It has arrived... Part 2 of Safeway's for Midgets! "Return From Safeway" speaks for itself as a title.
It seems I've got a bit of a story planned for these. BIG IMPROVEMENT over part 1. O_o Part 1 got a lot of positive feedback, and I'm hoping this one gets EVEN MORE because that's what makes me want to make these things better and better all the time.
Those ARE Kristin and Kira's voices for Kristin and Kira. Otherwise, all me. Happy Hamster at the end is digitally edited me. Remember him. Mwa ha ha. I captured Krit's essence very well. XD
An actual background? Sound effects? ZOMG! I even got some spiffy kinda #D effect in some points that I'm rather proud of. Also, Kira has, like, ten layers to herself. O_o And that's missing an arm. >.> (Don't tell... lazy... only really used her working arm like once or twice anyway. e.e)
Overall, very proud of this. ^___^ Only beef I have is that I made Deep Voice and Mr. Sticker sound about exactly the same. Seems putting any emotion into the Deep Voice voice... kills the Deep Voice. XD I'd have redone it if I'd thought to in the making-of, but, alas, editing voice clips recorded in large chunks by passing a mic around ain't easy, and despite how bloody quiet Kira is (it's worth saving just because she SCREAMS in it. O_O That took bribing, if I recall correctly... >.>
I didn't want to harass the girls more than need be. 'Sides, it's them acting themselves, and they know them better than anyone. (The only instance of Krit's real voice is "WHAT?" about the coffee... >.> She talks hyper. She was totally loaded on caffiene. You normal folks would have had cardiac arrest with all the coffee and energy drinks she had while she was here! O_o) Oh, and Kira dyed her hair red just before I started working on this. Just that streak. It WAS green, but she had to turn on the stop light 'cause too many cars were passing under her or some other stupid metaphor I totally made up.
If it loops on you and you want to see the credits, um... just turn off loop. It did it to me in FP and I can't stop it for some reason. (I even have the last frame set to stop the movie, lot of good it did there.) I'm the only one who's had the problem thus far, though, so... oh, well. Replay button DOES work if loop is off. Yay!
