Commission for a bowl of pho as a charm.

First time I've attempted any sort of soup. Resin and I still don't play well together, as this was the second attempt at this charm. The resin in the first one dried too dark in color somehow.

I've never had pho before, so I had to heavily reference from the picture sent in as well as other pictures found through Google. There are red chili pieces, green onions, and what I believe was cilantro. It looks as close to the original picture as possible, so hopefully it's right.

Sorry about the photo. I took this tonight inside so I didn't have the best lighting. It needs to go out early tomorrow so it's the best I can do. >.<

Ripe banana bunch earrings, made from polymer clay.

More fruit earrings! Playing around with ideas to take to SuperCon and to another local show I'm doing in October. :)

Tiered green spring themed cake for either 1:12 (medium cake) or 1:24 (large cake) scale.

My first attempt at a tiered cake. I can't say I love it, but I don't quite hate it either.

Wondering if I'm crazy enough to attempt it in 1:48 scale...

1:12 Chocolate cake and cup of tea on a serving tray.

This was a thank you gift for my aunt for all the work she's done making Bon AppetEats into a real business (in other words, taking care of filing all my paperwork and making sure I'm okay with the IRS and all that other fun stuff). It's her favorite dessert. :)

Ice cream cones in 1:12, 1:24, and 1:48 size, made from polymer clay.

Trying to get back into working after being on and off for a while. Thought maybe some smaller scales would help shake things up a bit. :)

1:48 Dollhouse Scale bread made from polymer clay.

So I was aiming for 1:24 scale and somehow managed to go a scale under. I knew they seemed really small for 1:24 and I was right when I finally found a printable doll scale sheet. At least now I know I can make 1:48 foods! These are a tiny bit on the large side but they still fit and don't look too out of place with a 1:48 doll.

Yes, it is a lot harder than 1:12 scale - especially if your clay has the consistency of chewed bubble gum when you get it warmed up. >.>

Going to try for 1:24 scale items today.

1:12 scale peanut butter and jelly sandwich with pink lemonade. PB&J made from polymer clay, pink lemonade made with resin.

I know a few people requested the PB&J, but I can’t seem to remember who. The yellow thing in the pink lemonade is a lemon slice. They haven’t dried 100% yet so it’s a bit cloudy.

1:12 Dollhouse scale assorted cocktails, made from resin. Glasses were purchased online.

~TakoraDrakan suggested I make some miniature drinks. I've never tried anything past tea and coffee, so I thought this would be a good place to start, especially since I'd just ordered a few glasses.

The ones with the specks of green are mojitos. The rest are from stock images found through google search, so I have no idea what some of them are. I know for sure there's an appletini and a martini though.

Working on smoothies and juice next. :) Then it's time to order more glasses because I've gone through them all.

Commission - 1:12 scale cherries, made from polymer clay.

Sorry about the poor quality photo. It's been raining nonstop here the past week and any time it's not it's overcast. :/

Crepes with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and cherries in three scales: 1:12, 1:24, and 1:48.

1:48 scale is a bit challenging to work with, as the details get lost rather easily. I can see why most 1:48 food is kept rather simple.

Yes, I am back to work. :D Still sick, but not enough to keep me in bed all day anymore. Expect more stuff since I have a show in Lakeland in June and SuperCon in July.
