He did not react quickly enough; he tried to start making his way downhill but they released their arrows and he felt them pierce into his back, letting out a loud cry of pain. He was momentarily stunned and stumbled a bit. Another arrow suddenly struck him in his right thigh. Startled, he let out a pained yelp and lost his balance, tumbling down the rocky ravine.
He was rolling for a while, hitting some large rocks along the way down; some of the arrows were pushed painfully deeper into his skin and he heard one of them snap. He finally came to a slow stop as he rolled into a small shallow pond at the bottom.
He lay motionless for a few seconds when his senses came back; water was flowing into his nose, forcing his injured body to sit up. He shook his head, snorted and coughed up some water. He then dragged himself out of the pound; he had to keep moving; but he was so worn out from rolling down the ravine.

It was getting quite late now; most of the town’s citizens had gone inside their homes. The professor noticed some of the citizens were acting quite anxious before heading inside, muttering something about rabid animal ; possibly about these so called ‘werewolves’ that some told him about.
The Professor and Luke only managed to gain very little information so far in their investigation. Layton did not have enough information to figure out what was really happening in this town. The two managed to solves some puzzles along the way though.
The roads were bare, Luke and The Professor were the only ones still out at night by the looks of it. Only a few of the street lamps were still on, leaving a small amount of light source for them. Layton stopped in place for a moment, deep in thought. Luke stared at him curiously; he looked around nervously a few times before asking

Flora frowned; she was happy that he was still alive, but she didn’t want to see him sad, he looked like he was having a bad dream at the moment.
Concerned, she quietly crawled over to him; and stroked his head, trying to relax him. Upon closer inspection, she noticed that tears were coming from his closed eyes.
He was crying in his sleep.
His ears twitched and he slowly opened his eyes. He blinked and gave Flora a slightly confused, tired and welcoming expression.
“Flora?” He then yawned, revealing his fangs. “What is it dear? If you were worried about me, it’s alright, I’m still alive.” He said tiredly, even though he perfectly knew she couldn
Professor layton werewolf one shotLayton sat alone in a stone walled room while writing and trying to calm himself with tea. His room was designed like a cell to keep some big wild animal inside; what with its big steel door (which had a very small slidable cover that reveals a small window) and barred windows; but yet it had a large comfy bed, a dresser with a mirror, a desk (which he was using at the moment), a tall standing mirror, and a clean bathroom with a shower and everything. In his opinion, he found this contrast eerie. He was in the big, highest part of this strangely designed hotel. It was some far away from the town they were visiting. Outside his window, he could see the overview of the town and the setting sun.Professor layton werewolf one shot2 years ago in General Fiction More Like This
Layton was actually locked inside, away from Luke and Flora (who were a few floors way from him), just in case if he does somehow…transform.
This was all happening because of last night. Layton and his apprentice Luke were investigating while Flora stayed inside the safety of their hotel

He heard Flora whimper and she pulled the sheets closer to her, obviously a bit timid at the fact that those beast were roaming outside while they sleep. He uncurled himself and crawled over to her, he placed his head next to hers; her eyes were open, he was looking at her as if to say
"Don't be afraid, I'm here." He let out a soft whine
She placed a hand on his head and stroked his soft fur.
"I'm not scared of you...but the other werewolves...I just hope everyone will be safe tonight...and they won't try to come in here, right?"
He nuzzled her to let her know they were safe.
"The professor will keep us safe Flora, he promised he would." Luke said, he was awake as well.
" Are you a little scared of the other werewolves too Luke?" Flora asked as she sat u
Werewolf Professor Layton:escape and injuriesLayton crashed through the glass skylight, falling along with the raining broken glass. While he managed to successfully climb on the mansion’s rooftops on the way up while trying to follow the grey werewolf (rather slowly and far behind); going the way back down however, was a bit more difficult. He wasn’t completely athletic as the other werewolf and the fact that it was raining didn’t help. He was also in a hurry to escape from James, who was hunting him down.Werewolf Professor Layton:escape and injuries2 years ago in General Fiction More Like This
He landed on his stomach against the hard ground. Layton lied still on the ground, his body aching from the impact; he was a bit stunned from the fall as well, his recent injuries from the battle earlier did not help his situation either. His ears flicked as rain and small shards of glass falling from the broken skylight, hit them. Regaining his senses, he could hear voices of men and women around him, sounding rather troubled. His nose started to pick up the scent of…perfume. He could make out what so

"They are getting close, wait until the tank is next to the car." I whispered to Jacek who was lying next to me as he twisted the last few wires together, priming the final fuse. From our second floor position we had a commanding position over the street below, gripping my rifle I readied myself for the fight to come. A block away, a small squad of two dozen German troops headed by a Panther tank cautiously made their way towards our position which was at the far end of a T shaped intersection. Those fascist bastards were oblivious of the trap which has been set for them. The rumbling of the German tank was growing ever louder as they drew ever closer, less than thirty meters from the car now. Jacek gripped the detenator anxiously, thick beads of sweat running down his gaunt, unshaven face. I reached over to him and placed a steadying hand on his shoulder. "Wait for

It wasn't that he had to come to these talks very often, as usually his dad would leave him at home, but sometimes his mum would be away and there'd be no one to look after him, so he'd have to come. Which is what had happened today.
He didn't understand why his dad was still so obsessed with listening to famous archaeologists blather on about what new facts they'd discovered after looking at some fossil that someone else had dug up a decade or more ago. Clark was the mayor of a town now, not an archaeologist. But apparently he'd been one of the best students in his year when he was at college and still wanted to show a keen interest.
This was an interest that Luke did not share. Having been to this museum so many times that he practically knew every e

Luke continued to run in the forest, he had no idea why though. It was dark out and the moon was full; he was completely lost.
“Professor, Flora? Where are you?”
He was quite scared at the moment; he swore he could hear howling in the distance.
He came to a clearing with a pond in the middle; he could see moonlight reflecting off the surface. He could also see a man crouching down near it; it was the professor; he appeared to be in serious pain.
Luke approached him cautiously; he could hear the sound of something cracking and clothes tearing…he could see the professor changing shape. Luke was now standing next to Layton on his left. The professor clothes tore away as he changed, revealing shaggy brown fur; his pained groans changed into growling; Luke could only watch in horror as the Professor’s transformation was finishing.

Werewolf professor layton, the 2nd night inthe cellHe felt humiliated being chained up to the cell floor like a mad criminal; his wrists were chained to the floor behind him and his ankles were chained as well. Even with some of the information he shared today during the questioning, they didn’t believe all of it. They still feared him for his curse. Even though he showed no aggressiveness in his wolf form last night, they even chained him last night when he already was a wolf (he decided not to break out last night to investigate more as he was already wanted dead by some of the villagers;(but he did break his chains) and he wanted to prove a point that he was harmless…and he didn’t know how to get out anyway as he tested a number of ways without actually getting out when everyone was asleep). He knew the chains were not strong enough to hold him, but so did the villagers, and they were prepared for that. But as Luke approached the windows, he was met with a low rumbling growl. Luke stopped where he was, startled; on closer inspection, he could see its yellow glowing eyes, and its fur looked grey instead of brown…

Don't Scream It's late. You're tired from a long day and decide to sleep; rest your mind. You change into something comfortable and slip into your bed. Your eyes begin to close, slowly but surely, as you drift to sleep. Every internal guard you may have built around your mind is retracting; everything you want kept out is silently creeping in as well as anything you want kept in is gradually oozing out. Your wonders, fears, hopes, despairs, displayed. You're vulnerable. Subconsciously realizing this, you wrap yourself in the blanket, hoping for some kind of protection. It won't help though.
Your breathing continues at a steady pace, slightly faster than your breathing when awake. You shift in preparation of the long hours ahead. Silence.
Your mind, still slightly aware, registers the light tapping at the window as a branch blown by the wind. The qui

Claire slept in Hershel’s flat that night, she didn’t want to leave him alone…he was suffering so much from his condition and she could not leave after seeing what he goes through every night right now. Claire also feared what would happen to him if someone else discovered him like this…a wolf found inside a flat would surely cause panic, an oversized wolf with hand-paws that can stand on twos especially. There have been reports of a large dog running around London and terrorizing the residents recently, most likely the werewolf that bit Hershel. If they find Hershel as a wolf…there’s a chance they might believe he’s the mad dog and might destroy him; and if they discovered Hershel is a werewolf…she didn’t want to imagine what would happen to him, he could be experimented on, treat him like a monster or kill him in fear of being a werewolf. They might not even believe what he’ll tell them or n

I watched her sob her heart away and I almost wished I hadn’t done it. Seeing her there with so much anguish carved into her lovely face, it almost made me regret my choice, almost.
In the end, it had been worth it. The pain and the sorrow were all gone.
“Stop mourning for me,” I begged as I sat beside her, bed remaining the same under my transcendental body. She had to let go and move on.
She sobbed violently and pressed my pillow into her face, no doubt trying to breath in what little of my scent remained.
“It hurts too much,” she said through choked breaths. “Sometimes it feels like you’re still here,” she quietly added as her sobs began to subside. It seemed like that thought brought her comfort.
“I know sweetie but you have to move on,” I told her in a gentle voice. “It’s not your f

It was the only way I knew how to physically rid myself of him.
I cut the strands that he had pulled his fingers through. I cut the soft locks that he had spent hours helping me sort out. I cut the hair that he had so persistently encouraged me to grow longer.
The first few days were the hardest.
It was empty. I didn't know what to do with my hands, now that I didn't have something to constantly tug at. My neck was constantly cold from the sudden exposure. And I was naked. I didn't have anything to hide behind. It was just me and my raw lonesomeness against the world.
Then the first few weeks had been the hardest.
I had spent years constantly altering myself to please another. I had forgotten how to be myself. It had taken time, considerably longer than just a few weeks, to unravel myself. To figure out which parts of me was my own and which were his. Cutting my hair had been the first step on that journey.
I had spent, as long as I can remember actually, trying to be ob

She was hunched up on the kitchen floor, her arms wrapped around her legs, her eyelashes wrapped around her bloodshot eyes. She looked up at me as I dropped the key I had never given back into my pocket. Her feet and hands were bloodied and full of cuts.
She said nothing as I crunched my way over the broken glass to her and hunched down, balancing on the balls of my feet. She looked down.
“What did you do?” I asked, looking around the messy kitchen, filled with shards of glass and broken plates. I noticed she was holding the phone in one hand and a champagne glass in the other. The only intact one left, I observed from my place facing the open cupboards and empty sh
