SEPA Chapter 1
Skye sighed as the train pulled up to the platform, she took a look at her ticket as she adjusted the dull white pageboy cap on her head. She wore that hat everywhere, to the mall, to the library, even when she was with her friends who didn’t know that hidden under the hat was a set of big round mouse ears. Yes, Skye Sapphire was a faunus, hidden in the crowd of regulars.
“All aboard!” the conductor called to the crowd of passengers. Skye stood up and grabbed her suitcase and wheeled it over to the forming line by the conductor.
“Oh my, gosh! You’re going to Beacon too?!” Skye heard from behind her. She turned her head and dropped her hand to her side. Her dark blue hues met rainbow hair and for a second she felt her ears twitch against the cloth of her hat.
“Yea…” Skye said quietly. “I think everyone here is going to Beacon…” she continued on as her eyes moved to the crowd behind them.

SEPA Chapter 5
Ash watched from above the train’s emergency escape door, on the roof of the Cabin car as Skye and Polly jumped into action. He counted seven, seven different ways Polly and Skye put themselves in danger. After a while he found himself only watching Skye, his mind slowly fixating on how she had previously acted around him. ‘Can’t think about that now’ he thought, shaking his head. He watched as she used her weapon to disarm the man with the gun and then knock around a few of the men in suits. Before he knew it, the cabin car was clear and they were running into the next car with a few of the passengers willing to follow them into battle.
He opened the latch and jumped into the cabin car, startling the already on-edge passengers around him. He dusted himself off and looked around after the echo of the crashing door hitting the floor faded away with the sudden screams of frightened first years. He sighed and without a word broke into a run after Sky

SEPA Chapter 6
Skye turned her head and watched as the creatures of Grimm surrounded her. “Where are these coming from?” She asked in a grunt as she swung her scythe at the creatures. It continued like this for a while, one Grimm after another, after another.
“There’s too many…” She heard a student whimper from behind her. She turned and swung her Scythe piercing the back of a Grimm that the student had been fighting.
“Skye watch out!” Skye heard Polly call out from her left, she turned to see a creature hovering over her, its claws raised at her. The creature snarled and dropped its dark paws a long Skye’s arm, pushing her to the ground. Polly smacked the Grimm creature away from Skye giving her the chance to jump back on to her feet.
Skye grabbed her Scythe, and with a quick swing of her razor blade teeth, sent the Creature of Grimm crashing onto the ground.
When the cabin was clear, Skye and Polly broke into a relieved laugh and

SEPA Chapter 4
Skye waited for the uneasy feeling to leave her as the train rode on, but the anxiety only grew around her.
She clutched the folded handle on her Scythe. That was her weapon, a scythe. The scythe was compact, the handle folded into itself, and the blade with its shark-like razor teeth, extracted from the top of the handle when the button in the center was pressed. She made it using minerals she was given every year for her birthday and blue dust she had bought with the scraps she had saved and then sold before even dreaming of a place called Beacon.
“Oh my god!” Polly screeched. Skye tightened her grip on her weapon and quickly turned to face Polly who was now sitting next to her holding her shirt at her chest, exaggerating a harsh breathe or two. Skye smiled at her when she realized what was going on, and for a second, her own anxiety died down.
“It’s just me Polly…” Skye said.
Polly sighed. “I’m fine.”

SEPA Chapter 2
An hour or so passed before Skye realized that she was somewhere between being asleep and being awake. She made this discovery when the station guards from the front of the cabin car quickly walked passed her aisle. She turned her head and watched as the guards grabbed a boy and dragged him towards the back of the cabin car. She wouldn’t have thought much of it, but the horns on his head grabbed her attention and before she could register what was happening; she was up on her feet and walking away from her seat.
As she walked down the aisle of murmuring students, the boy and the guards disappeared behind the wooden cabin door. When she reached the empty seat in the aisle where Polly was seated, she slid into it and waited for the guards to pass.
“Oh! Skylar! Hi!” Polly yipped at Skye as Skye sat down. She turned to look at Polly and smiled a little.
‘Skye, my name is Skye…’ She thought to herself as she forced a bigger smile. “Hi

SEPA Chapter 3
Skye looked out of the dirty rusted window as the train pulled up against another terminal platform. A giant crowd awaited by the platform’s boarding station. It was a nice crowd, a lot of possible team mates. For a moment, the rest of the world faded into nothing.
“You should probably head back to your seat before the guards realize you’re missing.” Ash said as he watched Skye watch the people board from the platform. Skye’s ears twitched beneath her hat as the sound of Ash’s voice vibrated against the core of them. She smiled at him after turning away from the window and nodded.
“Will you be okay?” She asked.
He smiled at her. “Of course I will, I am always okay.”
Skye smiled at his answer and nodded her head a little before exiting the way she came in. She walked down the crowded aisle, passing the filling seats, shifting her shoulders and sliding from left to right as she moved passed excited passenger
