the news of the message. The Wayne name had set every reporter there grumbling once again. None of them understood why Clark Kent always got the 'Wayne' interviews.
So, he grudgingly found himself in a high society Gotham restaurant that towered 50 stories above the ground at 9:00amthe next morning. He had met with Bruce for plenty of similar interviews before but-

AUTHOR'S NOTE: This is a continuation of my AU of the Episode "Depths". I've been working on this for a while and I'm rather pleased with how it turned out. I borrowed a bit from DC Comic "Nightwing #114", because it's one of my favorites and I really wanted it in my story. So I took it and rewrote it and put it here and I'm not sorry! LoL! Now, a lot of people have wanted this continuation, so I hope it meets with your expectations. Please, enjoy!
DISCLAIMER: Seriously, do I really have to do this again? I will if I have to, but by now you should all know that none of this is mine. It's really not. All recognizable DC Characters belong to DC Comics, and the story and plot belong to the Troll - *WHAP!* - Muse. I'm just the person who gets to type it up.

The bickering between Kid Flash and Robin was nothing new. The visits Robin made to the mountain were getting rarer, especially since school had started in Gotham and all the criminals were getting rowdier again; Robin often found himself spending more time at Arkham Asylum than his own home. But even then, he still managed to find a few minutes every once in a while to stop in and visit Mt. Justice. Getting annoyed by Wally was hardly unusual (since the speedster did seem to know the locations of everybody's buttons and exactly how hard to push them) and usually it wasn't serious. The two would fight, then laugh, then fight some more, then get distracted by something entirely humorless and mundane, and then laugh some more, and then go home.
But today it was different. Robin was...whining? And why was Wally laughing ahead of schedule? And what was that strange sound in the background? And why did it sound like...them?

The first time Dick said this, earlier that day, Bruce thought it was referring to him. Considering he was wearing the Batsuit at the time, it was more than a little surreal. Mommy is a definite first as far as names the Batman has been called go.
"Mommy's not here, Dick." Bruce tries for a gentle tone, adding a pat on the little head for good measure.

That's the first thing you notice. Darkness, the damp smell of wet earth, the sound of your own breathing, loud and heavy and wet in your ears. You feel, more than see, something a few inches in front of your nose. There are walls on both sides, and when you shift, you feel that there's solidity above your head and below your feet, as well. Trying not to panic, you raise your arms (they feel sluggish, like you've been drugged or something) and push against the surface above you.
Nothing. It doesn't budge an inch. There's no air flow, and the oxygen in your tom- no, no, it's not that, you're just locked in one of Batman's training apparatuses again. Yeah, that's it. Treat it like that for the moment, don't panic, you can get out of this.

UNLIKENESS AND LONELINESS
Unlikeness is overall a common theme in Tim Burton movies, in "Batman Returns" all the three main characters suffer it in different ways: Oswald Cobblepot is forced to live in the sewers due to his deformity, and while Bruce Wayne and Selina are physically normal, they both reduce themselves as outcasts of society by creating an animalistic alter-ego like Oswald does with the figure of the penguins while Bruce and Selina bats and cats respectively.
Even the desire for an affective relationship that joins Bruce and Selina is designed only to hide a new appearance; their intentions in the realization of this desire should act as a mirror to the dark costumes of Batman and Catwoman. Matter of fact if these two decide to decline their respective animalistic ego they could be together living a normal life.
Therein lies the real difference between these two and the Penguin, who is rejected by society both for his deformities than for his id

There are some things that are learned the hard way. For the League the hard lesson is when six teenagers decide to go against what they believed was sound judgement and disappear.
It was mind-bogging, that even after a few months, none of their usual villains seem to know anything. Batman couldn't even find them. In the words of Flash:

The speedster's voice echoed through the cave, causing Artemis to miss her target, Superboy to accidentally crush another trash can, Kaldur to blow up the microwave, and poor M'gann's souffle to drop. Robin, meanwhile, was sitting on his bed testing his own hacking skills. He heard Wally all the way from his room, but he wasn't really surprised. He was going to find out eventually.
Wally stomped through the doorway, letting the door slide shut behind him. Was it just him, or did the door just slam?

The young hacker was so close to breaking the last few firewalls of the JLA's main database, and he wasn't about to let his easily offended best friend prevent him from achieving his goal.

The plan took almost a week to put together, casual seeming chatter over a chessboard. The guards had not picked up on the double meanings whispered under breath, and now they paid for it.
