Okay folks... What you see before you is friggin 112 layers of hardwork and 12 hrs of extreme research and scratching away at the Wacom Create! And voila, my favorite animation I have ever done, if thats not gloating I dunno wat is xDDD

The specs (READ CAREFULLY!!)

--Referenced a lot of bboying videos, and tbh these are the two I most heavily relied on: [link] [link]

--The music is COMPLETELY ROYATLY FREE and can be listened to here: I think its an awesome song.... [link]

--Yes, the scratch at the start of the video is made by my mouth xD I am a rookie beatboxer myself, and I plan on adding my own routine to my next bboying animation xDDD

--Softwares Used:
------------:iconadobepsplz: for drawin and animating;
------------Adobe Premiere and After effects for adding music and exporting

A lot of effort put into this one, please temme how you like it! xD

I have been approached by bunch of cool guys from the dA staff (makepictures , madizzlee and LauraTex) to see if I was inspired by the new logo.... and here you go!

Made in 2 hours by my 11 years old and myself, hand-held, made of 117 images (without leaf blower, because a leaf blower is such a horrible thing).

A while ago I was watching some of my old animations. Gosh I was so enthousiastic when I just started! Then I realised it has been years since I made a complete animation. And I never really made a complete animation with complete backgrounds! So here it is. It took me weeks and weeks and weeks, but I'm glad with the result. Even with the many mistakes (like I didn't research about animating backgrounds XD)
This animation is full of my world! My imagination, my dreams! So I appreciate it if you keep negative things to yourself, since this is personal. :)
This could be some kind of intro of a whole animated series, haha.

If you're interested, here is my biggest animation from the year I started animating: [link]

Tools used:
Paper, pencil and fineliner.
Photoshop
Adobe Premiere
TVpaint

A gift for my mother~

Live action and flip book animation (India ink drawings, wood burned covers). Time: 2 weeks. My mom and I are the actresses, my mom's playing the viola, and my sister is singing. My dad helped with the power tools for making the book covers, and my amazing piano teacher Mike Springer helped me orchestrate the music.

I have to leave for college soon, but I'm going to try very hard to remain close to my family. My mom used to sing "All the Pretty Little Horses" to me when I was little, so I made this film to sing it back to her: a lullaby "from the foal."

NOTE: Image and sound are supposed to be a little muffled--I wanted it to feel like a memory. :)

Here it is, my final assignment (thesis work?) in Lybecker Institute of Crafts and Design.

This little thing was my life from last December all the way to to the last days of May. I was supposed to upload this month ago, but unfortunately the original file was too big for DA, and I didn't have a film editing program of my own, so you can all thank my friend ~Drazca for letting me use her computer with Adobe After Effects. ^^

Animation, story, narration, voice acting and foaley artistness is by yours truly, the dog barks and growls in fourth scene are free sound effects and the music used was catalogue music, which licence belongs to Lybecker Institute of Craft and Design, and are free to use in projects within Lybecker.

In case you were wondering, the speech is in my mother tongue. That's what Finnish sounds like.

I am now officially diagnosed with animation. Oh, yeah!
